Some people think that children should begin their education at a very early age. Some think they should begin at least 7 years old. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different views with regard to the importance of educating children in the current society. Some argue that kids need to start their formal education as early as possible while others think that it should be delayed until 7 years old. Both views are reasonable; however, I think starting education at an early age is essential.
Firstly, children beginning their education at a small age can learn new things quickly, and behave independently. Kids are able to learn basic skills surrounding them without the assistance of their parents. For example, in kindergarten, children can imitate how their classmates use their spoon while eating. This action can help them become self-reliant in meals. Secondly, parents can guarantee their childrens’ safety when they go to work. Adults are very busy in their career, and they cannot always take their small kids along with them, so sending small children to educational organizations is an ideal solution. For example, singled-moms can enroll their child in kindergarten to make sure that they will be taken care of. It is true that beginning education at an early age has many benefits to raising small kids.
On the other hand, children beginning education at 7 years old can have safetier lives. In recent days, many potential dangers are likely to occur everywhere. Children can be faced with many risks, so staying at home until they are 7 years old is a way to avoid those problems. For example, infectious diseases tend to happen in children, so when they play together, viruses of this disease spread to other kids and seriously affect their health. People can begin their childrens’ education at 7 years old to protect them from several issues.
In conclusion, I reckon the importance of teaching children, and I believe they should start education at a young age. It is also necessary to combine teaching and focusing on children safety to create a progressive education.

People only enage in doing physical activities more regularly when they are full aware of how important they are. Secondly, the authority ought to build more equipment in public places and add bicycle lanes on the roads. Finally, we should launch the sport campaigns which attract people’s attention. The Olympic Running Day, for instance, is an impressive sport event which held in Ho Chi Minh City to improve its health residents.
In conclusion, there are various factors leading to citizens’ reduction of engaing in physical activities and measures can be implemented to tackle the issue.

Some people think that sending criminals to prison is not effective. Education and job training should be used instead. Do you agree or disagree?
People have different views with regard to several issues about criminals in the current society. Some people argue that prisons are not an effective way to change a prisoner's mind, and educational or job institutions should be applied. In my opinion, I disagree and maintain the idea that sending criminals to prison provides benefits to both prisoners and the society.
Firstly, prisons are places where offenders are isolated from the community to avoid doing illegal activities. Keeping criminals in jails is the way to maintain the safety of society and protect everyone from being harmed. For example, drivers driving too fast which lead to many people on the road being injured are sent to prison. Secondly, with the appearance of prisons, people are able to create a society in order. Putting prisoners in jail is a signal warning citizens have to obey the law, and promote a healthy lifestyle. For instance, in 2016 ,Hanoi announced that people stealing valuable things are kept in jail for 3 months. It is true that sending criminals to prison plays a vital role which helps people raise awareness of living rights.
On the other hand, education and job training for criminals are obviously included in prisons. Governments spend expenditure in several fields in training prisons to help them generate healthier lives. For example, Vietnam invests in building clothing workshops in prisons, so criminals can work there. After ending the time spent in prison, these prisons can find stable jobs to make a living. Prisons are not only the places to keep the criminals out of society, but also where these humans can gain other opportunities to live better. It is clear that prisons are very crucial to build a peaceful community.
In conclusion, I am convinced that putting criminals in prisons plays an important role which assists society significantly. This is also a solution which has many benefits to create a healthy lifestyle for individuals and countries.

Many people argue that it is meaningless to obtain information from newspapers and television news programs due to their unconnectedness to the real world. From my perspective, I totally disagree and maintain the idea that newspapers offer humans a huge quantity of knowledge about happening around us.
To commence, as newspapers have no constraints on choosing the subject, people are able to face most sides of our societies including health, education, politics,...which offers them greater general insights. These can support individuals significantly in their way of thinking while making the ultimate decision. For example, given the political election, merely official information from newspapers or television news programs can help citizens consider who is more suitable to be their country’s leader. This given information including politicians’ proficiency, characteristics, or even their private lives, not only provides inhabitants with accurate insights about candidates but also assists them a lot in their final conclusion.
Moreover, without news, it is impossible for those who are at such a far distance to view the information, and thus, they cannot make adequate preparations for each situation. Take COVID-19 pandemic as an example, if neighbouring countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Campuchia,.... had missed the data related to the epidemiologic situation from China, there would have been more infected people and more likely to less possible handling the pandemic radically. Obviously, this is a testament to how crucial news plays in our human society.
In conclusion, I am convinced that news comprehensively benefits individuals due to the aforementioned reasons. Besides, it is advisable that citizens should select prestigious news origins in order to not cause misunderstanding and time-wasting.

Despite the development of agriculture, the starvation of individuals remains as a controversial topic. Some explanation for this problem will be put forward, before a few possible solutions are proposed.
Some measures could be implemented to reduce the number of starvers. The highly cost of products is presented as a first reason. This is due to the improvement of agriculture, the quality of products is gradually promoted which leads to the pricey items. Consequently, civillians are not able to afford to buy a single product which causes the exploided population of starvers. For example, the cost of apples is recently mounting because of their heavenly taste, particularly more than a hundred thousand Vietnam Dong for each. Moreover, the reduction of daily products is also one of the most significant reasons. This is because manufacturers pay excessive concentration on the oversea exportation, which translates into the dramatical inadequate of domestic products. As a result, domestic human beings are not provided enough the amount of food and it might cause some criminal actions such as stealing food from supermarkets.
Fortunately, several measures could be taken to alleviate this problem. The first solution would be mitigating the pricey cost of products. It can not be extremely cheap or expensive, it should be sanely regulated to an available price which suits the different kinds of people’s incomes. Each individual consequently has an ability to find and purchase appropriate products based on their financial background. In addition, the government and manufacturers are in need of co-operation, which generates the most sufficient method about oversea exportation. This could be done by the fact that they must gain more attention on not only the exported products, but also the quality and quantity of domestic products, which releases the fulfilled amount of food for habitants.

It is recognized that in many nations, an increasing number of young adults choose to live with their parents even after graduation and have a job. While acknowledging the benefits this trend may confer, I am of the opinion that the disadvantages are more evident.
On the one hand, it is true that college graduates reap a host of benefits when living with their parents. The most pronounced merit is that young individuals can save a colossal amount of money on buying food or paying rent fees to later spend on developing themselves. For instance, young adults can spend these money to enroll in courses training interpersonal skills or problem-solving skills, the skills that are believed to be of paramount importance in today’s society. However, this fails to consider that not many people will spend this money on personal growth but rather indulging themselves in unhealthy lifestyles like buying junk food.
On the other hand, I am of the opinion that the merits that this trend confers are eclipsed by the setbacks. To begin with, when living under one roof with parents, young individuals may become over reliant on them. The implication of this is that they may lack essential life skills such as doing the laundry or cooking because their parents do everything for them. Another downside that is worth mentioning is that they may lack the freedom because they will have to be obedient of the rules set by their parents at home. In contrast, their counterparts who opt for an independent life are given the freedom to do whatever they want.
In conclusion, while acknowledging the fact that living with parents can be beneficial to young adults in terms of saving money and personal development, I would contend that the advantages are pale in comparison with the disadvantages.

The line graph depicts the revenue of four Cafes including The tea room, Internet Express, Wifi Cafe and Cafe Cool in New York in the previous year.
Overall, all cafes witnessed an upward trend in the income excluding that of The tea room. Additionally, the Wif cafe increased significantly over the whole period starting from the third and finally reaching the highest amount of dollar income.
From the first three months, there was a noticeable fluctuation in the Tea room’s earnings beginning with 160000 dollars and peaking at nearly 180000 Dollars in March before seeing a considerable decline, ending the period with the lowest figure at around 50000 Dollars. In addition, although the Internet Express initially earned 100000 Dollars, the amount of income slightly decreased prior to a flattening out at around 80 Dollars until July, after which it recovered to the second rank with a number of 140000 Dollars income in December.

In modern society, the culture which has existed since ancient times has a great number of significant contributions to the improvement of the globe. There are some viewpoints indicating that citizens of their region have an ignored attitude to the necessary role of protecting the traditional culture from the influence of modern trends. It is argued that the belief of the unmodern culture is wealthy and preserving traditional ways of life is still a critical issue for the community. From my perspective, the former outweigh the latter.
To begin with, it is uncomplicated to understand the argument about the unpassionate attitude of citizens. Preserving the ancient way of life is an unnecessary thing for a great number of people, especially the youngsters. People these days pay attention to the culture of other countries, especially the culture of Western countries. For instance, the enormous amount of citizens in Eastern countries celebrate Valentine's Day which is a special day in Western countries. In addition, it also stands for the reason that some tradition manners of their country are not suitable in this duration. In particular, this is true of my country-Vietnam. Blackening the teeth is one of the traditional ways of life for ancient Vietnamese, but having black teeth nowadays is an unusual thing. Therefore, most of Vietnamese have white teeth and have changed this traditional habbit.
Nevertheless, it is claimed that protecting the traditional culture is one of the first priorities for citizens. In some countries, the awareness of preserving tradional ways of life is enhanced and traditional manners also become key features to recognize their countries from others. Take India as an example, eating by usinh hand is the traditional culture in their lives, and the Ganges River festival is held annually. Moreover, the authority of many countries has passed many laws to protect and maintain the unmodern culture. It also stands for the factors that young generation need to know the unique and diversity of their culture in order to boost their love and proud of their country. What is more, traditional manners is one of the famous things appealing tourists to improve the tourism and the national economy by purchasing tickets to experience traditional manners.
In conclusion, maintaining traditional manners is one of the vital elements in the world. However, the amount of countries that do not have the appearance of the unmodern culture is insignificant. It is evident to me that entering new cultures is inevitable, so global citizens have to invest in the ability to select new trends to enter.

From 1995 to 2005, the figure in Germany fluctuated in the vicinity of 88 million dollars, with a peak of around 98 million dollars in 2005. Likewise, the figure for Italy increased from around 50 to 52 million dollars in the first 2 years then dropped to 49 million dollars in 1999 before bouncing back to 59 million dollars in the last.

Some people have proposed that a higher proportion of the national budget should be allocated to support those in need at hospitals. Nevertheless, I do believe healthy lifestyle promotion must be prioritized considering their perennial impact on society.
On the other hand, government support is critical to the recovery of patients whose treatment costs exceed their financial capacity. For instance, the medical treatment process for a cancer patient includes numerous costly procedures, starting with the conduct of diagnostic tests, the use of prescribed medications, and ending with interpretation of the results and counseling. In Vietnam, the total sum of these medical and non-medical expenses can total over $50,000, which is unaffordable for the majority of Vietnamese working families. Therefore, to ensure proper treatment, the Vietnamese government must provide monetary support to these patients through insurance schemes.
Despite the above-mentioned view, I do believe that the statements should spend more money on promoting citizens involved in disease prevention initiatives that produce greater long-term social impact. From my own standpoint, I strongly agree with the view for several reasons.
To begin with, it is undeniable that boxing matches broadcast in front of the media are often famous for moral principles and a feast for the eyes such as respect for opponents, obedience to rules, and fair playing actions.
