đề bài More people today are overweight than ever before. What are the primary causes of this? What measures can be taken to overcome this epidemic For the time being, it is widely acknowledged that there is a surge in the number of obese people. This issue can be attributed to a myriad of factors and I believe that it should be tackled by both individuals and government There are two primary reasons involved in the increase in obesity rate.Chief among these is that it stems from a sedentary lifestyle.Take office workers for example, whose jobs revolve around sitting in front of computer screen all day. Thus, they have a shortage of time for exercise and also a propensity to gain weight.Furthermore, depression or some kinds of psychological diseases would be seen as a particular reason to a uncontrollable and unhealthy eating habit. In order to mitigate the scale and consequences of this problem,at the governmental level, many solutions should be implemented such as: establishing more recreational areas, enacting strict regulations for fast food industry, and raising awareness among people about effects of fast food and the sedentary lifestyle through social media. However, this groundbreaking approach cannot be en masse successful without support from each individual, playing an integral role in efficiently shaping and constructing their own lifestyle and further is the whole society. Each individual should make time for exercising and cooking their own meals.Gradually following these habits can be a good way to ameliorate life condition and social immersion. In conclusion, the surge in obesity rate can be depicted as a decline in physical participation level and also an exacerbation in psychological conditions, and this persistent problem can be resolved by a joint effort of both the government and the people. đề bài More people today are overweight than ever before. People living in the 21st century have a better quality of life than in the previous centuries. To what extent do you agree or disagree? There are those who help the opinion that individuals in the 21st century enjoy a superior quality of life than previous generations. I am completely in agreement with this view, as i believe that with the advance of technology will make people's lives become better. The first reason for the enhanced quality of life is unprecedented progress in healthcare. Modern medical innovation not only increased life expectancy but also improved the quality of life through effective treatment. For example, many years ago, patients who suffered from dangerous and difficult treatment tended to move to foreign, which cost a large number of money, but these days Vietnam is equipped with the most advanced machines to meet the demand of individuals. These medical breakthroughs have improved us with a high level of health and well-being that was previously unimaginable. Moreover, the digital revolution has transformed our lives, making a significant change in the way people study and communicate. Some people think that environmental problems are too big for individuals to solve. Others believe individuals can also do some things to solve these problems. Discuss both views and give your own opinion
The question of how best to address environmental problems has emerged as a critical issue in today’s fast-changing society. Opinions are divided on this topic, with some asserting that only government and businesses could solve this issue, while some maintain that individuals could join hands to make a difference. From my perspective, I believe that both citizens and organizations should act to preserve the environment. Firstly, urgent environmental issues are serious problems. It impacts other aspects of life, such as the quality of life, the national economy, and habitat loss. Therefore, governmental authorities should impose stricter punishments on this issue to have an effective impact on a large scale. Heavy fines or punishment by imprisonment should be applied for people or organizations that have caused destruction to the environment, such as illegal logging and forest clearance. On the other hand, the need for cutting-edge technologies can be supported by business. Therefore, businesses play an important role in producing products using clean energy, such as electric cars and solar electricity. Both government and companies should cooperate to raise public awareness through environmental protection programs. Moreover, policy has a function in encouraging residents to take part in nature safeguarding. For instance, households should be installed with solar panels to save energy. Small acts such as using public transport, recycling, and sorting waste properly could contribute to protecting nature.Furthermore, inhabitants should raise their voice in the war against unsustainable plans. These opinions can heighten environmental awareness and fight for social equality. In conclusion, not only governments and businesses could promote their role in environmental care, but also individuals could join hands to tackle them. Ultimately, it is through acknowledging and addressing the challenges presented by environmental degradation that we can pave the way for positive change and a brighter future. The question of how best to address environmental problems has emerged as a critical issue in today’s fast-changing society. Nowadays, women as well as men work full time. Therefore, women and men should share household tasks equally. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In today’s world, the balance between work and family has sparked ongoing debate and differing viewpoints. In a world where women and men have the same labor responsibilities, they should spend time on their family’s duty equally. In my perspective, I maintain that this division can promote gender equality, work-life balance, and strengthen partnerships, which outweigh some obstructions it may bring. First of all, women now can have a full-time job. This means that the role of women in the workplace has been respected, promotes gender equality, and breaks traditional gender roles. Sharing household chores between husband and wife also supports this awareness. In the past, women were always limited by doing household chores such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and cooking. This could restrict them from exploring their potentialities. This fair distribution of responsibilities can lead to work-life balance, reducing burden for each family member. Furthermore, this cooperation can also strengthen the relationship between family members. Parents now can both take care of their children and build a sustainable financial background. On the other hand, differing work schedules and capacities make equality hard. In some countries, such as Japan and India, society’s beliefs still prefer the roles of a breadwinner husband and a housewife. If this trend continues, there could lead to conflicts and disagreements over task allocation in the family. In conclusion, although diving household chores encourage gender equality and promote family happiness, family members should share their difficulties to have a better distribution. Distributing the same amount of housework to both sexes is ideal; however, depending on circumstances, certain exceptions can be justified. In today’s world, the balance between work and family has sparked ongoing debate and differing viewpoints. In a world where women and men have the same labor responsibilities, they should spend time o... Read moreNhân Đặng

"In many countries, crime rates amongst younger people have been rising. What are the causes? What are the solutions?" It is globally urgent that the rate of youth crime has been continuously increasing. From my perspective, the issue can be attributed to a number of reasons and this situation can be controlled through the policies implemented in many nations. On the one hand, progressive society and technological advancement have created more chances for today’s youth to experience the digital world. Through social media platforms like Facebook and Tiktok, the youth observe not only qualified information but also explicit content that has already been glamourized. As a result, individuals are prone to mimic unhealthy lifestyles. For instance, since the Covid-19 pandemic when the general population was exposed to social platforms on a daily basis, Vietnam has witnessed a rapid rise in young criminals committing serious crimes such as speeding without safety equipment and using group violence in public. Besides, there has been a strong aspiration to flaunt their inner selves. This is due to the fact that some badly-behaved youth desire to seek public attention. Subsequently, they are willing to take risks to turn a small conflict into a life-threatening situation. On the other hand, this negativity can be alleviated through the assistance of governments. One first step which is worth considering is to impose a strict ban on content that does not meet both social and ethic standards. In particular, national authorities and legal agencies should strengthen online administration to eliminate unacceptable behaviors and to ensure users’ safety. Additionally, there is an urgent demand for national policies to be more strict and educational. If the young were involved in serious wrongdoings, they should have received a long-term punishment exactly the same as adult’s sentence. For example, some common crimes such as violently threatening people’s lives or damaging public facilities should be imprisoned instead of financially punished. In conclusion, youth criminals are triggered by external and internal factors which are online applications and self-assessment. Therefore, governments should take into account stricter policies to establish a well-rounded society with well-mannered citizens. "In many countries, crime rates amongst younger people have been rising. What are the causes? What are the solutions?" It is globally urgent that the rate of youth crime has been continuously incr... "These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reason for this? Is it a positive or negative development?" In this modern era, it is widely believed that the pressure of managing household tasks and raising the child lies more on husbands, whereas wives will be more engaged at their workplace. From my perspective, I would state that there are two principal reasons for this shift and conclude this case as a positive improvement for both the citizens and the society. Firstly, from the perspective of the men, there has been a significant change in their point of view which is being understanding means being a true breadwinner. Today's men gradually become more sympathetic to their wives, therefore they might be more active in sharing the household pressure with the women. Besides, in contrast to the past, a father would long for a close relationship with the children, creating a strong bond in a family. In particular, one apparent social improvement is the declining rate of family violence. This is due to the fact that the male gender lives more emotional. Secondly, modern women have a strong desire to acclaim their independence through social positions. Various jobs in some essential fields such as science, education, and politics have been taken under women's leadership. Therefore, it is crucial to anticipate the positivity in both genders' development. From the abovementioned factors, it is reasonable to consider this as a positive change for all parties. On the one hand, citizens will be beneficial because this case shows an optimistic view of both genders in which both parents could acquire a healthy and sharing thinking style. This will therefore lead to a more advanced generation comprehending sympathy. On the other hand, society in general, would be sustainably developed. For instance, in developed countries such as America and Britain, children are more confident and are willing to join a hand in collaborative tasks as their parents have set an example of how a well-mannered citizen should be. In conclusion, modern families have undergone a noticeable revolution in the two genders' perspectives. As a result, a positive development will be formed and heading for the sustainability of the social growth. Healthy dietary options and regular exercise are believed to be no longer necessary for a healthy and long life. While this perspective may be sound due to technology, this essay will argue that the necessity of well-balanced eating habits and frequent physical activities has remained stable. Admittedly, those underestimating the importance of a well-balanced diet and regular exercise often point to technological advancements. Indubitably, the introduction of specialized medical apparatuses, which can remove excess and toxic substances from the body, has instilled in individuals a belief that maintaining a healthy weight and enjoying a long lifespan are possible with medical intervention. This is particularly successful in America, where the widespread implementation of this support has led to an increase in the communal health index and prolonged lifespan, irrespective of eating behaviors and exercise. However, the value of a nutritious eating pattern and regular exercise is still essential. Since treatment costs are generally exorbitant, financial capacity to afford medical services is a significant obstacle for the vast majority of people, especially with financially disadvantaged individuals. If there is excessive neglect of a healthy diet and physical activity, many people may be more highly susceptible to a wide range of medical conditions, such as obesity or even premature death. Moreover, despite the development of technology, engaging in regular exercise and consuming healthy food are scientifically considered the most efficacious methods to maintain a healthy condition and substantially contribute to a prolonged life. In conclusion, although technological development can make a substantial contribution to enhancing a healthy and long life, it cannot replace the role of a healthy dietary practice and regular exercise. Directors of large organizations earn much higher salaries than ordinary employees do. Some people believe it is necessary, but others think that it is unfair. Discuss both these views and give your own opinions. Opinions are divided on whether significantly higher salaries should be offered to directors of large establishments rather than ordinary employees. This essay will argue that it is fair and necessary to offer individuals in key positions a significant income gap. Admittedly, opponents of offering far higher salaries for leading managers often point to the involvement in an identical amount of time at work. Indubitably, employees, whether being in senior positions or in junior roles, are generally required to work from 8 to 17, explicitly indicating that the equal level of commitment should lead to a comparable compensation. Moreover, in certain cases, subordinates have to engage in tasks beyond their job scopes without receiving additional payment. This unfairness can potentially weaken the relationship between managers and juniors. However, awarding notably higher incomes to leading positions can be more beneficial. Doubtless, although directors and their junior workers have to spend an equal amount of time at work, the tasks for the former are generally at a substantially higher level of complexity and pressure. Senior managers are typically responsible for generating business strategies, maintaining continued success of governing bodies. To keep the company pushing forward, they are frequently forced to compromise their quality time such as weekend holidays to strictly engage in professional commitments. Their contributions should be financially rewarded. If there is a negligible income difference, individuals in managerial positions will presumably be demotivated, potentially stagnating the overall performance of the whole company. In conclusion, despite several criticisms from those opposing significant salary disparities between job titles due to the same amount of working time, I am of the opinion that directors deserve to receive such incomes because they are a solid foundation for the long-term viability of large organizations. Directors of large organizations earn much higher salaries than ordinary employees do. Some people believe it is necessary, but others think that it is unfair. Some people say that young people learn useful skills by playing electronic and computer games. Others say that young people who play electronic and computer games are wasting their time. Discuss both views and give you opinion
As technological advancements reshape a modern lifestyle, the emergence of digital games has become a focal point of discussion. Opinions are divided on this topic, with some asserting that participating in eSports is a good way to enhance different skills, while others maintain that this activity is time-consuming. In my perspective, I believe that this trend helps develop both hardware and software skills but also leads to addiction, limits physical activity, and behaves negatively. First of all, people cannot deny that virtual games could develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. This is because these games always bring the players into different situations, which require players’ abilities to solve the problems. For example, some games, such as Minecraft, facilitate participants’ innovation and reflexes by allowing them to create their own world and join battles. Additionally, computer games could enhance hand-eye coordination through finger practice games or spatial awareness through 3-D games. The online gaming community also enhances teamwork, communication, and expands social networks. Moving on to the negative effects, spending too much time on digital games could limit physical activity and social interactions, leading to social isolation and health issues. Researchers indicate that most game addicts spend about 20–40 hours a week playing games, resulting in eye or back problems and a lack of time for families and other relationships. Excessive gaming could lead to addiction, causing individuals to neglect other responsibilities and activities. Furthermore, the content of some games may promote violence, aggression, or negative behaviors, which could contribute to social problems. In conclusion, although playing virtual games could drive personal development, this could be a harmful activity if people cannot control the time spent on it. Ultimately, it is through acknowledging and addressing the challenges present by electronic games that we can pave the way for positive change and a brighter future for the gaming community. As technological advancements reshape a modern lifestyle, the emergence of digital games has become a focal point of discussion. Many students find it difficult to concentrate or pay attention at school. What are the reasons? What could be done to solve this problem? These days, there are a significant number of students facing difficulties in maintaining focus and persistence. This phenomenon will bring about many consequences for students. In this essay, I will propose several solutions to remedy it. The problems of short attention spans among students. One of these is excessive emphasis on academic activities, which leads to times when students are relaxed very little. Consequently, physical subjects are not allocated a balance between professional ones, making it more difficult for students to focus on their school studies. Additionally, the advancement of technology devices is the most worrying factor that students encounter. Due to the lack of strict rules in most schools, students still use mobile phones in the classrooms, sometimes they utilize them to chit their exams and send messages to other people in classes, which may have a profound impact on their studying method. To enhance students’s attention at school, it is imperative for schools to take proactive measures. First, it is crucial to allocate time to physical exercise for students such as volleyball and badminton in the midterm lesson. In the long run, students not only improve their physical health but also enhance the quality of studying. Furthermore, it is necessary to impose an absolute prohibition on the use of mobile phones at schools. Although several students still surreptitiously use smartphones, this issue needs to be resolved strictly, such as suspension, if someone does not follow the rules. Adopting these approaches has the potential to significantly improve students’s attention at school. In conclusion, The problem of lack of concentration at school is due to the prevalence of technological devices and lack of physical time. This problem can be addressed through stricter policies on using mobile phones at schools and set suitable time for students relax. Many students find it difficult to concentrate or pay attention at school. What are the reasons? What could be done to solve this problem? These days, there are a significant number of students... Afterward, it dropped, then surged again and reached a peak of over 40,000 visits in February. The graph below shows the production levels of main fuels in a European country from 1981 to 2000. The diagram delineates a pictorial comparison of the production levels of main fuels in a country in Europe between 1981 and 2000. Overall, the generation of petroleum and natural gas underwent varying upward trajectories, with the more dramatic rise being seen in the latter. Additionally, petroleum was consistently the most produced, while the production of natural gas surpassed that of coal from 1997 onwards. Generating petroleum topped the chart, with an initial record of about 90 tons. This figure experienced a significant rise of roughly 130 tons in 1983 before experiencing a plateau over the following five-year span. However, the petroleum production capacity sank to its trough of approximately 85 tons in 1992, after which it significantly bounced back, reaching its pinnacle of 135 tons, and finally dropped to 120 tons. Regarding the remaining categories, the production level of coal initially doubled that of natural gas, with precisely 80 tons compared to 40 tons. The former remained stable for half a decade, and it notably declined to about 50 tons. However, after witnessing a significant recovery to about 70 tons in 1988, the production level saw the remaining period of a consistent decrease to just under 40 tons. Furthermore, the generation of natural gas remained static until 1997 when the figure reached 45 tons, overtaking that of coal. Thereafter, the rising trend continued remarkably until the end of the period, virtually doubling the 1997 data.
