The line graph illustrates the number of members who joined in five different activities at a social centre in Melbourne, Australia, over the period from 2000 to 2020. Overall, there were diverse trends in activities among participants at a social centre over the two decades, with the film club being the most popular in all given years. As shown, the film club ranked first in all given activities, with about 65 participants in 2000. This figure had a minimal decrease a decade later but ended with about 65 participants initially in the final year. Meanwhile, martial arts witnessed slight fluctuations, maintaining between approximately 30-35 participants over the whole period. By comparison, in 2000, amateur dramatics recorded around 25 participants, 10 more than table tennis. However, the membership was the same, with almost 20 members in 2010. Afterward, table tennis had an upward trend, hitting a high of over 50 members in 2020, while the opposite was true for amateur dramatics, hitting a low of only 5 participants by 2020. On the other hand, music performances, which had almost no participants during the first five years, experienced a steady increase in popularity, peaking at under 20 participants in 2020. While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Do you agree or disagree?’ Opinions are divided on whether people should pursue vocational training rather than tertiary education due to the lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. I personally think that there is little to disagree with this observation. Granted, one might argue that students should choose to learn academic courses, since those courses provides students with knowledge and certificates in many fields, which are thought to help students find well-paid jobs easier. However, such knowledge is often theory-based and impractical, which often cannot be used in real-world jobs. Moreover, students with such academic certificates often lack of work experience, which is highly required in many big industrial fields. As a result, university graduates often have trouble finding jobs even when they have a high distinction bachelor’s degree. Instead, Vocational courses offer students work-based skills and knowledge related directly to economical industries, which provide practical skills such as communication and teamwork, or how to adapt different tools, technologies. This will help students obtain real job experience so that they can easily search for jobs in their chosen sector. For instance, training to be a plumber or electrician often requires hands-on experience, and with such courses, students can get to know how to use specialized tools, technical systems, or how to face with common practical problems. By obtaining such knowledge from vocational training, students can find many job opportunities which are in high demand with highly incomes right after graduated. In conclusion, personally, I believe that more individuals should be encouraged to pursue vocational courses since it provides them practical knowledge, hands-on experience and increase their chance to get jobs with highly incomes. While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Many people believe that most developing countries are currently expanding their tourist industries, which is a negative development. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Many people argue that expanding tourist industries in growing nations is a negative improvement. Personally, I completely disagree with this point of view, as I believe that it is advantageous for these countries to develop their tourist industries. There are several reasons why people think that developing tourism is an advert impression. The main reason is that the environment can be damaged by developing travel industries. In fact, tourist attractions can lead to various types of pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, or noise pollution, which impact the living standard of locals. For example, To Lich River which is situated in Ha Noi Vietnam experienced serious water pollution in the past because of the development of the tourism sector. Moreover, by creating a new destination, deforestation has become a serious problem around the world, contributing to global warming. As a result, it is a baseless argument to think the advancement of tourist industries brings more disadvantages to life. Despite these drawbacks, I believe that it is a positive development for both locals and the government. First and foremost, on the local level, by developing the tourism sector, locals not only can sell local food, clothes, or jewelry to visitors, but they also can rent their houses to travelers to earn extra income, resulting in better lives. Additionally, through these destinations, people can find opportunities to make cultural exchanges with foreigners to broaden their horizons, contributing to the development of the country. Moreover, expanding tourist industries boosts the national economy. There is an enormous number of visitors going to growing countries to visit tourist attractions and they usually use their money to pay for souvenirs or essential services such as hotels, or restaurants, resulting in an improvement in the national budget. To sum up, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that the expansion of tourist industries is beneficial for both locals and the government scales Many people believe that most developing countries are currently expanding their tourist industries, which is a negative development. During the era of advanced technology, advertisements have been utilized as the technique to capture the interest of customers to purchase the variety of commodities. However, it also makes some individuals face the dilemma of advertising has successfully witnessed its impact in commercial field or it has been outdated and is not able to attract this group anymore. Therefore, this essay will elaborate further on both views and give my own perspective. The primary point that triggers people to believe in the success of advertisement in business market is the selective information. This is because whist the company runs the advertisement in the limited time frame, they must select the worthiest information which can grab viewer’s attention on the first seconds. Consequently, when customers have a pressing need and identify the appropriate products, they may buy them directly. For instance, some students spend an enormous amount of time on studying, they may seek for items that can heal their eyes. According to that, numerous companies attempt to prepare the script that mainly focuses on this function and convert them into advertisements, resulting in the increase of sale. In contrast, the interruption is one of the potential factors reducing the advertising’s value. As advertisements are displayed in the unsuitable moment and disrupt personal work, they also make people feel distracted. Therefore, individual cannot pay adequate attention on these ads and may skip them to continue their work. Similarly, while people are watching their favourite movies in any channels, YouTube or Google, many ads may appear unexpectedly. Most of their reactions are to wait until these ads end to focus on the film. Thus, this has made more people care less on advertising. In conclusion, advertising is an effective way to introduce the items for customers due to the carefully chosen information, but it has lost its attention gradually because of the disruption. Indeed, I firmly believe that advertisement is less preferable currently in public. During the era of advanced technology, advertisements have been utilized as the technique to capture the interest of customers to purchase the variety of commodities. However, it also makes some indiv... Xem thêm

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to poorer countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Opinions are divided on whether developed countries should provide underdeveloped nations with more practical help in different kinds of fields rather than give them financial support. I personally think that there is little to disagree with this observation. One of the most common problems with financial assistance is that it may not reach to the people who are in need. Since some corrupt governments and offices raise fund from wealthy nations, which will be used for their inappropriate purposes, while people, who really need that money, often receive little or nothing. In addition, giving money to developing countries can not help those get rid of poverty because such problems are often thanks to poor educational condition. Therefore, instead of donating money, facilitating educational systems of poorer nations should be prioritized, such as investing in infrastructure or providing teachers with training courses. A lack of knowledge is the one of the main reasons why people in those countries can not escape the cycle of extreme poverty. Due to inability to read and write, such people cannot apply for sustainable jobs with stable incomes and often have to work in dangerous environment for extremely low wages. With the provision of higher education, citizens in developing countries can now get certificates in order to find well-paid jobs, improve their living standards, or even pull themselves out of poverty and debt. In conclusion, wealthy nations should not just pour billions of dollars meaninglessly into the governments of poor countries, but should invest in paying teacher’s salary, constructing more modern facilities, and developing many other fields. Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to poorer countries rather than financial aid. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? (Bài làm) Owning houses has been considered as a primary aim rather than renting in several nations. In this essay, the reasons and both the advantages and disadvantages will be discussed before reaching my personal conclusion. To begin with, there are several reasons that people prefer buying their own house to renting one. Firstly, it is a tradition or custom in many countries that a family needs to live together. For example, a big family which has more than 5 members needs more rooms for each person. Therefore, renting a large apartment room to support their members' needs can cost the family more than purchasing a house. Additionally, some parents want to purchase a house in order to make sure that their offspring still have a place to live in the future. They understand that renting accommodations is not stable enough due to the fact that a contract that they have made with a landlord can be cancelled at any time. In my point of view, I believe that buying their own places brings both benefits and drawbacks. On the one hand, the family will have their own space and privacy. Helping them find a place to release their stress from business. For example, they might have spaces to exercise to take care of their health or build a big garage for spending their precious time together. On the other hand, even if parents buy the house. They cannot guarantee that their children will stay in this place when they grow up. Otherwise, it can be a waste of money. In summary, it is true that families need to purchase their own residence instead of renting in some countries. However, it has both positive and negative sides of buying the house, buyers should consider all aspects before making a decision. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? (Bài làm) Owning houses... Some people think that competition at work, at school and in daily life is a good thing. Others believe that we should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different views about whether we should compete together at work, at school, and in our daily lives. While some argue that competition is a good thing, others claim that we should try to cooperate more. In this essay, both viewpoints will be discussed, and a perspective will be presented. Proponents of competition highlight certain advantages. Firstly, competition makes efforts for people in some fields. This could be explained by the fact that most people want to achieve higher results compared to others, and this is a destination that they always try their best to gain. Secondly, competition helps develop society and the country. As a result, when some companies compete with each other to come in first, the economy of the country will increase fast, dealing with the unemployment problems. However, opponents of competition claim that cooperation fosters productivity and helps us solve difficult issues. Through cooperation between individuals and organizations, people can support each other in areas that have more benefits than others, such as money, knowledge, and human resources. In addition, collaborations often bring together diverse perspectives and ideas, leading to more creative solutions and innovative approaches at work, at school, and in daily life. This is due to the fact that individuals from different backgrounds have different experiments and expertise; they will bring a variety of ideas to discuss together. In conclusion, while competition is beneficial in terms of making efforts and improving society and country, the merits of cooperation, including boosting productivity, solving hard problems, and generating many new ideas and perspectives, are equally significant. People have different views about whether we should compete together at work, at school, and in our daily lives. Although there is a lot of translation software available, learning a language could still be advantageous. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Essay In the modern era, the proliferation of available translation software in learning a language is favourable tool to satisfy the people's needs. In my point of view, despite this advances, I hold the belief that the process of obtaining lingual knowledge is still beneficial in terms of career prospects and cultural experience. Admittedly, machine translation can bring greater benefits in terms of speed and a variety of languages. The application of artificial intelligence technologies in translation software permits individuals can readily comprehend a sentence or paragraph in other languages that without spending much time. An obvious instance of this is Google translate which is a widely common app for users, as it can instantly recognise and translate up to one hundred languages, thereby being used basically throughout the entire world. Thanks to accessible translation software, certain languages such as Arabic, Chinese and Japanese are not longer challenging to many learners even today, especially those from western countries. Thus, the emergence of translation software is naturally of great help. On the other hand, the posibility of speaking a variety of foreign languages will broaden your culture's horizons . For example, A language is meaningfully more than simply a means of communication as it establishes a vital connection with the cultural identity of the people who speak it. For example, in the process of learning Chinese, individuals can gradually understand more about Chinese culture via their lessons. Learners will then be more likely to know which manners are considered appropriate by the Chinese as well as which ones should be avoided, thereby avoiding offense when communicating with native language speakers. To sum up, although translation applications are indeed helpful today, learning languages retains its relevance as it aids fluent communication and cultural awareness. Individuals can also reap other cognitive and intellectual benefits when mastering a language. Although there is a lot of translation software available, learning a language could still be advantageous. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Essay In the modern e... Xem thêm

This data went up gradually, reaching $15 billion in 2000 then hit a high of $23 billion by 2004 before shrinking to just $18 in 2008.In contrast, the government's outlay on studying General Science was the lowest of all research categories.Initiating with $2.5 billion in 2008 and doubling in just over $5 billion by 2008 During that time, the amount of money spend on studies about Energy and Space grew progressively, from about $5 billion and $6 billion in 1980 to approximately $7.5 billion and $9 billion in 2008. If older people are not physically, mentally, or financially able to look after themselves, the younger family members have legal responsibilities to take care of them. Do you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, some people argue that when older people do not have enough ability to care for themselves, there should be a rule to force the young to take care of older people. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this point of view because of the country’s welfare and filial respect. One of the main reasons why it should encourage to support this perspective is the happiness of citizens. It is widely known that older generations are not capable of working or even moving on as usual as ordinary people due to their illness. Therefore, if no one takes care of older individuals, they will become homeless people. It affects adversely the well-being of societies as well as the government’s prestige. For example, the elderly in India have lived in slum areas because they are abandoned by their offspring. In this case, the heartlessness of the government is criticised in international newspapers, leading to the loss of reputation and a reduction in welfare benefits The filial concept is another reason why youngsters have responsibilities to look after older people. Repaying for previous generations is an obligation. It is obviously older people such as grandparents or parents who nurture children during their lifetime, hence, these children must care for them when they get older. Showing filial duty also contributes significantly to forming people’s positive qualities, as a result, good people might make societies better. In conclusion, I totally agree with this opinion owing to the country’s well-being and gratitude culture. Nowadays, some people argue that when older people do not have enough ability to care for themselves, there should be a rule to force the young to take care of older people. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? In recent years, there has been a noticeable trend where owning a house rather than renting one is increasingly essential for individuals . In my view, this has both positive and negative implications First of all, the fact that having our own house enhances our confidence and have permission to design and decorate our house. Legally, individuals owning their own houses do not face disputes regarding housing ownership. And nowadays a house can also serve as an offer to a partner in marriage because it will provide stability for their future. Secondly, some people choose to rent an apartment or house for few years because it is suitable for their financial or they need to move to different countries or cities due to their job. Youngsters often change their lives regularly for inspiration or creative pursuits. But they will face to the risk of being evicted by the master of the house due to they meet a bad host. In conclusion, I believe choosing to own a house over renting one is also acceptable if it is suitable with their family and properties of their jobs In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Countries with long average working time are more economically successful, but they are also likely to suffer from negative social consequences. To whay extent do you agree or disagree?
It is believed that prolonging working time can result in more economically successful; yet also bringing about far-reaching repercussions. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement as it can lead to several problems in exchange of the wealthy of one country. There are bebefits to the economy when people working at high levels of time. To begin with, when worker devote a good part of time to fulfill work responsibilities, they complete more tasks and more realese more products, which collectively contribute to the economic development speed. For illustrative example, in Japan, people work 60 hours or more per weak, which is an incredible figures compare to other countries’ working time. Because of that long time working in a long period, it has dircectly influence Japan’s economy and become one of the most developed nations in the world. However, It is undeniable that spending a huge amount of time in the day constantly working will be likely to have negative affects on the workers. Mental and physical health of indivituals has been being threathened due to the prolonged working time. According to the example mentioned above, most of worker feel burnout because of the hectic working schedule. It leaves too little time for them to do exercise and relieve stress, which putting people at higher risk of obesity and having mental health. Japan is well-known for high suicide rate, which is mainly because of stress coming from working. As a result, Japanese society has to suffer from axiety from these problems. In conclusion, I think the growth of a country’s economy can be robust with long commitment at work, but there are also serious issues arising in society along side with the benefits. It is believed that prolonging working time can result in more economically successful; yet also bringing about far-reaching repercussions.
