Nowadays, children in many countries have to deal with a huge load of homework after school. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? Bài làm These days, students in several parts of the world are assigned with a huge load of homework to fulfill after school. From my perspective, although I accept that this situation is beneficial to some extent, I would argue that the drawbacks are far more significant. On the one hand, there are a number of merits for young people to address numerous home assignments after school. A major perk is that homework acts as additional practice for students to revise horizons attained at school, which enables them to retain knowledge more easily. Hence, it considerably helps curb stress from exams and get a decent academic outcome. Another benefit is that devoting time to studying means that children may have less time for screen leisure activities. Therefore, they are more likely to avoid detrimental impacts of excessive use of the Internet such as eyestrain, back pain, and social isolation. On the other hand, spending time tackling homework can have serious downsides which overshadow these advantages. The first demerit is that school-goers have a large amount of knowledge to accumulate at school and several home assignments to complete, which makes them have less time for sleeping and unwinding. Consequently, it puts a heavy burden on school children and they may suffer from different health-related problems such as depression or anxiety disorder. Another point worth mentioning is that it deprives teenagers of time for extracurricular activities. As a result, they may have fewer opportunities to both physically and mentally develop and find out their own passions. For instance, in Western countries, children often spend time after school playing outdoor sports or participating in classes that help them develop essential life skills. In contrast, most Asian parents urge their off-springs to attend extra classes and finish a large amount of homework to enhance their academic outcome. In conclusion, despite the potential advantages that spending much time doing homework can bring to children, they are completely outweighed by the adverse effects involved. Nowadays, children in many countries have to deal with a huge load of homework after school. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? It is true that dwellers in cities become increasingly sedentary and exercise less. This essay will discuss about the main reasons and give some solutions to deal with this problem. There are two main factors associated with this phenomenon. The key one is people who live in metropolises often have less time for exercise due to their busy work schedules.More specifically,in order to cope with high city living costs, they have to spend most of their time working, even at the weekend.According to recent surveys, approximately 70% of citizens in Ho Chi Minh city have to work overtime to complete their workload to be able to pay for the cost of living here, which is twice as expensive as my hometown.Another reason is the popularity of sedentary activities. This is mainly because these days, people tend to relax by engaging in screen time activities such as watching tv or playing video games instead of taking part in outdoor activities. As a result, this lead to a lot of diseases such as obese, myopic and so on and they do not have many time for their family. Fortunately, several measures could be taken to alleviate this phenomenon.First and foremost,it is necessary to raise people’awareness of the importance of regular exercise. When they are fully aware of this, they could spend more time doing exercise or participating in more active activities.A technology company, for example, encourages their employees to ride bicycles to work to both exercise and protect the environment. In addition, the local authorities should install more outdoor fitness equipment in parks and other public areas to foster people to do more exercise.Take Hoa Cuc Bien park in my neighborhood as an example, has attracted a huge number of local residents after being equipped exercise equipment. In conclusion, this phenomenon can be explained by the popularity of sedentary activities and their busy work schedules to making a live. However, the local authorities can tackle this problem by raising people’s awareness of exercise and equipping more outdoor equipment. Some people believe that nowadays we have too many choices. To what extent do you agree or disagree? We are living in a peaceful and fair world. People have the right to do what they like, what they want so it is not suprised to catch the idea that people now have a plenty of choices in many sectors. I strongly agree with this point of view. First and foremost, with the development of a lot of facets in society, there are more and more jobs for people to do. In the past, people were not mindful of the importance of learning and educating their children so most of these children tended to become a farmer or did trading business. But now with the development of technology and people take an insight into learning, children are educated to do variety of jobs not just become a farmer. Furthermore the most crucial factor is the increase of demands, it appears lots of new job to cater people's demands such as pilot as people want to travel more quickly and plane was invented. For example, there is a hot trend to become a content creater in social media among young generations. People not only have many choices in career but also in married status. In the past, people had to get married. These days, individuals are more open-minded, people can choose to get married or be single. In addition, many people find marriage is uncomfortable; therefore, they decided not to marry but still live with their partner and have babies. In a research on young people in Vietnam, there are about 30% of them choose to not marry and their parents completely underspin their idea. In conclusion, I fully agree with the idea saying that there are many choices for people to choose. However, each of us should consider carefully before reaching the final decision on this time. The given diagrams illustrate the structure of a solar panel and how it generates to attract sun rays and transforms it into warm air and warm water for residential use. At first glance, to become a comprehensive product, sunlight has to go through numerous stages and experience two distinct treatments before preparing for human lives. As it can be seen, there is a tank with the transparent glass on top and two pipes on each side, which serves as the inlet and the outlet. After that, the panel is exposed to the sun to capture sunlight, which then heats the glass and boils the tank, resulting in the evaporation and transformation of air into warm air. Following this, similar to the previous process, the evaporation in the tank and the heat from the sun, which heats a long pipe in the tank, generate warm water when exposed for an extended period, approximately one day. There is an obvious discrepancy between two mentioned devices, particularly the pipe in the central of the tank The given diagrams illustrate the structure of a solar panel and how it generates to attract sun rays and transforms it into warm air and warm water for residential use. Major cities in the world are growing fast, as well as their problems. What are the problems that young people living in those cities are facing?Suggest some solutions In the contemporary world, following urbanization, almost half of the world is rapidly developing thanks to the sustainable economy and new useful inventions. However, from my perspective, the younger generation experiences the pressure put on their shoulders to become skillful employers or well-educated people to follow their ancestors and grow the value of their countries. This essay will give some reasons why they are under pressure and some solutions to cope with this matter. First and foremost, most juveniles often have a hectic day at school then go to the extra class until in the evening since their parents consider more studying and better in school report. Nevertheless, no one knows, listens and gives sympathy to their children. Furthermore, friends also pressure kids to conform and keep up with the up-to-date trend. For instance, over the past few months, iphone 15 is presenting leading to the kids who have economic conditions own it and display to the social media platform. This activity makes some less privileged children be deep in sorrow. On the contrary, there are many methods to stop this problem and reduce the pressure. To begin with, moral education transmits the sentence “not comparing yourself with the other as you are the only individual in the world”. Besides, as I mentioned before, in families, parents should spend more time on listening and giving sympathy to their children's stories about how they feel and things that happen in a day. Listening not only plays a crucial role in bonding the connection and love among family members but also helps their children boost their mood after confiding and get ready for the next day. In conclusion, while everyone experiences pressure, I believe that young people face similar challenges. There are many causes and many solutions but everything can be solved if humans find the most appropriate way. From my point of view, these two solutions that I presented can significantly alleviate this issue.. Any country should be able to sell goods to other countries without the restrictions of the government. Do you agree or disagree? In this day and age, there are a large quantity of mechanize exported from different nations being sold in the market. Some individuals argue that this problem should be encouraged without the authority's intervention. From my point of view, I totally disagree with this notion due to the food safety and the adverse influence on indigenous food. The first and foremost negative impact that exotic food distribution brings is the security of food. Taking advantage of the government's management on food is loose, some companies produced food with a poor quality. They utilize ingredients descended from unclear origins , containing numerous dangerous fungi or contagious viruses to generate a mass of products. This leads to the spread of severe diseases in the long-term customer’s health. An extreme case is the plague in England in AD 541. Due to the transporting of some animals such as rabbits from overseas, a bacterium causing this disease was delivered into this country, leading to thousands of deaths. In addition, the prosperity of local specialties will be of low value in this case. They have to face fierce competition with a wide range of food from other countries. Customers prefer to consume international food because of their designs and prices. If the local enterprises do not take action to preserve their name in the market, they would likely yield little profit or even collapse. In conclusion, imported oversea food without being restricted by the state may cause more disadvantages than advantages. Therefore, it is advisable that the administration impose strict control on the export and import of global commodities. many students find it harder to study when they are at university or college than when they were at school. Why is this? What can be done to solve the problem? In the contemporary world, following the modernized and urbanized revolution, education plays a crucial role in the daily basis of humans. Therefore, the educational burden is widely spread among students including studying at university and studying at school. A large part of undergraduates advocate that they have fallen in dilemma to study more than they were at school. This essay will discuss the reason and give some comprehensive explanations to elucidate this matter. First and foremost, when you are mature enough, you have to do everything by yourself. Attending university or college is the dream of many students around the world but it is so obvious to see that they are in trouble. University life is definitely dependent on themselves, there is no assistance such as support from parents, meticulous care from teachers or tutors because one class can have around 50 students. Moreover, majors in university require high-level concentration and an agile mindset to understand the lesson as well as note-taking ability due to a large amount of knowledge and lecture speed. For instance, while high school students have teachers take care of them and keep track of them, moving to university allows them to liberally arrange their schedule which is appropriate and gain more empirical experiences by enhancing their soft skills. To address this situation is not only for student’s responsibility but also for the universities. Firstly, freshmans need to practice their solving skills and soft skills to have an independent attitude which is most necessary. To be more specific, they can join some pre-educated campaigns providing a group of activities that allow them to communicate with their classmates and get acquainted with a new academic environment. Besides, if students usually came to libraries or somewhere containing a large amount of useful knowledge such as museums, exhibitions or study rooms, the lack of knowledge would no longer be a hot press to solve. Promoting the relationship between lecturers and students can stimulate students to seek help and to ask more questions to deeply understand lessons. To conclude, everyone in the world has its challenges and difficulty but the way they cope with it is different. Therefore, university life demands independence, and is not so obscure due to the differences and the diversity of curriculum. By organizing some pre-educated campaigns providing students with opportunities to foster their soft-skills and communication skills is a potential solution to go through such challenges. many students find it harder to study when they are at university or college than when they were at school. Why is this? What can be done to solve the problem? đề: We are becoming increasingly dependent on computer-based technology. How do you think it will change in the future? Is it good for us to rely so much on computers? Bài làm: In the digital age, computer-based technology has been increasingly prevalent in human life. In fact, we certainly find it difficult to get through a day without it. In this essay, I will discuss its conversion in the foreseeable future. Also, whether people’s dependency on computer-based technology is beneficial or harmful to us will be analyzed. I believe that computer-based technology will possibly experience a great alteration in the future. Firstly, it will not only be updated constantly but also become even more integrated into every aspect of our lives, becoming an indispensable and functional tool in order to help people deal with their work and study easily. For example, excel functions are able to aid people in managing and calculating their data precisely, making it faster and more convenient for them in their working lives. Furthermore, a large number of students are studying online, taking advantage of software or artificial intelligence as a companion in doing research or any projects. What is more, many computer-based forms such as artificial intelligence or automatic machines will be used prevalently in every industry, school, or company to automate their tasks and enhance working efficiency. Consequently, computer-based technology is going to become extremely necessary to every individual, particularly those who are living in an innovative society. It is apparent that an increasing number of individuals are becoming dependent on computers. I believe that computers play the role of a right-hand man to support us in our modern lives, partly alleviating our pressure from work in comparison with the past. Although showcase numerous benefits, they probably result in several drawbacks if we rely too much on them. The inevitable reason behind this is that it will certainly trigger our laziness and dependence instead of trying our best to think and find a way to solve the problem. For further explanation, if automatic machines replace us to do all the tasks, we will not need to brainstorm any new ideas or do physical activities. As a result, this situation possibly leads to obesity, causing various health problems. Besides, relying too much on computers reduces the ability to think critically, and limits our intellectual activities, which can have a disastrous impact on the natural development of each individual. In conclusion, computer-based technology has proved to be vital to humans in modern society, becoming the most helpful assistant for us. Also, the invention of computers marked a breakthrough in technological development, which brings a large number of advantages to humans. Having said that people should be aware of the pros and cons of computers to take advantage of them smartly and reasonably as well as make them become productive tools. It is necessary to avoid overusing and depending on them too much, which can prevent us from many health problems and natural growth. đề: We are becoming increasingly dependent on computer-based technology. Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development? With the advanced technology, there are many approaches for people to easily communicate with each other. In my viewpoint, this is a positive development. There are various disadvantages of interacting with people directly. To begin with, people are busy with their work and do not control their time management clearly, which means it takes a lot of time to communicate with surroundings directly. More specifically, they have to make appointments at cafe, supermarkets to discuss the abundant knowledge related to essays, presentations and eventually homework groups. Besides, people tend to be shy when they talk with friends by face to face interaction because they are not confident enough. This means they can not make their own viewpoints when contacting the opposite person. Therefore, the problems associated with this kind of communication take a toll on everyone. Nevertheless, this problem also brings several benefits to everyone. With modern technology, the emergence of applications diversifies such as google meet, zooms and messenger for everyone to keep in touch with each other. To commence with, it is easy for people to access a type of communication through social networks. This will help everyone save time to remain in a relationship on useful apps without going out and can serve suitable work involved in learning online and presentation. In addition, social networking sites provide platforms for introverted individuals to express themselves and interact comfortably, helping them self-confidence and social skills. Clearly, this trend can bring advantages to people. In conclusion, communication by face-to-face interaction takes much time but with the development of the internet, people can communicate with other people through social networks, which shows that this is a positive development. Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make?
