There are several drivers for this phenomenon. Initially, they might prioritise other aspects before bringing up a child. This means young people might spend a more significant amount of time climbing their career ladders and making a handsome profit with a view to lessening their financial burdens. Once they have earned enough income to establish a stable life, they will decide to have babies after several years. Furthermore, a variety of individuals might be inexperienced to foster a child. This is because they have never given birth before, leading to their lack of parental skills. Therefore, it is necessary for them to expand their outlook in terms of nurturing a baby before having their first child.
From my perspective, the drawbacks of having the first kid in the later stage are overshadowed by its positive points. First and foremost, giving birth late would allow them more time to be ready both physically and mentally. More precisely, when people choose to raise a child at a young age, their body might not be fully developed, bringing about a range of health issues. Also, there would be various pressures put on their shoulders, resulting in stress and depression. Cities are often seen as places of opportunity, but there are many major drawbacks to living in huge metropolis. In my opinion, the government could do many more things to improve inhabitant quality
The primary problem of people who want to migrate to large cities is the cost of living, which is much higher than in small towns or villages. Inhabitants have to pay more money for housing, services, transport, and even food. Another reason is people would face air pollution because of the huge number of traffic in the city center, the streets and transportation systems are always overcrowded, which would affect on health and quality of citizens. Furthermore, the rate of competition in the metropolis is actually more fierce when people with a high degree have a tendency to go city to find jobs and opportunities instead of choosing to stay in their hometown.
However, there are various measures for the government to tackle these issues. Firstly, the government should spend more money on building affordable and social housing which would reduce the cost of living for low-income people. Secondly, if the government implements a policy using more public transportation rather than private vehicles it would alleviate the traffic congestion problem and polluted environment. There is a growing consensus that taking part in an interesting activity with children is necessary for improving their comprehensive skills and creativity, surpassing the impact of solitary reading. However, while joining children in their activity could be beneficial to their development, it seems to me that reading also provides junveniles the cornerstone of crucial skills, and children should maitain a balance between actively engaging in diverse activities and reading books, providing a well-rounded approach to their developmental journey.
On the one hand, many parents would rather play with the children to help them boost their skills than leave them with the books. It is easily understood that when participating with the minors, adults could teach them how to do well and show them their mistakes through realistic experience. This means children could, without a dout, obtain these knowledge for a long time. For instance, with a good ability of imitating, minors can improve their cognitive skills through playing chess with the adults by learning good movements from them. However, it is noticeble that a child is not able to learn all from surrounding adults owing to the fact that there are various skills or knowledge which is only contained in the books.
On the other hand, I am convinced that reading
books also plays an essential role in the holistic development of a child. By being exposed to printed pages at an early age, children can easily approach to numerous skills and knowledge through stories, narratives or characters in the books, leading to the overall enhancement themselves. Especially, solitary reading effectively helps minors elevate their linguistic ability, providing them a good vocabulary and grammar use in real-life conversations. For example, it is proved by many studies that children who have a good reading ability tend to use a wider range of words when talking to others, showcasing a creative and flexible linguistic prowess. This obviously highlights the extreme importance of books to the comprehensive development of children.
In conclusion, despite the fact that joining
juveniles with the captivating activities is advantegous to their development, I hold a firm belief that reading skill should not be overlooked by children and adults due to its major impact on various skills, especially linguistic abilities. The causes of global warming are mainly caused by human activities. Firstly, the process of generating electricity and heat from burning fossil fuels creates huge emissions globally. The discharged fuel gases will cover the Earth and trap the sun’s heat. Moreover, most cars, trucks or boats run on fossil fuels. Accordingly, transportation is one of the large sources that emits gases, especially carbon dioxide. Finally, deforestation is the factor makes global warming increasing. Trees can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, however, they have been cut to serve the other purposes. Therefore, cutting trees down regularly means increasing emissions.
To reduce global warming, we must use less energy that is produced from fossil fuels and switch to use renewable energy sources such as wind, solar energy because they emit little or no air pollutants. Most of vehicles using diesel or gasoline so walking or cycling instead of driving can reduce greenhouse gase emissions, it will save fuel energy and also improve our health. Finally, we need to plant more trees because trees will regulate the air, temperature, and absorb harmful emissions.
In conclusion, the process of generating electricity, transportation and deforestation are the factors that increase global warming. We must use energy properly, plant many trees, use eco-friendly vehicles to protect the environment and reduce global warming.

The first and foremost argument is that Many population are affected by processed food and become sick. According to a study junk meal leads to obesity, heart diseases and people are suffering from these problems. Eating too much instant food have negative impacts on you physically and mentally. For instance, Japan has eliminated fast food from its cuisine for 10 years while swapping unhealthy ones such as hamburgers and costs with a balanced diet that generally consists of rice and macaroni. So, it is unavoidable to deter people from these types of foods by increasing taxes locally.
Another factor to consider is the reduced productivity levels in any culture plagued by an oversupply of fast food. As previously stated, this feeding style may result in obesity and heart disease; as a result, people's energy levels will be very low; thus, it is clear that a strong economy has been built by healthy people who are able to face and overcome obstacles; accordingly, this should be one of the main priorities for any decision maker to get the economy up and running.

In this day and age, an increasing number of people are facing the lack of accommodation in urban areas. Many experts think that this issue can be effectively handled by government. I completely agree with this statement, given that the replanning of residential houses and discouraging citizens from migrating to metropolises.
The first reason that I agree is that the reconstruction of housing works in major urban areas. In fact, single houses account for a higher proportion of lands, which is why government can replace these houses by multi-story residences to accommodate the need of housing for inhabitants. This is exemplified by that fact that by the Singaporean government, by constructing vertical complexes instead of detached houses, the unavailability of houses is efficiently solved. Therefore, it is predicted that there will be an increasing in the number of high-rise buildings, with the view to providing accommodation for citizens.

In summary, I utterly believe that government can solve the inadequacy of residential houses in urban areas.
