Economic progress is often used to measure a country’s success. However, some people believe that other factors are more important. What other factors should also be considered when measuring a country’s success? Do you think one factor is more important than others? The success of a nation is predominantly assessed by economic development. Some people argue that other factors also play crucial roles in the measurement. From my perspective, apart from the economy, there are several aspects should be considered and I think education is the most important of all. The first sector that could be used to assess a country’s success besides the economy is the overall well-being of its citizens. This can be seen obviously from a comprehensive healthcare system. A good example of this is that in some European countries, their residents’s life expectancy is higher than in other countries due to cutting-edge medical facilities. Secondly, standards of education is also essential. A good education system is vital for development of any country, with schools, colleges, and universities take responsibilities to educate future generations of workers. Thirdly, the indicator should be considered is security. This is because crimes do have a negative impact on citizen’s life. For instance, Vietnamese people had to face a great amount of burglary in the past, so their mental health was affected badly. Therefore, people might be happier when living in a nation with low crime rates. However, in my opinion, I believe the most crucial factor that could be used to evaluate the national economy is education. A high-quality educational system can train superior people who might flourish those aspects mentioned above. For example, creating modern healthcare facilities requires that scientists who know widely about complicated technology and nursing for proper medical treatments. Similarly, a robust economy should be led by excellent economists who undertake rigorous training in institutions. As a result, the more effective the educational system is, the more successful the country is. In conclusion, besides the thriving economy sector, citizens’ well-being, quality of educational system and low crime rates should be mentioned when defining a country’s success and I believe the most vital aspect to assess a country’s long-term prosperity is education. Economic progress is often used to measure a country’s success. However, some people believe that other factors are more important. Topic: The diagram shows the process of making soft cheese. The given diagram illustrates how soft cheese is made. Overall, it is clear that there are five main stages in the making of soft cheese, beginning with mixing water and milk altogether, and ending with soft cheese products. Firstly, the process starts with the mixture of water and milk, which is then put in cooling equipment and continues to be blended and frozen at 5 Celsius during the refrigerating process. After 2 hours, salt is added to the liquid mixture to make a start the third stage, the fermentation process that lasts for 6 hours at 35 Celsius. Following, more heat is used to serve the evaporation stage, at 100 Celsius, which allows this liquid to let off its steam. After 8 hours, 6-hour cooling equipment is applied again to make the mixture become thicker, which is set at 5 Celsius, before the usage of a special filter to sort out soft cheese and waste water. Topic: With the increasing demand for energy sources of oil and gas, people should look for sources of oil and gas in remote and untouched places. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of damaging such areas? There has been much controversy about whether exploiting energy resources such as oil and gas in unexplored locations that are far away due to the growing needs brings more benefits or drawbacks. From my perspective, this idea of exploiting fuels in such places may culminate in more harm than merits. On the one hand, seeking fuels in remote and untouched areas may provide a plethora of benefits. Firstly, this action may act as an effective solution addressing the problem of energy shortages all over the world. Practically, energy resources such as oil and gas are vanishing rapidly since they are overly exploited by humans, causing insufficiency of power to cater to the fundamental needs in desperate parts of the world. This problem can be addressed thanks to the additional energy supplies when exploring remote places. Furthermore, more resources found in such places may contribute to the reduction of the high price tag of energy. It is a simple economic issue that the growing demand and the decreasing supply may cause the increase in price. Therefore, the rise in fuel supply may help balance the value of oil and gas in the market, which is extremely beneficial for countries that are importing fuels from other regions. However, I firmly believe that exploiting energy resources in unexplored areas should be deemed as detrimental. One clear disadvantage is that it may have profound impacts on the environment in those areas. This is due to the fact that the exploitation process may discharge a hefty amount of waste and emissions, which leads to climate change and environmental pollution. Also, this practice required a wide area to set up infrastructures to exploit, causing detrimental effects on the habitat of animals residing there. Additionally, getting energy sources from rural areas may cost a huge budget to reach those places. It required a lot of investment to build intricate machinery and means of transportation to transit to remote regions besides the labor and operation fees, which is definitely not ideal in this era of economic downturn. It is suggested that governments should allocate their budget for other paramount issues such as healthcare, accommodation or education. Lastly, this practice contains a variety of risks during exploring trips to unexplored areas for seeking fuels. Those places often have harsh conditions, which may lead to the deterioration in the health of people participating in the process or even their life. For example, humans have only explored 5% of the ocean since the technology hasn’t developed enough to create safety equipment to protect them from the potential danger in such depths of the ocean. In conclusion, it is apparent that exploring remote and untouched areas offers more disadvantages than disadvantages due to the environmental impacts, the exorbitant cost and the potential risk to people’s health and life. It is predicted that cars in the future will be controlled by computers instead of human drivers. What are the reasons for this development? Do you think it has positive or negative impacts It would be anticipated by some individuals that computers will be applied to the control of automobiles, replacing drivers in person down the line. From my perspective, this advancement primarily stems from the demands of road safety and users’s experiences. In addition, I would also opine that this trend could have some negative outcomes such as its limited access for only affluent people and the unemployment of professional drivers There are several factors contribute to why autonomous cars would be a superior alternative to human drivers. The foremost reason is that it can ensure traffic safety comparing to the increasing numbers of traffic accidents operated by humans nowadays. The advanced cars are not only equipped with sensors and AI technology but also programmed to comply with a set of traffic rules. In particular, future collisions could be declined due to automatic warnings by the vehicles as well as driving at the regulated speed limits. Additionally, driverless cars could liberate from tiring driving tasks helping users feel more relaxed and enjoyable while travelling. Instead of reading a complex map or navigating the roads, passengers now can listen to music, watch a movie or even take a nap especially on a long-hour journey. Despite the arguments above, however, there are also many notable downsides relating to this trend. Firstly, AI-controlled vehicles could be prohibitive for most ordinary individuals as their prices and maintenance costs could be relatively high. Programmed automobiles production needs a massive amount of money since it requires a wide range of advanced technologies, skillful engineers and workers, and high-quality car components. Therefore, only a handful of opulent people could afford such luxuries rather than clients from many social classes. On top of that, the introduction of autonomous cars could result in the increased unemployment rates due to human drivers layoffs. With convenient and multifuctional useses, self-driving cars could predominate over human personnel in many respects, and thus, business no longer need any casual drivers. For example, a delivery agency might choose driver-less cars over mere employees since it could transport commodities faster with dispense directions algorithms. In conclusion, the prediction about the predominance of autonomous cars is reasonable because of their prevention from the high risk of accidents occurence and the user’s experience enhancement. Meanwhile, these advantages could be of use ofor only the wealthy and could also pose a threat to human drivers at risk of being fired It is predicted that cars in the future will be controlled by computers instead of human drivers. While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Do you agree or disagree?’ Opinions are divided on whether people should pursue vocational training rather than tertiary education due to the lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. I personally think that there is little to disagree with this observation. Granted, one might argue that students should choose to learn academic courses, since those courses provides students with knowledge and certificates in many fields, which are thought to help students find well-paid jobs easier. However, such knowledge is often theory-based and impractical, which often cannot be used in real-world jobs. Moreover, students with such academic certificates often lack of work experience, which is highly required in many big industrial fields. As a result, university graduates often have trouble finding jobs even when they have a high distinction bachelor’s degree. Instead, Vocational courses offer students work-based skills and knowledge related directly to economical industries, which provide practical skills such as communication and teamwork, or how to adapt different tools, technologies. This will help students obtain real job experience so that they can easily search for jobs in their chosen sector. For instance, training to be a plumber or electrician often requires hands-on experience, and with such courses, students can get to know how to use specialized tools, technical systems, or how to face with common practical problems. By obtaining such knowledge from vocational training, students can find many job opportunities which are in high demand with highly incomes right after graduated. In conclusion, personally, I believe that more individuals should be encouraged to pursue vocational courses since it provides them practical knowledge, hands-on experience and increase their chance to get jobs with highly incomes. While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Many people believe that most developing countries are currently expanding their tourist industries, which is a negative development. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Many people argue that expanding tourist industries in growing nations is a negative improvement. Personally, I completely disagree with this point of view, as I believe that it is advantageous for these countries to develop their tourist industries. There are several reasons why people think that developing tourism is an advert impression. The main reason is that the environment can be damaged by developing travel industries. In fact, tourist attractions can lead to various types of pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, or noise pollution, which impact the living standard of locals. For example, To Lich River which is situated in Ha Noi Vietnam experienced serious water pollution in the past because of the development of the tourism sector. Moreover, by creating a new destination, deforestation has become a serious problem around the world, contributing to global warming. As a result, it is a baseless argument to think the advancement of tourist industries brings more disadvantages to life. Despite these drawbacks, I believe that it is a positive development for both locals and the government. First and foremost, on the local level, by developing the tourism sector, locals not only can sell local food, clothes, or jewelry to visitors, but they also can rent their houses to travelers to earn extra income, resulting in better lives. Additionally, through these destinations, people can find opportunities to make cultural exchanges with foreigners to broaden their horizons, contributing to the development of the country. Moreover, expanding tourist industries boosts the national economy. There is an enormous number of visitors going to growing countries to visit tourist attractions and they usually use their money to pay for souvenirs or essential services such as hotels, or restaurants, resulting in an improvement in the national budget. To sum up, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that the expansion of tourist industries is beneficial for both locals and the government scales Many people believe that most developing countries are currently expanding their tourist industries, which is a negative development. During the era of advanced technology, advertisements have been utilized as the technique to capture the interest of customers to purchase the variety of commodities. However, it also makes some individuals face the dilemma of advertising has successfully witnessed its impact in commercial field or it has been outdated and is not able to attract this group anymore. Therefore, this essay will elaborate further on both views and give my own perspective. The primary point that triggers people to believe in the success of advertisement in business market is the selective information. This is because whist the company runs the advertisement in the limited time frame, they must select the worthiest information which can grab viewer’s attention on the first seconds. Consequently, when customers have a pressing need and identify the appropriate products, they may buy them directly. For instance, some students spend an enormous amount of time on studying, they may seek for items that can heal their eyes. According to that, numerous companies attempt to prepare the script that mainly focuses on this function and convert them into advertisements, resulting in the increase of sale. In contrast, the interruption is one of the potential factors reducing the advertising’s value. As advertisements are displayed in the unsuitable moment and disrupt personal work, they also make people feel distracted. Therefore, individual cannot pay adequate attention on these ads and may skip them to continue their work. Similarly, while people are watching their favourite movies in any channels, YouTube or Google, many ads may appear unexpectedly. Most of their reactions are to wait until these ads end to focus on the film. Thus, this has made more people care less on advertising. In conclusion, advertising is an effective way to introduce the items for customers due to the carefully chosen information, but it has lost its attention gradually because of the disruption. Indeed, I firmly believe that advertisement is less preferable currently in public. During the era of advanced technology, advertisements have been utilized as the technique to capture the interest of customers to purchase the variety of commodities. However, it also makes some indiv... Read more

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to poorer countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Opinions are divided on whether developed countries should provide underdeveloped nations with more practical help in different kinds of fields rather than give them financial support. I personally think that there is little to disagree with this observation. One of the most common problems with financial assistance is that it may not reach to the people who are in need. Since some corrupt governments and offices raise fund from wealthy nations, which will be used for their inappropriate purposes, while people, who really need that money, often receive little or nothing. In addition, giving money to developing countries can not help those get rid of poverty because such problems are often thanks to poor educational condition. Therefore, instead of donating money, facilitating educational systems of poorer nations should be prioritized, such as investing in infrastructure or providing teachers with training courses. A lack of knowledge is the one of the main reasons why people in those countries can not escape the cycle of extreme poverty. Due to inability to read and write, such people cannot apply for sustainable jobs with stable incomes and often have to work in dangerous environment for extremely low wages. With the provision of higher education, citizens in developing countries can now get certificates in order to find well-paid jobs, improve their living standards, or even pull themselves out of poverty and debt. In conclusion, wealthy nations should not just pour billions of dollars meaninglessly into the governments of poor countries, but should invest in paying teacher’s salary, constructing more modern facilities, and developing many other fields. Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to poorer countries rather than financial aid. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? (Bài làm) Owning houses has been considered as a primary aim rather than renting in several nations. In this essay, the reasons and both the advantages and disadvantages will be discussed before reaching my personal conclusion. To begin with, there are several reasons that people prefer buying their own house to renting one. Firstly, it is a tradition or custom in many countries that a family needs to live together. For example, a big family which has more than 5 members needs more rooms for each person. Therefore, renting a large apartment room to support their members' needs can cost the family more than purchasing a house. Additionally, some parents want to purchase a house in order to make sure that their offspring still have a place to live in the future. They understand that renting accommodations is not stable enough due to the fact that a contract that they have made with a landlord can be cancelled at any time. In my point of view, I believe that buying their own places brings both benefits and drawbacks. On the one hand, the family will have their own space and privacy. Helping them find a place to release their stress from business. For example, they might have spaces to exercise to take care of their health or build a big garage for spending their precious time together. On the other hand, even if parents buy the house. They cannot guarantee that their children will stay in this place when they grow up. Otherwise, it can be a waste of money. In summary, it is true that families need to purchase their own residence instead of renting in some countries. However, it has both positive and negative sides of buying the house, buyers should consider all aspects before making a decision. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? (Bài làm) Owning houses... Some people think that competition at work, at school and in daily life is a good thing. Others believe that we should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different views about whether we should compete together at work, at school, and in our daily lives. While some argue that competition is a good thing, others claim that we should try to cooperate more. In this essay, both viewpoints will be discussed, and a perspective will be presented. Proponents of competition highlight certain advantages. Firstly, competition makes efforts for people in some fields. This could be explained by the fact that most people want to achieve higher results compared to others, and this is a destination that they always try their best to gain. Secondly, competition helps develop society and the country. As a result, when some companies compete with each other to come in first, the economy of the country will increase fast, dealing with the unemployment problems. However, opponents of competition claim that cooperation fosters productivity and helps us solve difficult issues. Through cooperation between individuals and organizations, people can support each other in areas that have more benefits than others, such as money, knowledge, and human resources. In addition, collaborations often bring together diverse perspectives and ideas, leading to more creative solutions and innovative approaches at work, at school, and in daily life. This is due to the fact that individuals from different backgrounds have different experiments and expertise; they will bring a variety of ideas to discuss together. In conclusion, while competition is beneficial in terms of making efforts and improving society and country, the merits of cooperation, including boosting productivity, solving hard problems, and generating many new ideas and perspectives, are equally significant. People have different views about whether we should compete together at work, at school, and in our daily lives.
