Staying indoors will not teach today's generation how to appreciate nature's wonders. Many young people are more immersed in the digital world. They may get knowledged simply by perusing the web. They do not need to leave their homes to learn new things. For instance, a Biology today who wants to learn more about plants and animals that existed in the forest will simply search the web and discover all of the information.
Additionally, our body's well-being is strongly dependent on nature since our body absorbs necessary material through the outdoor space. Moreover, research shows that youths who do not spend enought time outside suffer from serious health problems such as obesity and a higher risk of related conditions, like diabetes. In modern days, mental diseases have become serious problems. Therefore, some measures to deal with their stress are indispensable and outdoors activities namely hiking and cycling would be super-efficient.
To conclude, today's young people should spend more hours in theopen nature which may potentially deprive them of exploring nature, learning about today's essential global issues and becoming future nature specialist

On the one hand, it is undeniable that co-operative ability brings children certain benefits. To begin with, it helps children foster interpersonal skills, namely: communication, empathy and the ability to work work with others as a team. These skills are some of the main necessities for children future success, especially in their future career. Furthermore, co-operation also greatly benefits children’s relationship as it teaches them to acknowledge the perspectives of others. Another advantage of collaboration is that it promotes children’s sense of community as they learn to support and work smoothly with their peers.
On the other hand, there are more compelling reasons why I am convinced that children should be inspired to strive to outperform rather than collaborating. Firstly, overemphasis on co-operation may lead to a lack of individual drive and initiative in children. Beacause working together may lead to children becoming overly reliant on others to accomplish task, while competitiveness can drive children to excel themselves to achieve their full potential. Moreover, learning to compete can encourage children’s important skills, including resilience, determination and the ability to handle pressure. Nevertheless, in some competitive environment, such as the workforce the ability to co-operate may be undervalued in comparison to individual achievement, making it important for children to learn to compete.
In conclusion, although collaboration is important in some respects, I am convinced that the benefits of competitiveness is more significant.

Many people find it hard to balance their work with other parts of their lives . What are the reason for this ? How can this problem be overcome ?
It is true that a huge amount of people today struggle to balance their work with other aspects of their lives . This essay will first point out the reason why many people have difficulty balancing the above aspect and propose certain solutions to deal with the problem.
Two main factors are to blame for a large number of adult who difficulty balancing their lives. One main cause of this issue are hectic schedules, or in others words people are likely to assume a heavy workload and under too much pressure from work . For instance, employers of companies have to work an average of 10 hours each day to finish their tasks, and as a result they don’t have free time to spend for their person life. Another reason that must be mentioned is people do not know how to properly arrange time for person life and time for work. For example , people often spend time doing unnecessary things and forget main task , or employees spend time multitasking to increase productivity. As a result, employees will find it hard to balance their work with other aspects of life.
There are two straightfoward ways to address the problem . The first measure is to take time do relax and rest more on activities such as mediating , playing sports and spending time with family to work-related stress. Another possible measure is develop strong time management skills by creating schedules , setting deadlines , and allocating dedicated time for both work and personal activities. These measure will go a long way towards curbing work-life imbalance.

Overall, it is clear that Pebbleton has undergone substantial transformations (thay đổi đáng kể) through the expansion of its infrastructure, including the proliferation of residential zones and recreational amenities, which has changed the town into a more urbanized area.
Initially, Pebbleton was an undeveloped town connected to the mainland through the Roadbridge, which was the only route to get to school on the opposite side of the river at that time. In the center of the town, there existed several trees surrounding the main road running east to west known as Old Fort Road. The northern side of the main road was housing areas, going through Lighthouse Lane, next to that is a Lighthouse and old fort. Looking at the western of the road, which is near the sea has a film studio and a playing field running along the main road.
In the present day, the number of residences has been growing since the film studio was demolished and replaced by flats. Additionally, a new pedestrian bridge from the town to the school has been built. With the increasing in accommodation and the opening of the community center, the old fort was converted into a children’s playground and a new tennis court was established to serve the needs of local people. The second procedure is a circular cycle, which links to plants and animals’ essential demands and it even assists vehicles with flammable sources. For all the time, music was the most concern for the government’s fund, which was always at the first place. Next, visual arts and theater were deemed to have switched positions. The former was at the second position in 1995 and the third in 2005, the opposite was true for the latter. Accounting for the smallest proportion was literature, however, in 2005, the government doubled the spending on it compared to its receipt in 1995.
In contrast, literature seemed to attract viewers most, notably higher than others, at approximately 120000 in 1995 and it increased sharply and ended at nearly 160000 in the following ten years. That figure was followed by people who went to the theater, with the amount in both 2 years located in the 70000 to 90000 range. It was projected that people nowadays have much more leisure time compared to people in the past. Although technology has some positive impacts on human's lives, from my perspective, I disagree with this statement.
On the one hand, technological advances bring many benefits to our lives. First of all, in some industries, tasks are completed quickly and effectively by automated machines in lieu of human beings. For example, in logistics management, robots are replaced for workers to classify and arrange goods in the warehouse, which optimize time and productivity for the warehouse operation. Secondly, the rise of internet and digital communication tools have enabled us to work anywhere, resulting in reducing the amount of time for commuting to and from an office. Additionally, the most breakthrough technological creation these days is AI, which is Artificial Technology, contributing to the development of many realms. For instance, Elsa is an English application which helps thousands of users all over the world to master their English pronunciation skill in a short time developed with AI.
On the other hand, technological development leads to an increase in demand for our time. First and foremost, the availability of Internet connection and digital devices means that individuals are always ready to work regardless of locations and time zones. In fact, a lot of employees are required to do their jobs outside of their working hours, which has detrimental effects on their leisure time. In addition, AI and robots have replaced humans in some manual jobs, which leads to intense competition in the labor market. As a result, people have to spend more time to gain new knowledge and enhance necessary skills to adopt to the market.
In conclusion, while technology has increased greater efficiency and productivity in many aspects of lives, I do not suppose that people in the modern day have more free time than in the past.

Firstly, since some people have leadership innate, they don't have to take a lot of time to learn how to be a good leader. Consequently, they will have plenty of time to support members in their team. Secondly, their work could occur more effectively and faster, which helps them to get a better result in work or study. If the leader don't have lots of experience, their workload would be delay and more mistakes in their job.
in conclusion, while many people born without natural leadership skills that can still become good leaders i am the opinion that some are born with the qualities of a good leader is more productive.

To begin with, the reasons for the increased power and influence of young people today compared to previous generations vary. Two main factors are social media and modern education. With the accessibility of a wide array of technology and social platforms, the youth can connect with a social audience and share their ideas and opinions. Additionally, these powerful platforms allow the younger generation to influence public discourse and advocate for change. In terms of education and awareness, the modern education system often focuses on critical thinking, encouraging people to question the status quo. Moreover, the present young generation is more informed, empowering them to challenge existing power structures and advocate for their beliefs. While the contemporary youth population is well conditioned to become powerful, the former generation lacked the opportunity to foster their power. Thus, young individuals in the current era seem to possess more authority and impact than any previous generation of youth.

Nowadays, the development of mass communication and transport results in synchronization regarding every aspect of society, leading to globalization. As a consequence, there is no doubt that it arises a prevalent fear of cultural identity loss. I personally disagree with this perspective. In this essay, I will explain the reason, including relevant examples to support my arguments.
From my point of view, thanks to the rapid growth of transportation and mass communication which foster the evolution of globalization, people have opportunities to set foot in various places around the world, even in rural regions on Earth. Therefore, cultural values become increasingly prevalent among residents who come from different countries via tourism and social media. For example, thanks to globalization, we are able to enjoy and discover plenty of traditional specialties and costumes of many countries in the world such as Japanese comic books, Korean movies, American literature, or Ao Dai from Viet Nam and Hanbok from Korea. These intellectual and precious quintessence become worldwide common through mass communication and transport, which is accessed by people from a wide range of ages.
Another benefit of globalization is that it popularizes distinctive genres of music and signature dishes, which play an essential role in nurturing and flourishing cultural identities. By virtue of globalization, Asian restaurants together with European recipes appear extensively in numerous countries. Furthermore, local music has become widely well-known, attracting more viewers and audiences, which contributes to enriching and universalizing cultural identities. As a consequence, the inhabitants have a chance to discover and relish different cuisines and genres of music. For instance, if there was no globalization, individuals would not imagine how appetizing Pho is. Also, we are unable to enjoy many types of music such as rap, R&B, or classical music. For several above reasons, I strongly believe that not only does globalization make cultural identity become vivid and vibrant, but it also portrays and popularizes our distinctive cultures to the world.
In conclusion, I do not feel that globalization results in the total loss of cultural identity. Furthermore, it fosters the development of cultural identity, making special cultures become prevalent among a large number of global countries. People should encourage and promote globalization as it brings numerous advantages in terms of culture.
