Throughout history, male leaders have led us into violence and conflict. If a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? It is believed that leaders’ being men is the driving factor behind wars and violence throughout history and it would have been more bloodless had such leaders been females. Although I agree that male leaders are those causing the past wars and conflict, I hold the opinion that leaders’ being women is not synonymous with more peacefulness. Granted, male leaders did cause a large number of wars and conflicts. To explain, it is undeniable that the essence of male is to be violent and aggressive, which are the contributing factors of violence. Two telling examples are the two World Wars whose combatants’ armies were led by males. As a result, it is justifiable to conclude that the world’s past wars are generally caused by male leaders. However, I believe that genders of leaders are not a factor contributing to the peacefulness of the world. It is argued by numerous people that a significantly less violence and conflicts are caused by the female means that they are more likely to preserve the world’s tranquility, which is absolutely a fallacy. This is because the quantity of female leaders in history is considerably less than that of the male due to gender preconception, which could be the reason for the moderate number of wars or conflicts led by females. Additionally, it is the women’s essence to be jealous and greedy despite their gentleness especially when they hold the power of a leader. Therefore, the likelihood is that these personalities would lead to as many wars and conflicts as that of men. Vo Thuan Thien, who has caused a wild war in China, is the telling justification of this. In conclusion, while I do agree that the majority of past wars and conflicts are caused by leaders who are men, I hold the view that genders of leaders have nothing to do with the world’s tranquility. Throughout history, male leaders have led us into violence and conflict. If a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. Đề bài:Some people think that in modern society individuals are becoming more dependent on each other. Others believe people have become more independent. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. These days, it is assumed by several individuals that people tend to be contingent on each other while some believe people live by individualism. Both views will be explained logically in this essay and I will offer my personal stance on the matter. Advocates of the growing independence point out that modern age has parallel development with technological advancement, hence it enables people doing something that they want. To illustrate, with outstanding intelligence and deep knowledge understanding, Chat GPT software allows people to use it to answer questions about most fields such as making poems, sophisticated math exercises and graphic design. Moreover, the diversity of the platform also creates a tendency for people to become more independent. Entertainment apps such as facebook, Youtube allow people to share their video and enjoy numerous entertainment content about exploring virtual worlds, comedy or thriller. As a result, they use it in along time instead of participating outdoor activities which are need some person to play together Nevertheless, I would firmly agree with those who believe that people are more dependent in the 21st century. This is because modern society is characterized by growing interconnectedness and interdependence among nations. This dependence could arise from a number of causes, such as specialization, division of labor, economies of scale and technology. For instance, in commercial international relationships ,nations can be interdependent in export and import categories and services. One country may specialize in producing a certain good at a lower cost and export it to other countries, while other countries may supply other goods. Each country's citizens benefit from obtaining products and services that that country cannot mass-produce on its own production. In conclusion, it must be acknowledged that technological advances could allow people to have a certain extent of freedom.Despite this, I hold the view that we are more independent than ever Đề bài:Some people think that in modern society individuals are becoming more dependent on each other. Đề bài: It’s a natural process for animal species to become extinct (e.g. dinosaurs and dodos no longer exist). There is no reason why people should try to prevent this from happening. Do you agree or disagree? It is believed that humans should not take responsibility for the extinction of various animal species like dinosaurs or dodos because this is an inevitable rule of nature. However, I assume this statement is absurd since human actions have directly affected animals in terms of their habitat and population. First and foremost, the development of metropolitan areas is the core reason for destroying natural habitats. Due to industrialization and the demand for accommodation, more forests have been cut down for urban planning, resulting in the deterioration of natural resources for both humans and animals. Consequently, wild species are forced to compete for limited food and shelter, which will lead to the decline and eventual extinction of their own kind. This imbalance in the ecosystem not only threatens animal species but also poses significant challenges for human well-being. However, the act of hunting has more significant consequences for the animal population. During ancient times, it was typical that humans would hunt wild creatures like dodos for food and clothing, which was part of the reason why some rare species were unable to live up until this day. Turning to the modern context, poaching for money lies at the root of the disappearance of various animals. In Vietnam, for example, the Javan rhino has been confirmed as extinct due to poachers, ringing the alarm bell about the need for strict regulation against such an action. In conclusion, the evidence presented above shows that the extinction of numerous species is a manmade process. Thus, I believe that individuals should shoulder this responsibility and take action to retain the balance of the ecosystem. Đề bài: In many cities, planners have located shops, schools, offices and homes in specific areas which may be widely separated from each other. Do you think the advantages of this policy outweigh the disadvantages for city residents? The scenario in which commercial and residential areas are planned separately can be seen in many metropolitan areas. While this policy is disadvantageous to residents' commuting aspect, I personally assume that the benefits are more significant. On the one hand, the further the distance between shops, schools, offices, and homes, the more struggle the citizens endure. First and foremost, traveling to the aforementioned locations is a time-consuming task for most families with children. Due to long-distance travel, not only do parents need to arrange their time for work, but they also need to manage their children's schedules to avoid being late for school. Buying essential commodities would take a long time because of the vast distance between shops and other facilities. Consequently, by spending most of their time commuting, the exorbitant cost of transportation is inevitable, putting a tremendous burden on city dwellers' financial status. On the other hand, the benefits of segregating areas are more noticeable in terms of reducing noise pollution and accommodation costs. Firstly, noise pollution is a significant problem in public places like shops, schools, or offices since these places are crammed with people. Therefore, separating residential areas from a long distance will mitigate the chance of being disturbed by such noise, heightening life quality and overall well-being for every citizen. Secondly, the housing cost in central cities could be reduced by separating facilities in urban planning. It is a typical picture in cities like Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh, where areas for residential, commercial, and educational purposes are located adjacent to each other and are known for their high accommodation cost due to the high demand of their citizens. Thus, spatial segregation is necessary for cities to reduce the housing demand, avoiding the continuous rise of accommodation costs for city residents. In conclusion, while it is true that there may be some drawbacks, the proposal to segregate various facilities is beneficial for city dwellers in terms of noise and housing cost reduction. Hence, I believe that this policy's benefits outweigh the downside. Topic: Some people think that children should begin their education at a very early age. Some think they should begin at least 7 years old. Discuss both views and give your own opinion Opinions are divided on whether children should start their formal learning in their earlier years or waiting until they reach at least 7 years of age. While some argue that starting schools at a young age can be beneficial for kids, I believe that children should attend schools when they are 7 years old. Admittedly, there are reasons why kids should be sent to schools as early as possible. Firstly, it is necessary for children to start schools at a young age because they have the ability to absorb advanced knowledge more easily, enhancing cognitive and intellectual development. This can allow them to become more successful later in life. Secondly, in some circumstances, parents must resort to sending their offspring to childcare centers early due to the growing workloads and increasing living costs. By doing this, they will have more time for work, which can ease the burden related to their kids on a regular basis. However, I believe that there are stronger reasons why postponing education until the age of 7 is advantageous for pupils. It is obvious that academic study during children’s early years can lead to unwanted stress, thus they are unable to handle the often burdensome schoolwork and rules at schools. For this reason, this practice is not necessary for those in the initial stages of their lives, who should be encouraged to enjoy their childhood rather than be over-burdened in their studies. In Finland, for instance, Finnish children do not start their school until age 7 and has the right to child care and preschool by law, regardless of family income. It can be seen that Finland is a country often ranking highly in most educational surveys. Furthermore, kids who reach the age of seven possibly become mentally and physically strong, which have the capacity to tackle the educational environment. In conclusion, although there are some arguments in terms of an early commencement of study for children, I still believe that it is more beneficial for pupils to delay formal schooling until they reach 7 years of age. Many criminals commit further crimes as soon as they released from prison. What do you think are the causes of this? What possible solutions can you suggest? It is true that offending further crimes is growing as soon as criminals are released from prison. There are several causes leading to this phenomenon including having trouble with financial problems and the lack of training programmes. Therefore, the government should take steps to tackle this problem by possible solutions, supporting criminals and organizing rehabilitation in prison. To begin with, committing crimes again is associated with several related issues. The foremost problem is that offenders experience financial hardship. This is explained by the fact that after they are released from prison, they do not have an available job to pay the cost of living. As a result, many of them have difficulty financially which leads to crime again. Secondly, criminals reoffend, due to the lack of rehabilitation whilst in prison. In other words, they do not have opportunities to learn new skills and practice them to meet the needs of the current society and understand moral behavior. Since problems are pressing, the government should take policies to address them. Firstly, criminals should be supported financially from the national budget by the government. Specifically, offenders need to undergo their life in a short time after being released from prison. Another measure is that the government should set up rehabilitation for criminals by training many different jobs to help them get a job after being released. According to Vietnamexpress, Vietnam often creates a huge number of opportunities to access jobs for offenders every year. In conclusion, the government should take steps to deal with the problem, committing more crimes, by having more rehabilitation and providing funding for criminals. In my opinion, people reoffending will get a job as soon as they are released. Many criminals commit further crimes as soon as they released from prison. What do you think are the causes of this? In the modern day ,That Human activities make a contribution to some endengered species is the alarming problem needing to have solutions. This dissertation will elaborate the reason, leading to the extinction of fauna and indicating some practical solutions whichgovernment can confront this problem to prohibit their behaviours. To begin with,Biodiversity and ecosystem will be devastating and imbalance. The root of this reason is that the illegal poaching of each individual in the interest of harnessing their handsome profit and they burn some toxic subtances at the power plant such as fossil fuel, exhaust fumes,….,Moreover, each species work together to maintain the ecosystem and assist another creature. Additionally , Not only do the vanished species take a toll on the agriculture but That also has an deleterious impact on the depleted food .To elucidate ,Agriculture has a dependence on the pollinators namely bee ,butterfly ,…. ,so the disappearance of this species may wreak havoc on the food production, which may result in the food shortage. So as to handle this problem ,There are several solutions which governmen should take into account.Firstly,Advertisement campaign may propogate some practical implication assosiated with the effect of vanishing species, for individual can see the danger of its effect and prevent it .Secondly, Municipal authority had better incentivize the variation of the power station from using fossil fuel to ecologically-friendly sources such as solar panel or wind power. That plays a vital role in reducing greenhouse gases as well as the waste diposal of some plants. As a consequence ,The standard living of the creature will enhance and reduce the minimum of fauna which is on the verge of extinction.Last but not least,Rigourous law should be replenished and severely someone who affect to animals,so that can alleviate the minimun number of their effects to ecosystem and take a turn for it. In conclusion as discussed above ,Human just see the immediate benefits and they are in the dark about their behaviours and the paramount importance of some species,By implementing these measure ,Government could confront this problem In the modern day ,That Human activities make a contribution to some endengered species is the alarming problem needing to have solutions. This dissertation will elaborate the reason, leading to the ext... TASK 1: Cinema attendance rates by age group You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. The graph below shows the percentage of people by age group visiting the cinema at least once per month in one particular country between 1978 and 2008. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Bài viết: The line graph illustrates the proportions of individuals from four different age groups visiting the cinema at least once a month in a specific country during a period of 30 years starting from 1978. Overall, while the share of teenagers and young adults had always taken the lead, the opposite was true for that of elderly people. Interestingly, all figures hit their bottom in the year 1988. In 1978, approximately 92% of residents from 14 to 24 years old in this country went to the cinema before this percentage slightly fluctuated around 90% and stood at 88% at the end. Turning to the second-highest figure - the 25 to 34 age people group, it comprised four-fifths at the beginning of the period. However, after hitting the low of 60% in 1988, this figure witnessed an upward trend to about 76%, just about a tenth lower than the highest one. In terms of adults and older people, the percentages of these groups were always lower than younger groups. Accounting for 60% at first, the former ended up with a rise of about 10% in 2008, while the latter had over half of the people coming to the cinema one time at the minimum, which was 10% higher than that in 1978. Nowadays, a growing number of people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their usual doctor. (Bài làm) In this contemporary epoch, an increasing individuals believe that rather than visiting practitioners, alternative herbals and natural products can be useful for some health problems. Personally, I consider this phenomenon is a negative development which I will discuss both sites and explain my opinion in this essay. To begin with, many individuals are in favor of alternative medicine due to its cost-effectiveness and convenience for minor ailments like common colds and headaches. Besides, these days, the development of technology enables users access to a wide range of information to seek advice from other peoples or experts throughout platforms, who have the experiences for these classic treatments. However, the reliance on alternative treatments raises concerns about the importance of professional medical expertise. Healthcare professionals, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and specialized knowledge, play a crucial role in accurately identifying and treating complex health conditions. Besides, the rigorous training and continuous learning undertaken by doctors instill confidence in patients regarding the quality of care they receive. Additionally, the potential risks associated with alternative therapies cannot be overlooked. If people take incorrect medicines, they may suffer from more serious illness harming for their health. This could result in unforeseen health complications, leading to increased healthcare costs and unnecessary suffering. In conclusion, although trying alternative treatments for some minor illnesses may help people save a great deal of money and time, from my perspectives, the disadvantages still outweigh the advantages of using traditional medicine because having appointments with experts can diagnose correctly personal problems and help people avoid harmful side effects. Some people think that in the modern world we are more dependent on each other, while others think that people have become more independent. Discuss both views and give your own opinion Essay Opinions are divided on whether more people depend on each other or whether many individuals think that they become more mature in society. While I understand the logic behind this former view, I am still in favor of the latter. Those who argue that individuals are becoming more dependent on each other may have some argument. One of which is that modern life is more complex and interconnected. A good illustration of this is a company, in their workplace, employees must rely on their colleagues to achieve a company’s objective. Additionally, high divides and technology allow people to connect with their family, their friends and other people more easily, regardless of distance. This has led to a great sense of interconnectedness among individuals. This solution by technology, nevertheless, this is only true in a few cases while people have used smart divides in their life. Nevertheless, I still argue that many people are more self-sufficient in modern life for several reasons. Chief among these is that they can manage their daily schedule without having to rely on anyone. This is the case of people, who work in their home, can manage their own schedule, without relying on the traditional 9-to-5 workdays. The second reason is that independent people can update more information through social networking platforms more easily. For example, many media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram allow people to connect with their friends around the world and meet their needs without seeking other people. In conclusion, it is understandable why some may argue that many people become more reliable in some areas. However, I would like the view that nowadays many people are more free and can be responsible with their actions. Some people think that in the modern world we are more dependent on each other, while others think that people have become more independent. Discuss both views and give your own opinion Essay Op... Đề bài: Some people think that the detailed criminal description on newspapers and TV has bad influences, so this kind of information should be restricted in the media. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Bài làm:These days, some people argue that report meticulously criminal acts might cause a negative impacts and should be restricted on social media. In my opinion, I partly disagree with this opinion and the reasons will be explained in this essay. On the one hand, the detailed description of crimes via newspaper and television would cause anxiety for people toward the unsecured society. When people know that they are living in a society that has a high crime rates they may consider their community unsafe and hesitate to connect with others. They would likely feel afraid of a victim of a potential crime and constantly experience a sense of security. Therefore, that means community engagement activities could be reduced and lead to a loose-knit community where people express an attitude of mutual suspicion and not willing to help those in need. Having said that, showing wrongdoings of criminals publicly as a tool to educates people to have a necessary precaution to protect them selve and their possession. To illustrate, when broadcasting criminal cases, the master of ceremonies will indicate some methods and tricks that crimes use to dupe good people, thence people will enhance awaranceness, accumulate and enrich experience in preventing criminal acts and facing unfortunate consequences.Another justification why I concur the detailed of crimes via the mass media is that it not only shows the effectiveness of the police in apprehending criminals, but also proclaims the severe punishment will have to incur if have an infringement. As a consequence,it could drastically mitigate the crime rates and potential offenders in the future might towards genuine work instead of doing bad things for redemption. In conclusion, although the display of criminal scenes might have ranging from worry to frightened, I contend that cases of violation should be show on different sites to inform people about the risk of those offenses. Some people think that schools should invest more money in technology, such as more computers, while others think more money should be spent on teachers. Discuss both sides and give your opinion. Opinions are divided on whether schools should allocate more funds for enhancing educational technology such as modern computers or spend on teachers. While there might be some reasons to support the former idea, I am of the opinion that investment for educational workers should be prioritized. On the one hand, the idea of financial resources within schools spent on technological infrastructure is attractive for several reasons. The first reason for this is advancements in technology can offer diverse resources such as online tutorials, interactive simulations and educational apps, which can prepare students self-study as well as essential digital literacy skills in order to be up-to-date with the continuous development of the world. In addition, access to computers and other digital resources can broaden educational horizons, providing students with a wealth of information and interactive learning opportunities. Countries like Finland, for instance, have significantly invested in technology in schools, resulting in improved educational outcomes and better preparedness of students for the digital economy. On the other hand, I believe that investing in teachers is fundamental to the quality of education. It can be seen that teachers serve as mentors who not only impart knowledge but also instill values, and offer emotional support to students. To be more specific, in physical classes, students have opportunities to be supported and guided in person by their teachers whenever they face challenges with in-class exercises, which may be beneficial for their future academics. Moreover, the presence of skilled and motivated teachers is one of the most significant determinants of students’ success. In conclusion, although allocating money for the integration of computers into classrooms presents certain advantages, I contend that more money invested in teachers will be beneficial in education in the long terms. Some people think that schools should invest more money in technology, such as more computers, while others think more money should be spent on teachers. Discuss both sides and give your opinion. In your opinion, some people think that young peopie should choose their professions themselves. Others believe that their parents should choose for them. Essays Some individuals that young generations should pick their own occupations, while others suppose that their parents have to decide professions for them. Although there are some societies that suggest parents should assist their children in finding the ideal profession, I argue that it should be the children who make the decision whether or not the job is suitable for them. Raising children throughout the rest of their life allows parents to fully grasp their children's upbringing. Parents would be aware of their children's talents and interests. Furthermore, children are prone to emulate their parents, and parents want their offspring to follow in their footsteps. These are some of the benefits that parents have while deciding on the ideal career for their children. However, what parents chose may not always be the ideal match for their children's interests. For instance, someone that has a passion for the arts, but has decided to go to the medical route. This may not work out in the long run and the parents may have themselves to blame. Many people believe that teenagers should be allowed to choose their own occupations. In other words, they feel that youth who are ready for university education should be aware of their personal interests and passions. For example, a person who want to read law must enjoy reading and be able to grasp what they have read. Also, someone who wants to work in medicine should be able to tolerate the sight of blood. Another example is that some job searchers might attend job fairs to learn about a variety of jobs and firms that meet their criteria. As a result, the range of occupations that those people may apply for may be greater, and in my opinion, these activities may provide them with broader perspectives on their possible vocations than their parents do. Overall, while parents may have a greater understanding of some common traditional occupations, I feel that allowing children to choose their own career decisions would be more beneficial since they would have more references in selecting a job that is more fit for their future. In your opinion, some people think that young peopie should choose their professions themselves. Others believe that their parents should choose for them. Topic: Many offenders commit more crimes after serving the first punishment. Why is this happening, and what measures can be taken to tackle this problem? In recent time, many reports have shown that the rate of reoffending is considerable among lawbreakers who have been reintegrated back to society. This essay will analyze a number of factors and then give an insight into the solutions. On the one hand, one prime cause for this trend may lie in the level of punishment for offenders. In fact, these punishments may not be strict enough to serve as a deterrent and provoke their fears, hence failing to avert the rate of crime recommitting. In addition, this tendency can also be attributed to the deficiency of educational programs during their imprisonment. In other words, prisoners are insufficiently given a chance to be trained useful skills that can potentially benefit them in their future jobs, leading to an increasing rate of unemployment after serving in prison. Consequently, they may opt to engage in illegal activities in other to make ends meet. Also, these programs can also play an indispensable role in instilling moral awareness in criminals. Therefore, they may not regret and feel guilty for what they have done, which in turn reoffending crime with no hesitation when those educational programs are not efficiently organized. On the other hand, I firmly believe there are practical measures to address this pressing concern. First, triggering the fears and hesitation of lawbreakers before committing crimes can potentially do away with the crime rate. For illustration, some plausible measures that local authorities can take include organizing a plethora of police officers, registering supervised cameras on every street, renovating the light systems on every path, and imposing stricter punishments on criminals. Besides, organizing better and more meaningful educational programs can serve as a feasible solution to foster the tenderness and moral behaviors of offenders, which in turn help them to better rehabilitate back to society. For example, a prison in Europe uses cats to capture the prisoners’ interests. Those having efficient rehabilitation can be offered one and vice versa. As a result, their love and kindness for animals are constantly cultivated, subsequently leading to a dramatic fall of recommitting crime rate of 96% in this region. In conclusion, this trend can be attributed to various factors. However, I staunchly advocate my beliefs that provoking the lawbreakers’ fears and hesitation before breaking rules, as well as offering better educational programs can efficiently combat this problem.
