The Pombeebee app is a mobile-based service offered for compatible devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) by Blubberbee Pte Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Pombeebee app and service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (including documents that refer to these) concern all users of the Service and are legally binding. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Pombeebee services. Your access to and use of the services are subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. By creating an account or using the Pombeebee app, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Without your acceptance on any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Blubberbee Pte Ltd. operates the Pombeebee mobile application and Pombeebee website to help you as language learners in exam preparation: when you have questions, you can request answers from the system by using your command in a chat conversation. After running out of free credits, if you wish to make more commands, you can decide to purchase more credits. When you sign up, you can have access to your personal account to communicate with your AI-based tutor.
As a user to create a Pombeebee account, you are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. When you set up an individual user account on Pombeebee app, we create a member profile (a "Profile") for you that will include personal information you provide. Subject to visibility settings that you control, subscribers to services we may introduce will be able to view information in your Profile.
As an user, for every command you make apart from free credits Pombeebee gives out, you are required to pay a token fee/rate to continue making commands. You will aslo bear the cost to unlock some answers in the Library that are premium. Blubberbee Pte Ltd. reserves the right to limit your number of commands everyday. Unless you change or remove your payment method, Blubberbee Pte Ltd. may store and update (e.g., upon expiration) your payment method for use with subsequent campaigns, orders and purchases submitted through your account.
Blubberbee Pte Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, modify, or terminate any part or all of the Service or suspend your ability to use the Service. Blubberbee Pte Ltd. may reject or remove any Infomation at any time for any reason, regardless of whether or not such Information was previously accepted or served. We may investigate and/or suspend your account if you violate any of the above rules. Furthermore, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that, in our sole and absolute judgment, you violate the Terms, or abuse the Service.
You grant to Blubberbee Pte Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute and publish your Information in connection with the performance of the Service (including for marketing and promotional purposes). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights (including intellectual property rights) to your Information (including to grant the license above). Blubberbee Pte Ltd. retains ownership of all proprietary rights in the Pombeebee app and in all trade names or trademarks
To the fullest extent possible by law, Blubberbee Pte Ltd. disclaims all warranties regarding the Service, including but not limited to any warranty (a) about the accuracy of our answer information; (b) concerning information on which your Information targeting categories are based; (c) concerning other uses of the Service; or (d) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Pombeebee or any of its officers, directors and employees, will not be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Service. Pombeebee, including its officers, directors and employees, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Service. You hereby indemnify Blubberbee from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or your use of Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will keep you abreast of significant changes to our Terms and Conditions by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect two weeks following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. We encourage you to check our site and these Terms and Conditions for updates.
