Pombeebee English club is a weekly dialogue between Lee Wenyong and Vietnamese students, where Lee Wenyong introduces topics of interest and discusses current affairs to prepare Vietnamese students for the IELTS exam. With help from talented Vietnamese individuals, Lee Wenyong created Pombeebee with the intention of helping Vietnamese students from financially challenged backgrounds improve their English language skills. The Pombeebee scholarship is designed to motivate Vietnamese students from financially challenged backgrounds to improve their English language skills. Select students from the Pombeebee English club will be offered the opportunity to reimburse the cost of the IELTS exam up to a maximum of VND 4.75 million.
