It is true that many companies complain about the insufficient fundamental skills of their new staff, such as teamwork. This essay will first outline some underlying roots before suggest some feasible solutions to mitigate this issue.
There are two primary reasons why the employees don’t equip enough interpersonal skills before commencing new jobs. One reason is that most students completely focus on academic subjects and neglect to engage in extracurricular activities when they are undergraduate. For instance, many students aim to get impressive grades to gain scholarships rather than spending time on attending clubs. Furthermore, the advance in technology is a serious problem, leading to sedentary lifestyle and lack of social interaction. Thanks to the appearance of social networking, people tend to absorb information and chat with others online instead of directly communicating, thus their interpersonal skills are limited.
Fortunately, several measures could be taken to prevent this problem. Firstly, the universities should enhance organizing clubs and volunteer activities, then encourage students to participate in these programs. Therefore, participants have the opportunity to improve their skills as well as expand their relationships. Secondly, national and local authorities could implement healthy lifestyles campaigns to help people realise the importance of real interaction, along with the consequences of overusing technology. Finally, companies should pay attention to the training course, so that their staff could ensure the work requirement and build their company bond.
In conclusion, it is clear that there are various reasons for the lack of soft skills of new employees, and steps need to be taken to tackle this problem.

On the one hand, I acknowledge that the primary purpose of any company is making a profit in order to survive in a competitive world. It seems logical that the priority of businesses engaged in a free market should be to cover its running costs, such as employees' wages and payments office space, utilities. Moreover, companies always need to invest in innovation and improvement if they want to remain successful. In other words, a company can only make social contribution if it is in good financial health.
On the other hand, businesses should not completely focus on make money, they should do more for society. A social obligation that managers and ownes are to treat their employees well rather than exploiting them. For instance, companies can pay a " living wage" to ensure that all workers have good quality of life. Furthermore, they should use a proportion of their profits to support local charities or environmental projects.
In conclusion, I believe that companies should make social contribution within their sphere of influence although making money is the top primary for businesses.

Therefore, the number of Vietnamese people who adopt healthy diets preventive measures against diseases is on the rise, the rate of citizens hospitalizing has significantly declined in recent years.
A further justification that I agree is that prevention is an effective way to save national budget. In reality, people have to spend a large amount of money to cure serious illnesses, such as cancer, which is why preventing illnesses can save on the extensive costs of treatment. This is exemplified by the fact that the total sum of medical treatment process can total over 50,000 USD in Vietnam. As a result, many nations can reduce a large amount of money for constructing hospitals and clinics and allocate a great proportion for other essential sectors, such as education.
In summary, I completely agree that spending money on promoting a healthy lifestyle. This is because it can help people alleviate the potential of deadly illnesses and national budget. It seems to me that parents had better encourage their offspring engage in outdoor activities, such as walking and cycling, instead of playing games with the aim of improving children’s physical fitness.

Google Map, for instance, is a social media platform that is used by the millions of citizens all over the worlds which help them orient location they are standing and the road they are finding. Therefore, it is predicted that more and more social networking sites and applications will be created with the aim of making the people’s lives more convenient.
Despite this, this phenomenon will bring about the misuse of big date which has begun already and will become more worse in the future. In reality, the advertisements which are proposed to individuals are not always harmless. This is exemplified by the fact that during the last presidential election in the United State, some foreign organizations and individuals took advantage of personal information of residents on the Internet with the view to misleading them, which is why they could influence voting behavior. As a result, governments all around the world had better legitimate strict laws to punish cybercriminals and improve the defensive networks of personal information security.
In conclusion, I utterly believe that the advantages of mentioned-above trend, namely the removal of inconvenience in purchasing products on the Internet and providing better services, eclipse disadvantage, such as the abuse of people’s private information to come into conflict with the law. It seems to me that authorities should pay more attention to companies and individuals to regulate their activities more effectively.

The first reason for this is, the elderly who had devoted their youth and energy to the society. this is perfectly exemplified in case of veterans and war invalids, they are no longer able to work ; hence, they deserve to receive all the social welfare. in addition, another reason is, there are a large number of aged people, who are homeless and childless, need to be taken good care of by the government because it belongs to the government's obligation.

For example, the social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, are assumed to track user activity and browsing history to distribute adverts, resulting in the loss of private information for internet users. Consequently, our online behavior is being closely monitored, analyzed and exploited by companies.
A further drawback is that the omnipresence of commercials disrupts our daily habits and demands our attention, making us difficult to concentrate on working or studying. In reality, while browsing a website or using an app, pod-up ads can emerge unexpectedly, hindering navigation and frustrating users. For instance, while we are watching video on Youtube, watchers are often interrupted by adverts that cannot be skipped, causing a break in concentration and immersion. Therefore, the experience when people are utilizing the Internet and the process of working or studying will be negatively affected.
In conclusion, I am convinced that the increasing prevalence of advertising in everyday life will result in negatives, including the potential violation of personal privacy and the disturbance of daily activities of individuals on the Internet. It seems to me that the companies overseeing social media platforms had better adjust the number of advertisements on the Internet.

Nowadays, people tend to live longer thanks to innovative technology and new methods of remedy. This trend would create certain benefits but there will also be some drawbacks.
From my perspective, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
Longer life expectancy results in several related problems that can be anticipated. First and foremost, the principal issue with this situation is obviously aging-population, which is a long-term dangerous phenomenon leading to many social problems. By way of example, numerous elderly dwellers can cause a dense population, consequently, people have to face the lack of living spaces, rapid house price growth, and pollution. The second drawback is that there will be more people of retirement age who are eligible to receive a pension. The proportion of the working-age population will be smaller and thus, the government will receive less money in taxes. In other words, young generations have to handle a greater tax burden. Besides, the government can not stably maintain the budget for healthcare services and public hospitals. As a result, there are not enough facilities and human resources to take care of people’s health.
Despite the fact that there have been many cons, that affect negatively on our society, the potential of increasing life expectancy brings about significant pros in human lives. On the plus side of this trend, the elderly will have more time for themselves to pursue their own recreational activities after their hard-working lifetime when they were young, for instance, they can play sports with friends, and take part in many cultural activities. What is more, the elderly can also help parents take care of their children, so it will cut down a certain amount of money spent on babysitting, and reduce parents’s financial burden in many households. Consequently, their mental health is not only improved, but their family are also becoming more close-knit.
In conclusion, whilst there are certain benefits the growing popularity of life expectancy may bring about, I would opine that the disadvantages of this trend are far weightier. It is necessary that the government should take measures to manage and balance the population, for the better growth of the young generation.

In fact, according to a survey conducted in the USA in 2019, when coming across an advertisement on a webpage or TV, around 40% of people tend to overlook and the other 10% even try to cancel it by buying a free-advertising account. Consequently, this old way of marketing seems to be no longer as effective as it used to be in catching customers' attention. Additionally, it's more difficult for corporations to gain people's trust through the information advertised about the products compared to the past.
On the other hand, advertising has a long history of existence in the markets. Besides, it is the easiest and most prevalent way for the companies' products to approach the customers. Therefore, numerous successful businesses both in the past and in the present still apply this way and come off well. Take the Unilever corporation as an example, from the last century up to now, they have continued using the old strategy as advertising but still gain significant incomes. For this reason, advertisements play an important in marketing despite of periods.
