many employees can now do their work from home using modern technology. however, this change may only benefit workers, not the employers. to what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays, because of the development of modern technology, many employees can work from their home. Some individual believe that this change may only bring advantage for workers, not the employers. I completely agree with this idea owing to several reasons which will be discussed in this essay. To begin with, working from home can be benefit for workers. The first reason is that, because they do not use means of transport to such as motorbike, bus, subway to move to company, workers can save on travel costs. As a result, they can spend the money that they earn to charity or entertainment. Furthermore, since employee do not have to distracted by others and a more comfortable work environment, this increased the productivity of work load. For example, many companies in Vietnam allow their workers working remotely, in order able to focus their task and complete them in a shorter amount of time. At the same time, allowing employee working from home may lead to some problems to employers. Firstly, because of the lack of supervision, employers cannot manage and control their staff, this negative effect on productivity of work. Secondly, due to remote work can leads to communication challenge, employee may struggle communicate with their college and their superior. If there is no conversation between worker and superior, their work may have some mistake that could influence their productivity and their company. In conclusion, i am the opinion that using modern technology to work remotely could bring effective workers but contrast to employers. many employees can now do their work from home using modern technology. however, this change may only benefit workers, not the employers. to what extent do you agree or disagree? Đề: The graph below shows the average growth in domestic products in wealthy countries, countries that have adopted a global approach to business and countries that have not. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant BÀI LÀM The bar chart illustrates the average development of local products in rich countries, global countries, and non-global countries. Overall, the average growth of national products in well-off countries experienced a dramatic decrease during the period, whilst the percentage of universal nations rose rapidly. Another highlight is that non-globalizers witnessed a fluctuation in the ratio of domestic product growth from the 1960s to the 1990s. In the 1960s, prosperous countries took up the largest portion of the three surveyed kinds of countries (4.8%), followed by a downward trend in the subsequent years. The rate of this kind of nation dropped to nearly half at 2.9% in the 1970s; rose around 1.7% compared with the previous decade and finally stood at 2% after three decades. Meanwhile, worldwide nations’ growth in local goods accounted for 2% in the 1960s, making these countries the smallest manufacturers among the three categories. Then the proportion was succeeded by an upswing in the following years with 2.8% in the next decades, standing at 3.4% ten years later. Finally, this category’s rate peaked at nearly 5% after thirty years, which ranked it as the top local goods producer. In addition, non-globalizers made up around 2.4% of the average development of locally made products in the 1960s, then climbed slightly to 3.2% in the next 10 years. This rate then fell to a low of 0.8% in 1980, gently rising approximately 0.6% in comparison with the preceding decade, ranked third in terms of progress after 30 years. Đề: Today many people spend less and less time in their homes. What are the reasons and what are the effects of this trend on individuals and society? Bài làm: At present, many individuals tend to spend more and more time outside of society instead of using those valuable times with family. This article will point out of some of the major reasons why this is happening, such as a huge volume of works and taking part in academic activities, and discuss a few problems caused by this phenomenon, including alleviating the relationships among family members and environmental contamination. There are several reasons leading to this trend. Firstly, the first one is that people have to complete a large amount of works. In fact, people not only must do their works on office hours, but also work overtime. As an example, in Vietnam, many white-collar workers spend most of their evening time to go to their work. Additionally, in terms of students, the extra curriculum is an issue. Many parents currently desire their children to success academically, which is why forcing them take private lessons. For instance, the Vietnamese students have to study for 5 hours at school, as well as more than 3 hours taken extra classes in training institutions. Therefore, spending more time at home becomes a luxury. Despite this, this phenomenon has several negative impacts on each individual and society. Firstly, bonds between family members will be broken. Less time at home is equivalent to less time for family, and therefore children will be negatively affected due to living secluded from their parents. To illustrate, many offsprings have grown up without parental love, which is why they are more susceptible to emotional problems, including low self-esteem. In addition, the environment will be seriously polluted. Spending most of the time outside means that citizens utilize private vehicles more, which triggers environment-related air. In Vietnam, for example, each inhabitant possesses a petrol-powered motorbike, which emits a huge amount of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. As a result, the quality of people’s lives will be dramatically declined. In summary, there are two causes of spending less time at home, such as many works and academic classes, and some effects on citizens and society, namely declining relationships between family members and environmental pollution. It seems to me that parents should pay more attention to their children and teach them thoroughly. Đề: Today many people spend less and less time in their homes. Đề: It is important for people to take risks, in both their professional lives and personal lives. Do the advantages of taking these risks outweigh the disadvantages? Bài làm Recently, some people believe that having some risky choices is extremely crucial and gives more benefits than drawbacks. Personally, I support the point that taking risks will give more positives. On the one hand, If people go out of their safety area, it will give them some negatives. Firstly, they can't control the things that come with them. For example, there is a trend that many people choose to get out of their work to create their own businesses, in the worst case, they will lose and fall to unemployment. Secondly, if they can't overcome the risks, it will make the quality of their life decrease and lead to mental health issues. On the other hand, having risky actions will bring many advantages. Firstly, this choice will help people improve their skills, have more experiences, and perfect themselves. For example, if a person can't swim and decides to overcome their fear, they can have more of a skill that is helpful for their life. Secondly, Going out of their comfort zone is a measure to check their capacity including their virtues and drawbacks. For instance, people who try to participate/ take part in many competitions beyond their intelligence, they will have more opportunities to widen new knowledge which they have never known before. Finally, they will know their current ability, and make more efforts. From there, they will successfully achieve their goal, such as a dream career, life balance. In conclusion, although risky actions have many negative sides, I strongly believe that the benefits of this issue outweigh the drawbacks. However, people should carefully consider before making their decision to take risks. Đề: It is important for people to take risks, in both their professional lives and personal lives. Topic : Some people claim that shopping online does them a lot of good. Others think otherwise, claiming that it causes them a lot of trouble. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Some people argue that electronic shopping has come with a great deal of benefits while other consider that more trouble has arisen in e-tailing. Despile some problems, I firmly hold the belief that online shopping is beneficial in making people's life easier. On the one hand some people arguing that home- shopping brings trouble contend that this means no inspection before paying for them. The quality of the items may not meet our expectation since there are probable differences to how they appear in pictures. In particular, a woman with honey skin tone may be irritated when the dress ordered is scarlet instead of being in rosewood color. However, if people choose offline shopping, they can have opportunities to look at them in real life and also test ther quality. As a consequence, shopping at home by our smart phone can lead to unexpected goods. On the other hand, other state that shopping online is less time-consuming, which is advantageous for working adults or parents with small childhen. People can reduce time by not being exposed to traffic congestion or travelling to different stores for distinct items. Instead, they can purchase a range of goods by their own smart phone and get them delivered to home. This particular true of moms with new born babies, who are required to stay at home 24/7, can easily do shopping online without having to deal with the hassle of going to busy high street. Therefore, a main benefit of e-tailing is saving time. In conclusion, both views have valid points, however, I strongly believe that despite some downturns, electronic shopping is absolutely an ingenious idea in this era if people make use of it in an appropriate way. Question: Some people think that zoos are all cruel and should be closed down. Others however believe that zoos can be useful in protecting wild animals. Discuss both opinions and give your own opinion. In today’s society, there is a widely debate on whether national zoos are suitable for all animals. A number of individuals argue that keeping animals in the zoos poses significant threats to their health, while others state that zoos play an essential role in saving wild animals from the hunters. From my perspective, I believe that the zoos are crucial for animals and shouldn’t be closed down. On one hand, keeping the wild animals in the zoos means that they completely lose their freedom. The wild animals are accustomed to the spacious spaces where they can freely go hunting and find their mates. As a consequence of sending the animals to the zoos, they will have the feelings of stress and isolation, which will exacerbate their mental health and illnessess. Moreover, the shift of environment and food sources can result in damage to animals’ physical health. According to the Forbes, there are 30% of wild animals living in the zoos causing some symptoms of sicknesses due to the changes of habitats and food sources, hence bringing more adverse effects to their life expectancy. On the other hand, the national zoos are really important in terms of protecting wild animals from multiple threats. Because the hunters are primarily targetting all wild animals for business or discovering their mechanisms, which is detrimental to their lifespans. By overhunting, numerous wild animals are having life-threatening injuries or worse, become extincted, which will negatively effects the wildlife and the food chain as well. Furthermore, the highly demand on unsustainable goods and medication result in the high rates of overhunting. For instance, multiple global brands such as Prada, Chanel use wild animals’ furs for manufacturing clothes and bags. This problem will damage their physical health and the reduction in life expectancy of some wild species. In conclusion, although there are various of immerse impacts when keeping the wild animals in the zoos such as mental and physical health, I believe that the advantages have brought to the wild species outweigh the threats in terms of protecting animals from overhunting. Some people believe that social skills are important in addition to good qualifications for job success. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays, the majority of recruiters are targeting soft skills as many people consider that interpersonal skills are always followed by formal qualifications. In my opinion, I completely agree with this viewpoint. Soft skills can bring many benefits in terms of communication in business. To begin with, it is a necessary skill to improve cooperative teamwork and enhance their relationship. This means staff requires well-behaved in the situation and good communication in the workplace. Thereby, employees can have more faith in colleges and open up a range of career opportunities. In addition, their working life is more meaningful because they are exposed to various working environments, broadening their professional acumen and expanding their network of contacts as a result of interacting with their surroundings. Thus, this approach may be suitable for owning interpersonal skills. Admittedly, there are some plausible reasons why both soft skills and high degrees are crucial. Firstly, employees getting high qualifications can climb the career ladder with a clear prospect and promotion path. This is why enterprises want to receive a person with excellent credentials because staff have the opportunity to get a job easily. Moreover, they can instill a sense of security and financial stability, which means helping them advance faster in their career path. Additionally, having a diverse background can make them attractive candidates for a higher-paid position and. Therefore, staff have good skills and backgrounds that they can truly bring value to the organization. In conclusion, there are benefits to both social skills and good qualifications in terms of career success. In my view, I totally agree with this point of view.
