Some people believe that fashion items are too high-cost while others hold the view that it is acceptable because in today's society, fashion plays a crucial role in our lives . So this essay is going to examine both sides and argue for why I lean towards the latter viewpoint.
On the one hand , now in the market , many fashion items are overpriced but it is not certain that they are high-quality products . For instance , plenty of fashion goods are sold at exorbitant prices as they are products that come from big brands . Meanwhile , we can buy items with the same quality and design for a small amount of money in the market or some small brand. In addition ,selling such items also makes it more difficult for some families because they cannot afford it.
On the other hand , it is undeniable that fashion items are sold at high prices but I am sure that prices coupled with the quality . Since the cost of the material that makes the products determines the item's prices . If the material is good and durable , it is sure that the prices will be high . Do you agree or disagree?
In recent time, there has been an intense debate regarding the government subsidy for inhabitants who are unemployed and homeless. Despite a number of controversies on both sides, I staunchly stated that these circumstances are not worth receiving the government’s resources.
It is commonly true that these disadvantaged residents are making use of the nation’s humanitarian aspects in order to support their laziness. Indeed, these individuals are less likely to engage in working as well as render seeking jobs unnecessary. Undoubtedly, the budget supplied by authorities may facilitate their dependence and therefore tend to live sedentarily without any contribution to the national economy. A pertinent example of this can be found in the USA, where the homeless rate is considerable that the government even reminded its dwellers not to advocate for this inappropriate demeanor.
Another compelling factor that rationalizes my viewpoint can lie in other alarming issues which worth receiving the top priority. Noticeably, some concerning matters including education, health care, and environmental conservation are the factors that should receive greater emphasis. In order to do so, government resources should be allocated wisely to these categories and take the concern of homeless and unemployed people for granted.
One measure for this stance which authorities should take is that instead of providing the budget for these disadvantaged people, it is notable to take into consideration that offering better job opportunities for these residents can serve as a more pragmatic approach. Undeniably, a traditional saying noted that “give a man a fish to feed him for a day, teach a man to fish to feed him for a lifetime”, which means offering a way for individuals to make ends meet can effectively do away with their reliance and trigger their industrious personality.
In conclusion, I strongly advocate my belief that the humanitarian aspect can facilitate the dependence of disadvantaged citizens. So as to avert this problem, guiding but not giving would ultimately not only foster the hard-working characteristics of the individual but also create a permanent means of maintaining life.

It is sometimes believed that elderly people should continue to work after retiring in their workplace. This essay strongly agrees with this suggestion as now will be discussed.
The first argument behind my belief is that having workers who have passed retirement age at work can relieve pressure on society. This is because these trends can save the government subsidy for retirees, which allows the government to spend funds building and improving country manufacturers. Retirement benefits vary from country to country but a payment every month for entire workers is a common theme. If the elderly continue to go to work, the government can cut a huge amount of expenses to allocate the country’s social welfare. This is the case of Japan, which has a high aging rate so the government encouraged many elderly continue with their work, which can help the country save more money to pay for retirees and use this fund to develop the country.
Another point worth mentioning is that older people can maintain their mental and physical health by continuing to go to the workplace. After retirement, workers who live alone often suffer from boredom and loneliness, which leads to a declining mental health for them. To solve this, the elderly can go to work to find joy in their workplace. This solution can help the business have more experienced employees and cut training costs for newly hired staff who are inexperienced in the company.
In conclusion, I totally agree that having older people who are mentally and physically fit at work is a positive development.

Overall, the area is expected to experience significant changes, with the most prominent being the construction of accommodation, greenery, and transportation amenities at the expense of workplaces. As a result, this industrial site will be transformed into a fully residential area.
In the north and south of the area, there are Chimney Road and Swallow Street, respectively. Presently, workers can access the site via an entrance and reception in the north, separating offices and a canteen in the south from a central yard. According to the proposal, three 2-bedroom houses and communal gardens are expected to be constructed, surrounded by private roads, replacing the entrance, reception, and yard. Meanwhile, offices and a canteen are also projected to be removed, making space for parking garages.
Bordering the west and south of the area are Toe Lane and Pie Walk, in that order. Recently, possessing the west of the site is a parking lot and a storage facility, while in the east is a factory. Throughout history, male leaders have led us into violence and conflict. If a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
It is believed that leaders’ being men is the driving factor behind wars and violence throughout history and it would have been more bloodless had such leaders been females. Although I agree that male leaders are those causing the past wars and conflict, I hold the opinion that leaders’ being women is not synonymous with more peacefulness.
Granted, male leaders did cause a large number of wars and conflicts. To explain, it is undeniable that the essence of male is to be violent and aggressive, which are the contributing factors of violence. Two telling examples are the two World Wars whose combatants’ armies were led by males. As a result, it is justifiable to conclude that the world’s past wars are generally caused by male leaders.
However, I believe that genders of leaders are not a factor contributing to the peacefulness of the world. It is argued by numerous people that a significantly less violence and conflicts are caused by the female means that they are more likely to preserve the world’s tranquility, which is absolutely a fallacy. This is because the quantity of female leaders in history is considerably less than that of the male due to gender preconception, which could be the reason for the moderate number of wars or conflicts led by females. Additionally, it is the women’s essence to be jealous and greedy despite their gentleness especially when they hold the power of a leader. Therefore, the likelihood is that these personalities would lead to as many wars and conflicts as that of men. Vo Thuan Thien, who has caused a wild war in China, is the telling justification of this.
In conclusion, while I do agree that the majority of past wars and conflicts are caused by leaders who are men, I hold the view that genders of leaders have nothing to do with the world’s tranquility.

To illustrate,with outstanding intelligence and deep knowledge understanding, Chat GPT software allows people to use it to answer questions about most fields such as making poems, sophisticated math exercises and graphic design.Moreover, the diversity of the platform also creates a tendency for people to become more independent. Entertainment apps such as facebook, Youtube allow people to share their video and enjoy numerous entertainment content about exploring virtual worlds, comedy or thriller. As a result,they use it in along time instead of participating outdoor activities which are need some person to play together
Nevertheless, I would firmly agree with those who believe that people are more dependent in the 21st century.This is because modern society is characterized by growing interconnectedness and interdependence among nations. This dependence could arise from a number of causes, such as specialization, division of labor, economies of scale and technology.For instance, in commercial international relationships ,nations can be interdependent in export and import categories and services. One country may specialize in producing a certain good at a lower cost and export it to other countries, while other countries may supply other goods.Each country's citizens benefit from obtaining products and services that that country cannot mass-produce on its own production.

Do you agree or disagree?
It is believed that humans should not take responsibility for the extinction of various animal species like dinosaurs or dodos because this is an inevitable rule of nature. However, I assume this statement is absurd since human actions have directly affected animals in terms of their habitat and population.
First and foremost, the development of metropolitan areas is the core reason for destroying natural habitats. Due to industrialization and the demand for accommodation, more forests have been cut down for urban planning, resulting in the deterioration of natural resources for both humans and animals. Consequently, wild species are forced to compete for limited food and shelter, which will lead to the decline and eventual extinction of their own kind. This imbalance in the ecosystem not only threatens animal species but also poses significant challenges for human well-being.
However, the act of hunting has more significant consequences for the animal population. During ancient times, it was typical that humans would hunt wild creatures like dodos for food and clothing, which was part of the reason why some rare species were unable to live up until this day. Turning to the modern context, poaching for money lies at the root of the disappearance of various animals. In Vietnam, for example, the Javan rhino has been confirmed as extinct due to poachers, ringing the alarm bell about the need for strict regulation against such an action.
In conclusion, the evidence presented above shows that the extinction of numerous species is a manmade process. Thus, I believe that individuals should shoulder this responsibility and take action to retain the balance of the ecosystem.

The scenario in which commercial and residential areas are planned separately can be seen in many metropolitan areas. While this policy is disadvantageous to residents' commuting aspect, I personally assume that the benefits are more significant.
On the one hand, the further the distance between shops, schools, offices, and homes, the more struggle the citizens endure. First and foremost, traveling to the aforementioned locations is a time-consuming task for most families with children. Due to long-distance travel, not only do parents need to arrange their time for work, but they also need to manage their children's schedules to avoid being late for school. Buying essential commodities would take a long time because of the vast distance between shops and other facilities. Consequently, by spending most of their time commuting, the exorbitant cost of transportation is inevitable, putting a tremendous burden on city dwellers' financial status.
On the other hand, the benefits of segregating areas are more noticeable in terms of reducing noise pollution and accommodation costs. Firstly, noise pollution is a significant problem in public places like shops, schools, or offices since these places are crammed with people. Therefore, separating residential areas from a long distance will mitigate the chance of being disturbed by such noise, heightening life quality and overall well-being for every citizen. Secondly, the housing cost in central cities could be reduced by separating facilities in urban planning. It is a typical picture in cities like Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh, where areas for residential, commercial, and educational purposes are located adjacent to each other and are known for their high accommodation cost due to the high demand of their citizens. Thus, spatial segregation is necessary for cities to reduce the housing demand, avoiding the continuous rise of accommodation costs for city residents.
In conclusion, while it is true that there may be some drawbacks, the proposal to segregate various facilities is beneficial for city dwellers in terms of noise and housing cost reduction. Hence, I believe that this policy's benefits outweigh the downside.

While some argue that starting schools at a young age can be beneficial for kids, I believe that children should attend schools when they are 7 years old.
Admittedly, there are reasons why kids should be sent to schools as early as possible. Firstly, it is necessary for children to start schools at a young age because they have the ability to absorb advanced knowledge more easily, enhancing cognitive and intellectual development. This can allow them to become more successful later in life. Secondly, in some circumstances, parents must resort to sending their offspring to childcare centers early due to the growing workloads and increasing living costs. By doing this, they will have more time for work, which can ease the burden related to their kids on a regular basis.
However, I believe that there are stronger reasons why postponing education until the age of 7 is advantageous for pupils. It is obvious that academic study during children’s early years can lead to unwanted stress, thus they are unable to handle the often burdensome schoolwork and rules at schools. For this reason, this practice is not necessary for those in the initial stages of their lives, who should be encouraged to enjoy their childhood rather than be over-burdened in their studies. In Finland, for instance, Finnish children do not start their school until age 7 and has the right to child care and preschool by law, regardless of family income. It can be seen that Finland is a country often ranking highly in most educational surveys. Furthermore, kids who reach the age of seven possibly become mentally and physically strong, which have the capacity to tackle the educational environment.
In conclusion, although there are some arguments in terms of an early commencement of study for children, I still believe that it is more beneficial for pupils to delay formal schooling until they reach 7 years of age.

It is true that offending further crimes is growing as soon as criminals are released from prison. There are several causes leading to this phenomenon including having trouble with financial problems and the lack of training programmes. Therefore, the government should take steps to tackle this problem by possible solutions, supporting criminals and organizing rehabilitation in prison.
To begin with, committing crimes again is associated with several related issues. The foremost problem is that offenders experience financial hardship. This is explained by the fact that after they are released from prison, they do not have an available job to pay the cost of living. As a result, many of them have difficulty financially which leads to crime again. Secondly, criminals reoffend, due to the lack of rehabilitation whilst in prison. In other words, they do not have opportunities to learn new skills and practice them to meet the needs of the current society and understand moral behavior.
Since problems are pressing, the government should take policies to address them. Firstly, criminals should be supported financially from the national budget by the government. Specifically, offenders need to undergo their life in a short time after being released from prison. Another measure is that the government should set up rehabilitation for criminals by training many different jobs to help them get a job after being released. According to Vietnamexpress, Vietnam often creates a huge number of opportunities to access jobs for offenders every year.
In conclusion, the government should take steps to deal with the problem, committing more crimes, by having more rehabilitation and providing funding for criminals. In my opinion, people reoffending will get a job as soon as they are released.

To begin with,Biodiversity and ecosystem will be devastating and imbalance.The root of this reason is that the illegal poaching of each individual in the interest of harnessing their handsome profit and they burn some toxic subtances at the power plant such as fossil fuel,exhaust fumes,….,Moreover, each species work together to maintain the ecosystem and assist another creature. Additionally , Not only do the vanished species take a toll on the agriculture but That also has an deleterious impact on the depleted food .To elucidate ,Agriculture has a dependence on the pollinators namely bee ,butterfly ,…. ,so the disappearance of this species may wreak havoc on the food production,which may result in the food shortage.

A good illustration of this is a company, in their workplace, employees must rely on their colleagues to achieve a company’s objective. Additionally, high divides and technology allow people to connect with their family, their friends and other people more easily, regardless of distance. This has led to a great sense of interconnectedness among individuals. This solution by technology, nevertheless, this is only true in a few cases while people have used smart divides in their life.
Nevertheless, I still argue that many people are more self-sufficient in modern life for several reasons. Chief among these is that they can manage their daily schedule without having to rely on anyone. This is the case of people, who work in their home, can manage their own schedule, without relying on the traditional 9-to-5 workdays. The second reason is that independent people can update more information through social networking platforms more easily. For example, many media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram allow people to connect with their friends around the world and meet their needs without seeking other people.
