Nowadays, because of the development of modern technology, many employees can work from their home. Some individual believe that this change may only bring advantage for workers, not the employers. I completely agree with this idea owing to several reasons which will be discussed in this essay.
To begin with, working from home can be benefit for workers. The first reason is that, because they do not use means of transport to such as motorbike, bus, subway to move to company, workers can save on travel costs. As a result, they can spend the money that they earn to charity or entertainment. Furthermore, since employee do not have to distracted by others and a more comfortable work environment, this increased the productivity of work load. For example, many companies in Vietnam allow their workers working remotely, in order able to focus their task and complete them in a shorter amount of time.
At the same time, allowing employee working from home may lead to some problems to employers. Firstly, because of the lack of supervision, employers cannot manage and control their staff, this negative effect on productivity of work. Secondly, due to remote work can leads to communication challenge, employee may struggle communicate with their college and their superior. If there is no conversation between worker and superior, their work may have some mistake that could influence their productivity and their company.
In conclusion, i am the opinion that using modern technology to work remotely could bring effective workers but contrast to employers.

Located in the southeast corner of the museum were a WC and a room to keep bags and coats of the visitors. Concerning the west and east of the museum, there were permanent exhibition rooms.
10 years later, there was a reconstruction to the left of the museum. To be precise, the shop and the room for bags and coats were shifted to the south west corner and the temporary exhibition room was moved northwards. At present, many individuals tend to spend more and more time outside of society instead of using those valuable times with family. This article will point out of some of the major reasons why this is happening, such as a huge volume of works and taking part in academic activities, and discuss a few problems caused by this phenomenon, including alleviating the relationships among family members and environmental contamination.
There are several reasons leading to this trend. Firstly, the first one is that people have to complete a large amount of works. In fact, people not only must do their works on office hours, but also work overtime. As an example, in Vietnam, many white-collar workers spend most of their evening time to go to their work. Additionally, in terms of students, the extra curriculum is an issue. Many parents currently desire their children to success academically, which is why forcing them take private lessons. For instance, the Vietnamese students have to study for 5 hours at school, as well as more than 3 hours taken extra classes in training institutions. Therefore, spending more time at home becomes a luxury.
Despite this, this phenomenon has several negative impacts on each individual and society. Firstly, bonds between family members will be broken. Less time at home is equivalent to less time for family, and therefore children will be negatively affected due to living secluded from their parents. To illustrate, many offsprings have grown up without parental love, which is why they are more susceptible to emotional problems, including low self-esteem. In addition, the environment will be seriously polluted. Spending most of the time outside means that citizens utilize private vehicles more, which triggers environment-related air. In Vietnam, for example, each inhabitant possesses a petrol-powered motorbike, which emits a huge amount of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. As a result, the quality of people’s lives will be dramatically declined.
In summary, there are two causes of spending less time at home, such as many works and academic classes, and some effects on citizens and society, namely declining relationships between family members and environmental pollution. It seems to me that parents should pay more attention to their children and teach them thoroughly.

However, if people choose offline shopping, they can have opportunities to look at them in real life and also test ther quality. As a consequence, shopping at home by our smart phone can lead to unexpected goods.
On the other hand, other state that shopping online is less time-consuming, which is advantageous for working adults or parents with small childhen. People can reduce time by not being exposed to traffic congestion or travelling to different stores for distinct items. Instead, they can purchase a range of goods by their own smart phone and get them delivered to home. This particular true of moms with new born babies, who are required to stay at home 24/7, can easily do shopping online without having to deal with the hassle of going to busy high street. In today’s society, there is a widely debate on whether national zoos are suitable for all animals. On one hand, keeping the wild animals in the zoos means that they completely lose their freedom. The wild animals are accustomed to the spacious spaces where they can freely go hunting and find their mates. As a consequence of sending the animals to the zoos, they will have the feelings of stress and isolation, which will exacerbate their mental health and illnessess. Moreover, the shift of environment and food sources can result in damage to animals’ physical health. According to the Forbes, there are 30% of wild animals living in the zoos causing some symptoms of sicknesses due to the changes of habitats and food sources, hence bringing more adverse effects to their life expectancy.
On the other hand, the national zoos are really important in terms of protecting wild animals from multiple threats. Because the hunters are primarily targetting all wild animals for business or discovering their mechanisms, which is detrimental to their lifespans. By overhunting, numerous wild animals are having life-threatening injuries or worse, become extincted, which will negatively effects the wildlife and the food chain as well. Furthermore, the highly demand on unsustainable goods and medication result in the high rates of overhunting. For instance, multiple global brands such as Prada, Chanel use wild animals’ furs for manufacturing clothes and bags. This problem will damage their physical health and the reduction in life expectancy of some wild species.
In conclusion, although there are various of immerse impacts when keeping the wild animals in the zoos such as mental and physical health, I believe that the advantages have brought to the wild species outweigh the threats in terms of protecting animals from overhunting.

In this day and age, the internet has been playing a pivotal role in the way people contact each other. The application of social platforms including Twitter and Facebook has been substituting face-to-face interaction on a daily basis. Although using social networks has some negative aspects, I consider that its benefits are more significant.
On the one hand, one of the drawbacks of social media is that it is detrimental to face-to-face interaction. In fact, when people spend an excessive amount of time on social networks, they will be prone to separating themselves from other activities like hanging out with friends, engaging in conversation, thus adversely affecting their personal relationships.
On the other hand, I believe that the benefits of social media are more remarkable. First and foremost, social networking sites can enable people to connect with others on a global scale. For instance, the rapid development of various apps like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram can make it easier for individuals to send messages, post pictures and videos to interact with people over a long distance. Additionally, social media could also be advantageous to students and teachers. This can be exemplified by the fact that in the outbreak of Covid-19, teachers can conduct online teaching for their children through learning apps, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc which might be more convenient in comparison with traditional teaching.
In conclusion, although overrelying on social media can be adverse to interpersonal interaction, I support that its advantages are more outstanding, as internet can facilitate communication and distance learning.
