Some people have proposed that a higher proportion of the national budget should be allocated to support those in need at hospitals. Nevertheless, I do believe healthy lifestyle promotion must be prioritized considering their perennial impact on society. On the other hand, government support is critical to the recovery of patients whose treatment costs exceed their financial capacity. For instance, the medical treatment process for a cancer patient includes numerous costly procedures, starting with the conduct of diagnostic tests, the use of prescribed medications, and ending with interpretation of the results and counseling. In Vietnam, the total sum of these medical and non-medical expenses can total over $50,000, which is unaffordable for the majority of Vietnamese working families. Therefore, to ensure proper treatment, the Vietnamese government must provide monetary support to these patients through insurance schemes. Despite the above-mentioned view, I do believe that the statements should spend more money on promoting citizens involved in disease prevention initiatives that produce greater long-term social impact. Take Cambodia as an example, which has successfully provided indigenous people with essential health information related to nutrition, along with the hygienic and cardiovascular benefits. As a result, there is a considerable growth in the number of Cambodians adopting healthy diets and preventive measures against diseases. Moreover, the rate for hospitalism has witnessed a remarkable decline for recent years, so the governments could distribute a greater spending for other critical sectors such as education, army or politics. To conclude, albeit it is necessary to stretch the government financially, I opine that programs which evoke a healthier lifestyle should be promulgated with the concern and involvement of all political bodies. In light of the increasing number of crime offenders, one school of thought holds that this problem is the result of social crises and society, whereas others cite a person’s personality to be the culprit. This essay will closely examine both viewpoints before concluding that I side with the former. On the one hand, it is understandable why some people believe that crime is caused by a person’s nature. Their key rationale is in favor of the notion that some people are naturally born to be more aggressive and bad-tempered than others. As a result, they are more likely to behave badly and commit a crime. However, such reasoning is flawed, as personality is something that can be shaped through education to meet society’s rules. This can be largely attributed to the fact that schools are incorporating crime education in their curriculum, teaching young children how to control their impulsive feelings as well as the dire repercussions of criminals. Therefore, from an early age, children are taught how to behave correctly and refrain themselves from violating the laws. On the other hand, I subscribe to the notion that the rise in crime is the consequence of social problems and society. To begin with, as the number of unemployed people is on the rise, many people cannot make enough money to pay for their living expenses such as renting bills or buying food. The implication of this is that these people have to resort to criminal acts like robbery or pickpocketing to have money to meet their basic needs. Another worth mentioning reason is that some people have the tendency to mimic others’ criminal actions, thinking that robbery is an easy way to make money without having to work hard physically or mentally. In conclusion, while it is true that a person’s nature can lead to criminal acts to a certain extent, I believe that this can be tackled by education. Perhaps the foremost reason would be that many offenders have disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds as well as they lack the right orientations as ordinary citizens, which is indeed of paramount importance in today’s increasingly interconnected world. Several criminals, for example, cannot virtually afford to cover their basic necessities such as tuition fees or food supplies, which consolidates the motives behind their unlawful activities. Essay: In recent years, controversies have arisen over the suitable ages of having offspring. While numerous people advocate the sentiment that married couples should bear children when they are still young, I strongly believe that having children at older ages should be taken into consideration because of its considerable benefits. On the one hand, proponents of the idea that people should not have children at older ages have their own convincing arguments. Firstly, older women who become pregnant are highly vulnerable to both physical and mental health problems. According to a recent research conducted by Ha Noi Medical University, scientists have proved that a significant number of older mothers may have higher risks of death than younger ones, together with the fact that their baby might be physically weaker. Secondly, it appears to be that there is a wide generation gap between parents and children in many circumstances. Specifically, children of older couples may hardly share their stories with them because of the dissimilarity of their thoughts and opinions, which might easily lead to misunderstanding that could escalate into family conflicts. On the other hand, I strongly believe that husband and wife should bear their children at older ages. Unquestionably, people hold different opinions about whether harmful or helpful while launching satellites into orbit. In my personal estimation, although I understand why most of the public feel that it is risky to launch satellites into orbit, sending satellites can bring far greater benefits. This essay will analyze and discuss in depth both points of view in question. It is conceivable why some subscribe to the view that the act of launching satellites into orbit is immensely risky. The key rationale is that if hostile or technologically advanced aliens find out about humanity, they might consider us a threat or try to take advantage of our resources. It is obvious that they will find a method to destroy or deal with us if we are deemed the hostle, the implication of this is that the life of our earth will end. Therefore, being sent into space will menacing does seem justifiable. From my own standpoint, I strongly agree with the view for several reasons. To begin with, it is undeniable that boxing matches broadcast in front of the media are often famous for moral principles and a feast for the eyes such as respect for opponents, obedience to rules, and fair playing actions. Nevertheless, underground boxing, which is enjoyed most by the audience, is often associated with various disturbing factors including foul language, disregard for rivals, violent punches, brutal scenes and inelegant appearance as a repercussion of intense physical contact. TOPIC: Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree? There has been a debate surrounding the idea that many developed countries should give other types of support to under-developed countries instead of giving financial support. From my point of view, these changes should be enforced by the governments of many rich countries. On the one hand, the financial aid from many developed countries cannot likely enough to solve the issues for the poorer countries. And many problems cannot be solved by using financial support. Therefore, developed countries should give more practical types of support consisting of food support or medical support to help citizens in poorer countries. Additionally, many rich nations can also send experts in several fields to aid and develop pedestrians in many poorer countries. For example, Vietnam has sent many experts in agriculture fields to Africa to teach them how to grow paddy, which also solves the food problem for them. On the other hand, corruption from officials is inevitable in one country. If other developed countries give financial aid to poorer countries, corruption might occur in these country's officials. Therefore, with the drawbacks of some corruption issues, the money supported by other countries cannot be sent to the citizens. With the lack of equity, the poor country not only cannot solve their emergency problems but also leads to more terrible issues. For instance, when the governments of one poorer country corrupt the money that should be sent to the citizens, the financial support can also be less than before, which can be the result for many violence among the citizens. It is a belief held by many people that advertising products aimed at children should be prohibited because of its frequent toxic contents. Although enforcing a ban on those advertisements can be advantageous to children, I believe that it is not a primary solution due to its economic drawbacks. On the one hand, it is indisputable that implementing a ban on advertising towards a certain age group, especially juveniles, may have severe impact on economic growth. There is the fact that under-18 people are contributing a significant number in the total amount of population all around the world; thus, if a ban on advertisements aimed at them is imposed, it will be challenging for some companies to access their potential consumers. This might lead to economic downturn in many regions, and therefore the global economy can be adversely affected. For example,if Coca Cola and Pepsi- two typical popular corporations, were not able to attract children to drink their sugar-based beverages, they would not generate huge profits,which directly distribute to a national economy. On the other hand, there are numerous effective solutions instead of a ban on the aforementioned advertising type. Firstly, launching some campaigns to educate children should by organized by governments to help them differentiating helpful contents with unhealthy ones. Hence, this not only assist them to stay away from showing bad behaviors, but it also provides them with the opportunities to acquire analyzing skills. Another point to make is that some companies, which massively offer unhealthy products for their consumers, must appropriately set a limit for their number of advertisements aiming at children. This may result in a reduction in the risk of children overusing harmful goods, and thereby minimizing the toxic contents from advertisements.
