It is widely recognized that in many nations, the retirement stopping work age has been increasing increased quickly. While this has admittedly certain benefits, I would argue that these are outweighed by the drawbacks. On the one hand, the advantages of the retirement age show an upward trend. One prominent benefit is that the fund government will be reduced the burden for pension. This amount of money should be invested in other projects that aim to upgrade standard life. Another plus point, there are some careers that require professional seniority such as doctor, teacher, and they can teach descendants valuable lessons. Therefore, the wage also grows for experience, there are emergency situations that need excellent surgeon. On the other hand, I am convinced that the disadvantages of raising the age. To begin with the number of the depression of the people go up continually with main reason is work, peer pressure, family, among others. They have a tendency to make plan to retire soon, or they want to spend time for family, travel around the world before they are not healthy enough to do this. Beside that, many people feel exhausted from toxic work environment, they have huge contribution to work and expect to retire early. However, if they do it, their pension will be cut down, which affects too much plan. In addition, the young generation have difficulty applying for the job because they have to compete with people who possess in-depth knowledge. In conclusion, despite certain benefits that growing the age retirement can bring about employees, I would contend that the drawback are more evident. It is widely recognized that in many nations, the retirement stopping work age has been increasing increased quickly. Describe your favorite place in your house where you can relax. You should say: -Where it is? -What it is like? -What you enjoy doing there? Explain why you feel favorite this place. To be honest, the place that I can truly allow my self to relax and unwind is definitely my bedroom. It is situated at the end of my house but it's prominent because of the attractive outside decorations as well as the beige painted walls. Because of my family not being affluent, as soon as you open the door, the bed can be seen right in front of you. And in the left hand corner, there is a cabinet where all my clothes are kept. My room is also equipped with the air conditioning system which is used to cool my room down when hot weather comes. Beside that, there is an area that I am most proud of is the place where I keep all my school certificates hung on the walls and arrange all my childhood toys on the shelves. I love this area so I always keep it neated and tidied and also nicely decorated. Whenever I am in my room, I often lie on my bed, complete some assignments and then I endulge in watching a movie or listening to some music before going to bed. And the reason why I considered it as my favorite place is because it provides me privacy as well as a confidential space to immerse myself in singing or even practicing musical instruments without anyone else noticing. So, being in my room puts my mind into the most comfortable state. Describe your favorite place in your house where you can relax. The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.
The plans show a university sports centre as it is now and the new layout following its redevelopment. Overall, while some outdoor facilities will be lost, the new centre will be significantly larger and will cater for a wider range of sports. The sports centre currently consists of a relatively small central building with an outdoor court on each side. The building houses a 25-metre pool, with a seating area and changing room, and there is a gym to the rear and a reception area to the front. Following the renovations, only the central pool and its facilities will remain the same. The building will be expanded to the east and west removing the outdoor courts and making way for more indoor facilities. These include a leisure pool on the western side, which will be slightly larger than the existing one and will have its own changing room, and on the eastern side, a new sports hall, and two dance studios. The current gym will be lengthened so that it is double its current size. The reception area will also be widened making it more spacious. On arrival, visitors to the new centre will benefit from a third changing room, a sports shop and a café, all located around the reception area. Consumers are faced with increasing numbers of advertisements from competing companies. To what extent do you think are consumers influenced by advertisements? What measures can be taken to protect them? In the context of fierce competition, companies have increasingly bombarded buyers with numerous advertisements to increase brand awareness. This essay argues that this phenomenon exerts adverse impacts on buyers and suggests several viable remedies to address the existing problems. Admittedly, excessive exposure to promotional campaigns can cause several problematic issues, one of which is to run a higher risk of deteriorated wellness. This is particularly noticeable with Vietnam, where many individuals have contracted a diverse range of medical conditions such as obesity and cancers. These people have placed their trust on outstanding singers’ support for functional food on commercials. Without the advertisements, including celebrity endorsement, these buyers would not have suffered from the pain of such health quagmires. By the same token, adding promotion costs into production ones, to maximize profit, can potentially swelling the selling price of merchandise. Hence, this addition can leave buyers financially precarious. Given the wide-ranging and severe consequences to consumer communities, certain practical and workable solutions should be embraced to curb the trajectory. First, all advertisements are required to undergo the process of rigid screening, ensuring that all the information of products are genuine before being shown to the public, proportionately making substantial contributions to fostering the protection of buyers. Additionally, government-subsidized promotions typically serve as a measure to mitigate the price of items, which likely leads to people’s accumulation of savings, which may be invested in profitable sectors. As a result, numerous customers can live fulfilling lives. In conclusion, the bombardment of advertisements can be detrimental to the community of purchasers. Therefore, the implementation of a stricter censorship and state-funded promotions emerges as a wise approach to alleviate the repercussions. Consumers are faced with increasing numbers of advertisements from competing companies. To what extent do you think are consumers influenced by advertisements? What measures can be taken to protec... Schools are no longer needed because children can find so much information on the internet and study at home. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this?
The prevalence of the Internet has raised online studying among families as it provides widely-accessible information of various subjects. However, I contend schools are a necessary environment for students as they supply a suitable course for students and a more disciplined, well-organized place to develop students holistically. We can’t deny that homeschooling allows students to have access to a large amount of knowledge of mandatory subjects at school. To cite an example, Ted-Ed is a website for homeschoolers where they supply presentations on various topics mainly technology, entertainment or design which spark children’s curiosity. Therefore, students can develop their life skills and imagination, studying entirely on the Internet due to the extensive library videos. This is also why some may be interested in approaching knowledge through technological devices. Notwithstanding, schools are still the main foundation of education. They have more suitable curriculums which are designed by experts, who know what children need to study for their vital skills and social development. Moreover, schools are a more well-organized environment where students can participate in certain activities and join teamwork. To exemplify, while doing teamwork, they can express their thoughts and implement each one's opinion; therefore, schools can train students to be disciplined, responsible and united with others. In conclusion, in spite of the advantage of the Internet to studying, I remain of the opinion that students should attend schools to be taught accurate knowledge of society and fundamental subjects. Some people claim that the government should provide free healthcare. Others think that it’s better to invest those funds in education and culture. What is your opinion? Apparently, well-being is a crucial facet in human life, thus there are some opines that the state should invest in free healthcare. Meanwhile, the rest of views reckon that it’s plausible to dedicate a budget for education and culture. In my point of view, all three domains are requisite for official aid from administration. There are two compelling reasons why states should spend money on the development of education and culture. Firstly, the investment in education fosters people’s literacy. By allocating the budget to organize a plethora of education schemes, such as waiving tuition fees for students, this could increase the academic levels of residents. As a result, this could serve as a catalyst for countries’s flourish. Additionally, cultural investment reinforces the nation's identity. If the government had official aid for promoting cultural heritage such as Xoan singinging in Vietnam, this would preserve the beautification of Vietnam’s culture. However, providing free healthcare should be a priority for the regime, albeit not to the exclusion of allocating education and culture due to two justifications. Firstly, this aid can form opportunities for the underprivileged healthcare assessment. By providing free doctor’s appointments for residents, more and more dwellers can have a chance to access medical examination despite having low-income backgrounds. Furthermore, this investment can contribute to the sustainable development of countries. With the immense number of robust inhabitants, owing to receiving free healthcare services, this can provide a plentiful workforce, which can stimulate the long-lasting improvement of nations. In conclusion, I firmly believe that all three fields should have official aid from the state due to its valuable outcomes. Whilst the education and culture outlays foster people’s literacy, and reinforcement of a nation's identity, the healthcare endowment forms a chance for poor citizens to access medical services, and stimulate the development of countries in the long run. Some people claim that the government should provide free healthcare. Others think that it’s better to invest those funds in education and culture. What is your opinion? In other countries university students go to other cities rather than live with their family. Do you think the benefits of living away from home outweight the disadvantage?
In some countries, some students tend to relocate to other cities to pursue tertiary education, while others opt for universities located near their homes. From my perspective, the benefits of living away from home outweigh any drawbacks. On the one hand, one school of thought holds that solo living may indeed present several disadvantages. The primary reason behind this thinking is that there will be increased feelings of loneliness and isolation, especially for individuals who have a profound sense of intimacy with family members, as they are accustomed to aiding one another. Therefore, without daily interaction, they are more likely to experience a psychological crisis when coping with the pressures of academic life coupled with the transition to independence, contributing to a decline in their academic performance. Additionally, various expenses, including rent, utilities, and groceries, can adversely impact students' budgets and induce financial stress, as they have not been taught to manage expenses beforehand, making it difficult for them to practice reasonable spending to avoid debt. Many may undertake extra work hours or resort to loans and other financial aid options to maintain living sustainability, giving rise to the severity of stress levels and disrupting their academic performance. Notwithstanding the aforementioned arguments, the advantageous impacts of living independently are significant. Perhaps the foremost rationale would be that students can hone essential life skills that are of paramount importance for their successful life outcomes, including budgeting, time management, and decision-making. Moreover, individuals are responsible for managing their finances, schedules, and daily tasks without relying on the help of family members, thereby fostering their mature development. Furthermore, students can also develop problem-solving abilities by overcoming daily adversities without immediate assistance from family members. This brings them to a state of self-reliance, encourages personal growth and resilience, and acts as a catalyst for healthier personal and professional spheres. In conclusion, I believe that the advantages of living independently surpass the disadvantages. Although this trend can lead to some mental issues such as isolation and financial pressure, students who have the chance to experience independent living hold immense promise in cultivating crucial life skills that are at the core of their holistic development. In some countries, some students tend to relocate to other cities to pursue tertiary education, while others opt for universities located near their homes. People who decide on a career path early in their lives and keep it are more likely to have a satisfying working life than those who change jobs frequently. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Career path has always been a considerable issue for individuals, especially in this competitive job market. There is a belief that determining a career path as soon as possible and making an attempt to pursue it enables people a better professional life compared to job hoppers. From my point of view, I totally agree with the above- mentioned opinion due to reasons as follows. To begin with, it is transparent that deciding on a career path early and staying with it help workers garner much more necessary skills and profound knowledge which enable them to climb higher on the career ladder. To succeed in a specific career path, people invariably have to spend a lot of time widening their horizons and accelerating experience from their colleagues and tutors. Thus, forming a clear goal early may provide workers much time and make them become more resilient. For example, it takes physicians a long period of time, perhaps more than ten years to possess a bachelor degree and a license to practice medicine. This, as a matter of fact, requires them to study biological and physical knowledge from high school and determination to overcome difficulties before having a fulfilling working life. Besides, individuals choosing a career path early on and keeping it can be guaranteed about financial aspects and a comfortable working environment. Nowadays, there are an increasing number of job hoppers and the noticeable thing is that changing jobs frequently means they have no choice but to adapt to a novel environment and receive a low-paid salary as that of apprentices. This can make them encounter financial instability and even stress. Hence, deciding on a specific career path early on and determinedly pursuing it can create a friendly and satisfying environment in which people are helpful and familiar with each other and lead to a stable income for themselves. To sum up, I strongly agree that individuals committing to a career path from early on are more likely to have a suitable professional life. As their income and working environment can be better than those of job hoppers and also they can unstoppably make progress to succeed in their career path thanks to useful accelerated knowledge People who decide on a career path early in their lives and keep it are more likely to have a satisfying working life than those who change jobs frequently. The increasing housing problem in big cities has social consequences. Some people say that only the government should have the responsibility for solving this problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
With the increasing urbanization across the globe, housing shortages, particularly in metropolitan areas, have consistently concerned, triggering social-scale repercussions. Thus, a school of thought opine that government sectors exert a far-reaching role in tackling this problem. I, however, would contend that not only authorities but individual contributions also partially curb this dilemma. Admittedly, the unprecedented increase of housing scarcity could be destructive to societal well-being. The primary rationale behind this is that homeless residents are more prone to incur financial-related strains and lack the sense of fulfillment due to unemployment and extravagant expenses in developed cities. As a consequence, these individuals might resort to criminal activities, namely gambling, armed robberies or home intrusion, to make ends meet and improve their situations, leading to the increased likelihood of criminals which undeniably is destructive to economic advancements as well as citizenry’s life quality. India can exemplify this perspective, due to the booming emergence of slums scattered around urban areas, this nation frequently not only has been documented the ever-increasing rate of social evils but also is considered as one of the pernicious countries for tourists. Therefore, I concur that the interference of governmental bodies is essential and urgent to weaken the housing crisis since the government has the resources and is powerful enough to command their citizens. Authorities and urban planners should take precedence over housing availability through subsidizing sponsorships for low-income families or constructing housing models that could cater to diverse demographics. China authorities, for instance, enacted and implemented housing policies, plus designed different affordable apartments for immigrant people, which laid the solid foundation for the significant reduction of illicit activities and the stable economic development. Nonetheless, I assume that the assistance of private sectors also plays an important role in this obstacle. Irrefutably, the increasing migrators from developing countries is attributable to the fundamental culprit resulting in the housing shortages. As a result, private enterprises, particularly mega ones, should offer appropriate job opportunities for these individuals via training programs, enhancing their employment prospects. In conclusion, while governmental involvement contributes significantly to reduced housing scarcity, I would affirm that only by collaborative efforts between the private and government sectors, can we address this preoccupation completely, making urban landscapes more healthier and worth-living. With the increasing urbanization across the globe, housing shortages, particularly in metropolitan areas, have consistently concerned, triggering social-scale repercussions. Thus, a school of thought... Read moreKhanh An

All large companies should provide sports and social facilities to the local community. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? ANSWER: One school of thought holds that sports and social amenities should be established by wealthier companies for the public. From my point of view, I completely agree with this statement as it offers great benefits for both the companies and the community. I think that public facilities should be provided by big companies because is a preferable course of action. Firstly, it can enhance the overall well-being of the public and raise awareness about the importance of health. This is because when citizens can easily access to available equipment as well as the people around them who also exercise, it would encourage their enthusiasm for sports, therefore leading to a better physical and mental health. The second reason for this is that the companies themself potentially benefit from advertising their products through the brands which were printed in every equipment the residents use. As a result, prospective customers will search for their goods or services, then they will buy them, leading to the increase in the companies' revenue. Furthermore, being accessed to other social facilities such as library or museum means that the population of a country can gain more valuable knowledge about various aspects in life.
