From my point of view, I totally agree with the above- mentioned opinion due to reasons as follows.
To begin with, it is transparent that deciding on a career path early and staying with it help workers garner much more necessary skills and profound knowledge which enable them to climb higher on the career ladder. To succeed in a specific career path, people invariably have to spend a lot of time widening their horizons and accelerating experience from their colleagues and tutors. Thus, forming a clear goal early may provide workers much time and make them become more resilient. For example, it takes physicians a long period of time, perhaps more than ten years to possess a bachelor degree and a license to practice medicine. This, as a matter of fact, requires them to study biological and physical knowledge from high school and determination to overcome difficulties before having a fulfilling working life.
Besides, individuals choosing a career path early on and keeping it can be guaranteed about financial aspects and a comfortable working environment.
