The top priority of businesses is making money, and they do not need to have social responsibilities. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Essay In this day and age, it is widely held in the community that business corporations should prioritize generating profits rather than focusing on public responsibilities. From my perspective, I partly agree with this concept because of these following reasons. It is crucial and clear that making profits helps the companies to remain financially and economically stable. Without the sources of income, the businesses are likely to experience the decrease in the profit, thus it might lead to severe ramifications, such as employees’ contant resignations, and bankruptcy. Moreover, lack of money generation during the selling process can do harm to future investments in those firms. For example, the number of investors has the a tendency to invest in companies that have resounding success in growing and expanding their business; therefore, other medium and small businesses will not grasp the opportunities to update the equipments equipment as well as to boost the productivity. As a result, gaining profit is indispensable for business to develop in the market. However, taking on social responsibilities is of great importance and should, hence, be carefully considered. In this technologically dominant era, some businesses may not seriously take environmental preservation into account because of high costs and profit priorities. For instance, consumable-produced businesses' production activities may have been emitting toxic and unprocessed waste into the environment, hence it can worsen the natural status and result in environmental degradation. Furthermore, businesses should donate money or create jobs for the disabled and the unemployed. It might, directly, improve their life quality and indirectly facilitate the countries economy. Take Japan as an example, after the World War 2, Japan itself endured the risk of an economic crisis, but thanks to big businesses together with people’s resourcefulness, Japan gradually reclaimed its position in the top great nations. In conclusion, although profit generation, in fact, is the top priority for most of the companies, they should further concentrate on public duties. I believe that if the businesses beautifully combine the two key factors, they will be the most fruitful among other rivals. Some people think that young people should spend free time with families instead of outside entertainment, while others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion. It is considered by some people that teenagers should allocate much of their leisure time to their families, while others contend that they should enjoy themselves outside. In my perspective, spending time with family is far more important than being outside. In my essay, I will discuss both sides of this view and support it with valid arguments and examples. On the one hand, those who believe the time at home with family is more significant have their justifications. The main reason for this argument is adolescents could learn ethical and moral values in a safe way when setting aside time for their families because a family is a place where children can imbibe these values to conduct themselves well in the world. Moreover, this time could be used to strengthen the bond with their families. In contrast, if they do not spend quality time with their loved ones, their ties with their families will be insufficient strong. Studies have shown that children who have more family time have more generous manners and are more conscientious in comparison to their counterparts. Hence, family time is of utmost importance for youngsters. On the other hand, some people opine that having an escape route to the outer world is significantly vital. Owing to be a great opportunity to break the monotony of daily life. This fills the millennials with new energy, making them productive at school later. In addition, this is an excellent way to learn interpersonal skills to create new connections at work to reach success. In Contrast, those who did not interact much with the outside of their families when being mature could turn out to be introverts and fail miserably in making real connections at the workplace. In conclusion, although going out to enjoy themselves help them create new connections the values that parent teach in a family setting is invaluable. A large portion of the public holds the opinion that several serious problems, such as societal issues, daily life challenges, and communication difficulties, arise from living in countries where the local language is unfamiliar. If it weren't for the desire to seek better chances to expand knowledge and adapt to new environments, individuals wouldn't take the risk of venturing into unfamiliar territories that bring challenges. This essay will discuss both sides of the spectrum and provide comprehensive explanations to elucidate this matter. First and foremost, every region in the world has its own distinct languages. If an individual decides to study or work overseas, it becomes necessary to speak fluently and understand the local language to effectively communicate with the locals. When speaking an unfamiliar language is no longer an obstacle, problems such as isolation and misunderstandings would be less likely to occur. Instead, settlers would have the opportunity to make friends with new companions and become accustomed to the new culture and experiences.On the other side of the spectrum, some argue that living in a foreign country makes it difficult to integrate with the local community. However, it ultimately depends on the individual's attitude and determination. Challenges are only daunting and dangerous if they are viewed as fears that lead to giving up. First and foremost, the lack of labor forces resulting from the rise in the percentage of adults caused an economic downturn. It is obvious that when the number of young workforces diminishes, it leads to a shortage of young workers. For instance: In America, Intel company recruited personnel, however, there was a small number of seniors who entered that company. Furthermore, social welfare will increase significantly and teenagers may have a huge financial burden and they won't have the financial means to satisfy their needs. Last but not least, more and more old work forces retiring can present more and more career opportunities for the younger generations, so they can do for their living and satisfy their needs. In conclusion, notwithstanding this trend has several benefits, for example: based on a large amount of knowledge and experience to provide ideas and tactics, the drawbacks like lack of young labor forces and cost of social welfare still overshadow the merits.
