Some people claim that technological developments, namely the internet, high-tech devices, have facilitated the flexibility of individuals, making traditional libraries antiquated. Others argue that libraries still play a significant role in our society. From my perspective, the libraries will be obsolete due to the technological advancements. These following paragraphs below will elaborate on this view point. First and foremost, several platforms can provide a limitless information resources, due to the fact that, a lot of citizens can post some extremely useful information on those platforms, such as Google, which we can do a research to broaden our horizon In addition, it is really flexible; we just need a high-tech appliance to access to the internet and then we can capture the breaking news anytime or anywhere. For example, during the covid 19 pandemic, studying online was the most effective method for the students to acquire information to make up the mind. Notwithstanding, this trend can create sedentary lifestyle, owing to staying at home and using the internet, in lieu of going to the libraries to rent books, not to mention communication abilities can be diminished after a long time staying at home. Although some platforms can contain a large amount of information, if we base on them too much, there will be a decline in the retention abilities of people. Reading books can improve and promote our remembering ability. In conclusion, even though there are some drawbacks, for instance, creating sedentary lifestyle or limiting our memorize ability, the merits, such as limitlessness information or using those technological applications is flexible. Đề bài: Some people think shopping online is better, while others prefer going to the shops. Discuss both views and give your opinion. In today’s world, the question of which shopping online or going to the shops is better has always been an ongoing debate. While I acknowledge that in-store shopping enhances the customers’ overall shopping experience, I am inclined to believe that shopping online is a better option due to its convenience and competitive prices. On the one hand, traditional shopping safeguards against fraudulent methods employed by some sellers and improves the overall experience for customers. Regarding the former, customers can prevent the purchase of counterfeit products due to physically examining products and easily making informed decisions. Moreover, in-person payment methods that are effectively secure enable them to avoid falling victim to online payment scams. Next, physical shopping ensures that customers receive products that best match their expectations. When going to a physical store, they can be offered opportunities to inspect items firsthand and verify their quality, which enables them to detect any manufacturing defects and result in selecting the best -conditioned products. Consequently, by leveraging the benefits of traditional shopping, customers can enjoy a seamless and fulfilling shopping experience. On the other hand, I strongly believe that online purchasing offers a range of advantages in terms of convenience and cost-effective options. Firstly, the convenience of shopping on the internet is undeniable, providing a variety of products and offering great time-saving opportunities. Just by using devices with the availability of the internet, people are given opportunities to explore a vast array of items and brands, especially obtaining goods from overseas sellers that are not available locally. As a result, they can find the products that best meet their expectations and save plenty of time instead of traveling to brick and mortar stores. Secondly, online platforms offer exclusive discounts which aim to retain and attract the potential customers and give individuals advantages about prices. To clarify further, popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada usually offer discounts that come in various forms, including percentage discounts, coupon codes, flash sales and so on, resulting in customers finding affordable products. In conclusion, while in-store shopping offers merits in terms of safeguard and the overall customer services, I truly hold the view that online shopping also brings the benefits because it is an affordable option and an indisputable convenience. The government must find solutions in order to reduce amount of residents are moving from remote area to big cities. The people pour out all big cities as well as towns, so causing a state is overpopulation in cities and towns, but the people live in countries will be declined. Why do people tend to congregate to the cities ? Because of in these giant cities have various jobs, modern facilities and convenient public transport, specially the level of income inhabitants in these places always higher than countrysides . When they come to cities who can apply for job easily as well as all policies of local authority , their children will be studied in the best education. Furthermore, the living environment in the city always crowded and busy who feel their time will be wasted , they can earn money by diverse ways and many kinds. Therefore, they can join hand in order to improve national economy and economy of that city. When a nation or city is increasing will attract many investors in the world who will invest facilities, funds and many things in that region. The investors presume a small city or big not important who have just seen the results where was gained and is the living environment suitable for investment. For example, Singapore is a tiny nation, but in where has economic development the best in the South Asia area. The national economy grow rapidly, all residents will have better life and a lot of benefits. On the other hand, I believe any issues also have negative and positive points. When people pour out in cities excessively that can render concerns social. For instance, on the world has megacities which have a number of population extremely huge, a number giant such as: Tokyo, New York or Shanghai. Indeed, in those places having only the richest can survive where have living standard very high and costly. However, if the poor people don't have enough condition who will cause evils social such as : robbery, slum, drug and the worst problem is overpopulation in cities. The local government can't manage all who will have some mistakes and bring to negative influence. Likewise, the inhabitant's life won't be ensure about facilities, mentality and comprehensive development that will become very complicated. I reckon if people move to cities with purpose to improve their life, I think it's a good thinking. However, the government should have some policies enhanced rural life, although it can't be as the city, people are still comprehensive development all demands necessary. In conclusion, I rate this problem has both views, if we control appropriately, it will become beautifully. Advertisements are becoming more and more common in everyday life. Is it a positive or negative development? In this day and age, we are being bombarded with the growing number of advertisements on a daily basis. While I consider that this might bring numerous advantageous impacts, there are also several drawbacks about this phenomenon. On the one hand, there is no doubt that exposure with advertisements per day can offer a number of advantages. Firstly, customers can be informed with newly-launched products. They will be easily aware of the array of selections available to their demands, so customers do not have to allocate the amount of time to consider products. Take, for example, my sister who always watches make-up items reviews before purchasing any new commodity. Obviously, the appearance of advertisements in different fields play an important role in supporting shopper needs. Secondly, from the perspective of company benefits, advertising is a potential environment where they can attract consumer attention to their products by launching new merchandise based on customers' preferences and characteristics. Purchasers can benefit from these products that fit their demands and become patrons. The more customer attraction, the more interest they can gain. The Apple group, for instance, whenever they prepare for a new product, they will host a wide variety of marketing campaigns to captivate viewers all over the world. Albeit these aforementioned advantages, I do believe that the expansion of advertisement also poses some threats to customers. By applying tricks and gimmicks, marketers will tempt consumers, especially patrons to purchase unnecessary items. I used to be fascinated to buy a wooden desk at an extortionate price by wholesalers last month. At that time, my old desk was rusty, so I had to find a new one. I made a decision to go around some shops that are in the vicinity of my terraced house and finally, I found a furniture shop with a dramatic discount label outside. After being consulted by the staff, I insisted that this desk was a real bargain for me, but when I got back, my friend told me this one was costly. Write at least 250 words. In a lot of locations all over the world, the number of people who work remotely has increased dramatically as a result of the development in technology. Some people claim that this trend has plenty of merits, whilst the others argue that it can cause some demerits. This essay strongly believe that the advantages of this trend overshadow the disadvantages, and I will discuss more in these paragraphs below. One of the biggest benefit is the limitless of information resources, it may have a great affect in solving the tasks, when we get trouble due to the lack of our knowledge or information, we can find out it easily, for instance Google is multi functional web and almost all citizens based on it to search for the new information, even an academic essay Moreover, working from home is cost-effective, in lieu of hiring a taxi to commute, we just need to stay at home and open the devices, that mean we can save a large amount of money and spend it for another purposes, for example to rent a taxi in Vietnam is costs approximately 100 thousand VND to move a distance about 7kms. On the other hand, some terrible circumstances such as low quality internet or power cut, not to mention, if we haven't saved a file yet, it means we have to refill the tasks. This situation have been happened for many times in some undeveloped countries like Vietnam or Peru. In addition, it can create a sedentary lifestyle, when we just stay at home and depend on our high tech stuffs, after Covid 19, many people didn't want to go to their companies, they wanted to work remotely.
