Overall, a number of changes occurred all over the building, some of which involved the relocation and construction of some features. The exceptions are the pool, reception and the cafe as they have still existed in this original location. This pool, however, turns from an outdoor one into an indoor one.
In 1990, a park could be easily spotted in the top left corner of the university sports court. After 23 years, this space which go through a two-time reduction size is occupied to make space for a basketball court. In contrast, the place where a car park used to locate is slightly widened. The tennis court which used to be opposite to the outdoor pool now is moved to this aforemented wider space.
Lastly, the space for changing room was increased in half and relocated to the original location of the tennis court. Besides, a new fitness centre is constructed next to the changing room.

People have different views about the improvisation of unexpected situations such as an undesirable occupation or lack of money. While some people assume that the acceptance of ineviable situations is the best, I believe that taking a chance for impletementing and enhancing those situations has to be a better option.
On the one hand, the option to confront with rough situations is attractive for several reasons. The main one is the reinforcement of strong mental health. This is because the negative thoughts occasionally get into people’s mind when they bear those tough situations, however, the acceptance and clarity of situations helps to form the positivity of mental health. As a result, people will be more optimistic instead of moaning, and not falter in the face of difficulties. Furthermore, the acceptance avoids the escape from the present reality. This could be explained by the fact that people have the tendency to live in their imagination of better scenarios whenever getting tough through the evasion. Therefore, civilians cannot distinguish between the reality and their delusion.
On the other hand, there are a variety of reasons why I believe that those situations should be taken as a chance and developed. The significant point is the self-improvement. Because the difficulties should be seemed as an attempt to deeply realise people’s ordinary mistakes and then challenge themselves to improve ones. Consequently, that will be a fundament of generating the best version’s themselves. For example, a Mickey’s father Walt Disney, without a fulfil background due to not being assisted to grow up, endeavoured relentlessly to unleash and acquired successes. Moreover, creating an amazing opportunity for yourself is presented as a subsequent reason. It could be explained by the fact that instead of accepting and transforming those situations to a conventional way, people are able to figure out another ways and from that point, it might reap a fulfil chance to enhance. In my opinion, I disagree and maintain the idea that sending criminals to prison provides benefits to both prisoners and the society.
Firstly, prisons are places where offenders are isolated from the community to avoid doing illegal activities. Keeping criminals in jails is the way to maintain the safety of society and protect everyone from being harmed. For example, drivers driving too fast which lead to many people on the road being injured are sent to prison. Secondly, with the appearance of prisons, people are able to create a society in order. Putting prisoners in jail is a signal warning citizens have to obey the law, and promote a healthy lifestyle. From my perspective, I totally disagree and maintain the idea that newspapers offer humans a huge quantity of knowledge about happening around us.
To commence, as newspapers have no constraints on choosing the subject, people are able to face most sides of our societies including health, education, politics,...which offers them greater general insights. These can support individuals significantly in their way of thinking while making the ultimate decision. For example, given the political election, merely official information from newspapers or television news programs can help citizens consider who is more suitable to be their country’s leader. This given information including politicians’ proficiency, characteristics, or even their private lives, not only provides inhabitants with accurate insights about candidates but also assists them a lot in their final conclusion.
Moreover, without news, it is impossible for those who are at such a far distance to view the information, and thus, they cannot make adequate preparations for each situation. The most pronounced merit is that young individuals can save a colossal amount of money on buying food or paying rent fees to later spend on developing themselves. For instance, young adults can spend these money to enroll in courses training interpersonal skills or problem-solving skills, the skills that are believed to be of paramount importance in today’s society. However, this fails to consider that not many people will spend this money on personal growth but rather indulging themselves in unhealthy lifestyles like buying junk food.
On the other hand, I am of the opinion that the merits that this trend confers are eclipsed by the setbacks. To begin with, when living under one roof with parents, young individuals may become over reliant on them. The implication of this is that they may lack essential life skills such as doing the laundry or cooking because their parents do everything for them. Another downside that is worth mentioning is that they may lack the freedom because they will have to be obedient of the rules set by their parents at home. In contrast, their counterparts who opt for an independent life are given the freedom to do whatever they want.
In conclusion, while acknowledging the fact that living with parents can be beneficial to young adults in terms of saving money and personal development, I would contend that the advantages are pale in comparison with the disadvantages.

In modern society, the culture which has existed since ancient times has a great number of significant contributions to the improvement of the globe. There are some viewpoints indicating that citizens of their region have an ignored attitude to the necessary role of protecting the traditional culture from the influence of modern trends. It is argued that the belief of the unmodern culture is wealthy and preserving traditional ways of life is still a critical issue for the community. From my perspective, the former outweigh the latter.
To begin with, it is uncomplicated to understand the argument about the unpassionate attitude of citizens. Preserving the ancient way of life is an unnecessary thing for a great number of people, especially the youngsters. People these days pay attention to the culture of other countries, especially the culture of Western countries. For instance, the enormous amount of citizens in Eastern countries celebrate Valentine's Day which is a special day in Western countries. In addition, it also stands for the reason that some tradition manners of their country are not suitable in this duration. In particular, this is true of my country-Vietnam. Blackening the teeth is one of the traditional ways of life for ancient Vietnamese, but having black teeth nowadays is an unusual thing. Therefore, most of Vietnamese have white teeth and have changed this traditional habbit.
Nevertheless, it is claimed that protecting the traditional culture is one of the first priorities for citizens. In some countries, the awareness of preserving tradional ways of life is enhanced and traditional manners also become key features to recognize their countries from others. Take India as an example, eating by usinh hand is the traditional culture in their lives, and the Ganges River festival is held annually. Moreover, the authority of many countries has passed many laws to protect and maintain the unmodern culture. It also stands for the factors that young generation need to know the unique and diversity of their culture in order to boost their love and proud of their country. What is more, traditional manners is one of the famous things appealing tourists to improve the tourism and the national economy by purchasing tickets to experience traditional manners.
In conclusion, maintaining traditional manners is one of the vital elements in the world. However, the amount of countries that do not have the appearance of the unmodern culture is insignificant. It is evident to me that entering new cultures is inevitable, so global citizens have to invest in the ability to select new trends to enter.

There was an upward trend in the percentages of students in England speaking Spanish only, accounted for 5% from 2000 to 2010. Over 10 years timescale, no other language witnessed a gradual decline, being spoken a fifth to finish at just 10%. The number of people, who were able to speak another languages fluently collapsed by half: one in twenty and two other languages were in contrary. After 10 years, French only possibly spoken by British students moderately rocketed approximately 2 times. German only leveled off till the end of the period.

On the other hand, government support is critical to the recovery of patients whose treatment costs exceed their financial capacity. For instance, the medical treatment process for a cancer patient includes numerous costly procedures, starting with the conduct of diagnostic tests, the use of prescribed medications, and ending with interpretation of the results and counseling. In Vietnam, the total sum of these medical and non-medical expenses can total over $50,000, which is unaffordable for the majority of Vietnamese working families. Therefore, to ensure proper treatment, the Vietnamese government must provide monetary support to these patients through insurance schemes.
Despite the above-mentioned view, I do believe that the statements should spend more money on promoting citizens involved in disease prevention initiatives that produce greater long-term social impact. Take Cambodia as an example, which has successfully provided indigenous people with essential health information related to nutrition, along with the hygienic and cardiovascular benefits. As a result, there is a considerable growth in the number of Cambodians adopting healthy diets and preventive measures against diseases. Moreover, the rate for hospitalism has witnessed a remarkable decline for recent years, so the governments could distribute a greater spending for other critical sectors such as education, army or politics.
To conclude, albeit it is necessary to stretch the government financially, I opine that programs which evoke a healthier lifestyle should be promulgated with the concern and involvement of all political bodies.

In light of the increasing number of crime offenders, one school of thought holds that this problem is the result of social crises and society, whereas others cite a person’s personality to be the culprit. This essay will closely examine both viewpoints before concluding that I side with the former.
On the one hand, it is understandable why some people believe that crime is caused by a person’s nature. Their key rationale is in favor of the notion that some people are naturally born to be more aggressive and bad-tempered than others. As a result, they are more likely to behave badly and commit a crime. However, such reasoning is flawed, as personality is something that can be shaped through education to meet society’s rules. This can be largely attributed to the fact that schools are incorporating crime education in their curriculum, teaching young children how to control their impulsive feelings as well as the dire repercussions of criminals. Therefore, from an early age, children are taught how to behave correctly and refrain themselves from violating the laws.
On the other hand, I subscribe to the notion that the rise in crime is the consequence of social problems and society. To begin with, as the number of unemployed people is on the rise, many people cannot make enough money to pay for their living expenses such as renting bills or buying food. The implication of this is that these people have to resort to criminal acts like robbery or pickpocketing to have money to meet their basic needs. Another worth mentioning reason is that some people have the tendency to mimic others’ criminal actions, thinking that robbery is an easy way to make money without having to work hard physically or mentally.
In conclusion, while it is true that a person’s nature can lead to criminal acts to a certain extent, I believe that this can be tackled by education. However, I would contend that crime is the result of social problems.
