In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or a negative situation? Residents of some nations have strong desires to own a home rather than to rent one. The underlying factors behind this phenomenon will be closely examined in this essay, which will also argue that this trend can exert adverse impacts on society. Admittedly, people’s preference for possessing a home over renting one can be attributed to certain causative rationales, one of which is to foster the potential for highly profitable investments. Indubitably, the booming global population can potentially trigger a scarcity of real estate, proportionally inadequate to meet increasing demands, likely leading to soaring property prices. Hence, homeowners are likely to observe a significant increase in wealth. Another reason for this desire is that homeownership can result in a reduced risk of facing unpredictable problems such as abrupt cases of eviction or the rise in renting costs. These issues can leave renters homeless and financially precarious. In this sense, a stable home can foster a more fulfilling life. Although owning a home can provide financial stability and security, it is crucial to consider the drawbacks and implications for society as a whole. Doubtless, an unnecessarily high number of people allocating their finance for real estate can be the driving force behind the rise in properties, which proportionally acts as an inherent barrier against investors’ access to these properties for business activities. This will not only lead to the stagnation of national economies but also high unemployment rates. This is particularly noticeable in Vietnam, where there have been excessive investments in buildings and lands for recent decades, and this practice has caused unemployment at a dangerous rate and the economic crisis. In conclusion, financial benefits and better living conditions can have their deep roots in arousing and fueling the notion of affording a stable home. However, I am of the opinion that this phenomenon can bring about devastating consequences due to the possibility of preventing the economic growth and causing joblessness at an alarming level. In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or a negative situation? Residents of some nati... Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Essay It is argued that establishing more sports facilities or health clubs would be the most effective way to enhance public health. From my point of view, however, proper health education would be a better measure. To begin with, people's health has improved significantly as a result of their participation in sports facilities. It is indisputable that engaging in physical activities such as daily exercise or sports improves fitness levels. Therefore, the growing popularity of gym classes and sports clubs provides additional opportunities for people to improve their health. Many individuals in my neighborhood take nighttime yoga lessons to stay healthy after a long day at work. On the other hand, I believe that expanding the availability of sports facilities would have little impact on social health. This is explained by the fact that many people who paid for an annual gym membership stopped going after only one month. Therefore, I believe it is more vital to educate folk on fundamental health awareness. If a person has a basic understanding of medicine and healthcare, he can simply avoid several possible health issues. For instance, when a child has a wide knowledge of the adverse effects of smoking, he might be less likely to take up this bad habit in his adulthood. To summarise, the increasing prevalence of sports facilities has brought a wide range of health benefits for people. I believe that raising public awareness through health campaigns would have a greater positive impact on boosting people's health Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Topic: Many individuals argue that planning in advance is the cornerstone of success in life, whereas others contend that factors like diligence or fortune hold greater significance. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. In today's competitive world, achieving success is a constant pursuit. While some believe meticulous planning is utmostly crucial, others emphasize the importance of hard work or even luck. In my opinion, a well-rounded approach that embraces all these elements is the key to a fulfilling and successful life. A well-defined plan acts as a roadmap, providing direction and preventing procrastination. It also allows for adjustments as circumstances evolve. Imagine an ambitious high school student aiming for a prestigious school. A comprehensive plan outlining their coursework, extracurricular activities, and standardized test preparation significantly increases their chances of acceptance. However, life is rarely a smooth journey. Unexpected challenges can derail even the most meticulously laid plans. This is where unwavering determination and a strong work ethic come into play. These qualities empower individuals to overcome obstacles, find creative solutions, and forge new paths. Think of a passionate entrepreneur whose thoroughly planned business faces an economic downturn. Their relentless work ethic and adaptability can help them adjust their strategy and discover new opportunities. Finally, a touch of serendipitycan play a significant role. Being at the right place at the right time can open unforeseen doors. While luck is a chance factor, a well-prepared and diligent individual is more likely to capitalize on fortunate circumstances. For instance, a talented musician who relentlessly hones their craft may be discovered by a talent scout at a local performance, propelling their career forward. In conclusion, success is not a singular entity but a harmonious blend of well-defined goals, unwavering effort, and a touch of chance. By embracing this multifaceted approach, individuals can navigate the unpredictable road to success and create a fulfilling life filled with meaningful accomplishments. “both government investment in transport systems and reductions in public transport ticket prices will help to reduce transport pollution greatly. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?” These days, the matter of whether the government putting attempts in green movement by simultaneously handling transportation investment and ticket price reduction is useful. In my perspective, I strongly believe that this policy is necessary and highly welcomed due to the outcomes it brings. On the one hand, it is such a trustworthy development of the government to invest in the transport systems as it enhances the quality of life. Moreover, using public facilities is one of the most fundamental rights every citizen possesses. Therefore, people may be more encouraged to take public rides on a regular basis in order to have pleasant experiences with the most cutting-edge transportation. Take Vietnam as an example, a subway was constructed with the aim to reduce time traveling between two metropolitans and it attracted thousands of passengers when it was finally launched. On the other hand, people are prone to any decline in prices, especially when it comes to public assets which were constructed by the tax each mature individual paid. This is due to the fact that public traveling can save up a considerable amount of money. For example, people tend to choose public transport like bus or subway over personal belongings like car or motorbike so as to cut off a variety of costs such as maintenance, petrol and admission fee for cars. In conclusion, I firmly believe that this action of the government will make progress in developing the quality of social life. Furthermore, it can have a drastic impact on how transport pollution is controlled. “both government investment in transport systems and reductions in public transport ticket prices will help to reduce transport pollution greatly. Topic: Some people think our first impression of someone is important, while others think we should not judge another person so quickly and should take our time to know them better. Discuss both views and give your opinion. While the first impression of someone is supposed to play a crucial role in relationships, many people show their disagreement with this statement. From my perspective, I definitely believe that people had better not judge others at the first sight and spend time understanding each other. On the one hand, relationships are thought to be mainly affected by the first impression. Firstly, a person's self-presentation skills and confidence can be reflected when meeting at the first time. Apparently, communication skills, when people are involved in a conversation with strangers, can be evaluated by the things related directly to their personality and preferences such as tone of voice, sight, and gesture. Secondly, the first impression sometimes provides accurate insights into character. By observing partners’ preparation for important events in their lives, such as interviews and dates, individuals will have an opportunity to make assumptions about their responsibility and carefulness, which could be shown in their clothes and whether they arrive on time, for example. On the other hand, taking time to know someone better is highly recommended due to my opinion. The first reason is initial judgements can be influenced by stereotypes and personal bias. It is said that many people are attracted by appearance, which may prevent them from focusing on personality, knowledge and skills of their partners. Hence, this leads to inaccurate or unfair assessments. The second reason is spending time talking and sharing means allowing observation of consistent behaviors and deeper qualities. In the first meeting, there will not be enough communication and contact among participants to make them feel comfortable to fully express themselves. However, if individuals use their time to develop depth in connection, cautious gestures and speech may be replaced by the real traits of partners. To sum up, I prefer taking time to learn about someone to the first impression, which can be a factor to make some assessment about a person’s characteristics, due to its advantages in the long term. Mong thầy cô chấm giúp em ạ. The diagram shows the design of a modern landfill for household waste. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The picture illustrates the process of making a modern landfill for organic waste. Overall, the process comprises three steps, beginning with digging up a hole in the ground and ending with its closure. At the beginning of the process, the ground is excavated in a trapezoid shape above a natural rock bed. Next, a layer of synthetic substance is coated after lining the hole with a thick layer of clay. The next step is that a drainage tank is excavated, taking the form of a cuboid, which is accompanied by the installation of drainage pipes to direct the liquid to the tank. Meanwhile, another pipe, marked blue, is also set up to emit the gas. When the landfill construction is ready for operation, it is filled with organic waste. During the use of the landfill, waste liquid leaks out and is directed away from the tank through the installed pipes. Finally, clay is applied to the top surface. After some time, the waste turns into a mud-like substance, which can be used as fertilizer while any emitted gases are released through the pipe. Organized tours to remote places and communities are increasingly popular. Is it a positive or negative development for local people and the environment? There has been much controversy about whether planning trips to isolated areas and communities brings more benefits or drawbacks. In my opinion, this trend can be seen as beneficial. One the one hand, there are some drawbacks of organizing trips to remote places and social groups. One clear disadvantage of this is that such vigorous activities may make wild animals disturbing and affect their regular habits. This is because such organisms are usually familiar with their natural habitat, the intervention of human can make them uneasy and even sometimes aggressive. Another advantage worth mentioning is that the popularity of tourists may lead to the destruction of local environment. Such drawback can be especially detrimental to the native inhabitants, this is due to the reason that it would make the overall image of this location negative towards tourists. As a result, they probably will not return to this attraction, causing huge loss to local economies. However, with a strict regulation from governments, the situation can be improved positively. On the other hand, I believe that there are stronger benefits to this approach. One advantage of organizing holiday to lesser-known locations is that it helps local dwellers generate more profits and develop a place's economy. Take modeled tourism in Viet Nam, for example, Home Stay, cooperating local residents' homes with commercial companies as a place for tourists to stay. In addition to this, meals can be served in the same location and through this method, a country can advertise their special products to people in other areas as well as international travelers. By in introducing and educating people about the importance of biological diversity, people can gain better understanding about the related topic and potentially raise awareness about protecting the wildlife. In conclusion, operating trips to places that are less popular bring more benefits than the drawbacks involved. With adequate law from the ministry, the problem can be better solved, paving the way for local economy to thrive as well as educating and promoting awareness for the public about the wildlife Organized tours to remote places and communities are increasingly popular. Prison is the common way in most countries to solve the problem of crime. However, a more effective solution is to provide people a better education. Do you agree or disagree? In light of the growing debates among individuals, while it is a common assumption that prison is the common way to tackle criminal obstacles, critics argue that exposing individuals to a better education is more effective. Although I acknowledge some benefits that providing a better education offers, I still believe that prison is essential in addressing criminal behavior for several reasons. One justification for keeping prisons is that they play vital roles in guaranteeing society’s safety. In fact, they separate those who commit crimes from the community, ensuring the safety of residents. Nothing can be more obvious than some cases of violent crime, such as domestic violence or harassment, which are detrimental to the safety of individuals. Without prisons, society's safety would be compromised. Additionally, nowadays, prisons provide ample opportunities for prisoners to experience rehabilitation, which is the key to raising their awareness of right and wrong. These systems allow criminals to reflect on their conscience, paying big dividends in self-improvement. They also prompt offenders to understand their wrongs and prepare them to re-enter society as reformed individuals. Contrary to the aforementioned arguments, advocates of providing better education often argue that prisons lack an educational system. It is true that some prisons are incapable of providing core subjects like those taught in schools, such as geography or science. However, I contend that prisons still offer educational merits. In reality, prisons enable criminals to access fundamental educational lessons about finance or money. Moreover, prisons allow offenders to learn essential skills such as cooking, cleaning, or gardening. These activities act as precursors to reforming criminals, equipping them with practical skills that can facilitate their integration back into society upon release. In essence, I admit that prisons provide beneficial educational programs to criminals, which works wonders in the long run. In conclusion, while acknowledging the merits of educational initiatives, I maintain that prisons are indispensable in addressing criminal behavior. Prison is the common way in most countries to solve the problem of crime. However, a more effective solution is to provide people a better education. Do you agree or disagree? Mong thầy cô chữa bài giúp e với ạ. People who decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it are more likely to have a satisfying working life than those who change jobs frequently. Do you agree or disagree?
The debate surrounding early career decisions and job stability can yield many satisfying aspects of working life, which continues to be a topic of contention. From my perspective, career satisfaction should have a multifaceted approach that is not determined by when someone chooses a career path or how long they pursue it. On the one hand, one school of thought holds that workers loyal to one post may indeed present several advantages. The primary reason behind this thinking is that they can focus their efforts on developing specialized knowledge and expertise within a particular field, allowing someone to reach the pinnacle of their chosen profession, which may hold immense promise and lead to greater career fulfillment. Additionally, starting a career early and dedicating oneself for an extended period can provide a sense of job satisfaction. Through the journey of honing their skills, individuals can reap success within their chosen profession, providing them with a better financial situation. On the other hand, I believe that those who change jobs from time to time can yield multiple benefits. Perhaps the foremost rationale would be that this is an opportunity for them to discover personal strengths within different industries, especially for new graduate students who can gain diverse experience and skill sets that they were not exposed to throughout their school period, making them more valuable and marketable to recruiters. Moreover, some people's personalities may suffer after pursuing a career path for long periods, which can place a huge burden on their mental health, including heavy workloads, workplace conflicts, or simply not providing employees with a living wage. There is a likelihood that workers should eventually find a new career that offers a suitable workplace environment and salary increment for them. In conclusion, how one person gains satisfaction from their career may differ from another. I believe that job hoppers often find greater fulfillment in their careers since they can broaden their horizons and take a holistic approach within different domains, ultimately leading to a more rewarding professional life. The debate surrounding early career decisions and job stability can yield many satisfying aspects of working life, which continues to be a topic of contention. Đề: In many professional sports, there is an increase in the number of athletes using banned substances to improve their performance. What are the causes of the phenomenon and what are some of the possible solutions? In many professional sports, abusing prohibited substances to assist athletes’ performance is becoming common. This essay will discuss how athletes’ ambition and the effects of illegal substances are the main causes of this problem, and the most suitable solutions are imposing stricter rules and promoting the detrimental effects of these drugs. There are two major reasons why athletes use forbidden substances to boost their overall performance. Firstly, the desire for success appears when people are in fierce competitions. It is human nature and athletes are no exception, they always want to win to fulfil their own desires and meet the expectations of others. All athletes strive to earn admiration, especially when they represent their country with the significant mission of bringing honour. Furthermore, the quick results that athletes gain from using banned substances are tempting as it is the easiest way to achieve success without much effort. As a result, athletes’ health is increasingly falling due to the abuse of these drugs. For example, there are many organisations selling drugs illegally these days with appealing advertisements. There are two main measures that can be implemented to tackle this problem. First, what the government should do is impose rigorous regulation. The government should actively seek out harmful organisation and ban them. Besides that, the institutions which organise sports competitions examine whether the candidates use forbidden substances before allowing them to take part in competitions. For instance, those who use banned substances face a lifetime ban in the Olympics. Another measure is that the government might promote the adverse effects of illegal drugs through social media. In this way, athletes might raise awareness and dare not to use drugs. By taking these solutions this problem will be dealt with appropriately. In conclusion, there are two main causes leading to this phenomenon, these are athletes’ desire and the magic of drugs. There are also two solutions: imposing stricter regulations and posting news on social media. These days it is becoming more and more common for people who choose cosmetic surgery to attempt to enhance their appearances. There are several reasons why this trend has become increasingly popular although there are various risks in the surgery process, I believe that it is still a positive development. On the one hand, there are a number of reasons why people choose plastic surgery procedure. Firstly, enhancing one's appearance will boost self-esteem and feel more confident and happy within oneself.
