The most important function of music is that it helps people reduce stress. To what extent do you agree or disagree? The music's influence on human psychology, especially in reducing pressure has become a controversial topic. Some people believe that taming stress is the most important purpose of music, while others oppose it. From my perspective, I entirely agree with this statement for several reasons. On the one hand, I would argue that music is one of the most essential methods of relieving stress, and it can be used not only for relaxing but also for other purposes. For example, many individuals listen to music and dance on more dynamic platforms such as EDM or rock music. Other people resort to music to boost their souls through some difficult emotional times, such as after the death of a close relative or a divorce. These cases can happen since in human biology, if people listen to music, they can kick their brains and create serotonin, a hormone that can make humans happier, For example, in hypnotherapist practice, before the doctor suggests to a patient, they use music to help people relax and make the therapy more effective and influential. Consequently, it is evident that music could assist a person to control their emotion. On the other hand, music could stimulate our intelligence and fix the brain's damage. Music become one of the methods used in making the attention of some kinds of people, such as students or workers, who need to completely focus on their assignments. For example, people in school age often listen to music when learning or doing homework, so that it can keep their minds more awake and make them pay attention to the learning exercises. To sum up, I completely believe that humans can reduce stress and become more excited by listening to music. The most important function of music is that it helps people reduce stress. Buying things on the Internet such as books, air tickets and groceries is becoming more and more popular. Do the advantages of shopping in this way outweigh the disadvantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your knowledge or experience. (BAI LAM) In this contemporary epoch, there is a phenomenon that people tend to purchase things throughout platforms on the internet. This essay will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this trend, and I believe that the merits overshadow the demerits. There are some reasons to advocate for this type of shopping such as time saving or cost-effectiveness. These days, people often live in hectic and modern lifestyles so traditional stores may not be appropriate for them. Additionally, due to the development of technology, most individuals posses a smartphone or laptop which act as a catalyst for scrolling on the internet to buy commodities. It is convenient when users can stay at home and order deliveries which are shipped in-person without reaching the traditional shops. Furthermore, they are able to compare the costs between different shops to easy to make the most suitable decision. For example, Shopee is an online shopping platform which gains popularity in Vietnam since it provides the variety of goods and coupons for deliveries and packages. On the other hand, when purchasing things on the internet is more and more common, some owners of traditional stores may be on the edge of bankruptcy because their guests can find similar products at the lower cost. In addition, sometimes, online buyers would not have chances to check the items before receiving, so they may buy the fake or dissimilar products. For some essential goods including cosmetics or medicines, if people buy the counterfeit ones, it could pose a threat to their skin or even their health. In conclusion, although there are several demerits of online shopping including an increasing unemployment rate or counterfeit products, I consider the merits still outweigh because of its time saving, cost-effectiveness, and modern individuals' adaption . Buying things on the Internet such as books, air tickets and groceries is becoming more and more popular. Do the advantages of shopping in this way outweigh the disadvantages? The maps illustrate the layout of a school site in 2004 and its proposed changes over the next 20 years. Overall, the area is projected to undergo several changes, the most prominent of which is the addition of a school building and a car park at the expense of the green space, catering for an increase in the number of students. In 2004, the school had 600 students. In the west of the school site, there was a roadway leading northwards to a car park and a main entrance. The main entrance was connected by a path to a sports field, while on either side of the path were two school buildings. Meanwhile, a large part of the south and east of the site was occupied by forest. In 2024, some changes are predicted to be made regarding education and transportation facilities, allowing 400 more students to be added. Specifically, the sports field will be relocated to the east of the school site, making space for a third school building to be built, along with the construction of a second car park next to it at the cost of the forest. Moreover, all three school buildings will be accessible via the path. However, the existing car park, the main entrance, and the forest in the south are anticipated to remain unchanged. The bar chart illustrates how many people were self-employed across five countries, namely the Russian Republic, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Greece, and Turkey, in 1998 and 2000. Overall, more people became self-employed in the Russian Republic, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic over the two years examined, while the opposite was true for Greece and Turkey. Despite this, both Greece and Turkey saw the highest share of self-employed labourers among the five countries, with the latter dominating over the two years, whereas that of the Russian Republic remained the lowest. Regarding Greece and Turkey, around 55% of Turkish workers were self-employed in 1998, about 15% higher than Greece’s share. In 2000, although the two countries saw decreases in the rate of the self-employed, that of Turkey was still higher than that of Greece, with just below 40% and roughly 35%, respectively. Concerning the three remaining countries, the Russian Republic, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic experienced increases in the percentages of those who were self-employed, with respective figures in 1998 being approximately 5%, 7%, and 10%, compared to those in 2000 (8%, 11%, and 15%) in that order. In the future, nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? It is believed that the ubiquitous online newspapers will diminish the use of printed newspapers and books in the future as their accessibility is free for each individual. From my point of view, I completely agree with such a statement since digital sources of information have already gained social endorsement in this recent era. On the one hand, the development of online newspapers has begeted a downward trend in the use of printed newspapers and books. Due to recent technological advancements, digital sources of information have unfolded the possibility of uploading videos and voice records, enabling individuals to have thorough insights into posted news. For example, soccer fans can rewatch their favorite matches with portable devices like laptops, which a paper cannot do. Although pops-up ads might appear on the screen afterward, it is a reasonable price to access these online websites. On the other hand, the rising cost of paper-based news lies at the core of why people would replace it with the digital one. In order to release a new issue for traditional newspapers or publish a new book, the expenses, including printing costs or staff wages, are inevitable for every editorial office, which has to shoulder solely its budget. Such a situation would lead to the perpetual escalation of newspaper and book purchasing prices since most newsrooms would need an adequate charge for that sense of financial balance. As a result, readers not tempted by the touchable features of traditional news sources tend to prioritize costless digital platforms, lessening their spending on a large scale. In conclusion, I believe the free access and the experience that digital newspapers offer have made them become the imminent replacement for traditional ones and books. In the future, nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. two bar charts below represent the percentage and its changing between 1995 and 2010 of population living in urban, rural and town according to their birth place, specifically Australian or elsewhere. At first glance,it's clear that the majority always live in the cities, despite borders or the shift of time. however, the numbers in the remaining two bars fluctuate by both countries and time. in 1995,both charts share the same trend. which is, the cities population equal to the number of town and rural area all combine. But, whereas the numbers of population for people born in australia living in town and rural areas are slightly different, those of people born elsewhere are totally not the same. in detail, the number from rural bar may triple its counterpart. in 2010, people around the world seem to have a tendancy to move to cities, resulting to sheer drecreasing in population in towns and rural areas. the total number of people living in city whose born in and out of Australian depicted in both charts are so out-numbered that the numbers from rural areas and towns are likely to be neglected, none of the four bar comprise up to twenty units. survey conducted on people born in australia seems to be less severe than that of people born outside Australia. two bar charts below represent the percentage and its changing between 1995 and 2010 of population living in urban, rural and town according to their birth place, specifically Australian or elsewhere.... Some people think that physical strength is important for success in sport, while other people think that mental strength is more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion
In modern society, sport is becoming more and more prevalent among individuals at every age. Some people argue that it is more necessary to be strong physically and mentally and vice versa. In my opinion, both aspects are crucial to achieve success in sport. Nevertheless, physical strength is the fundamental factor that helps us gain achievements. In this essay, I will discuss both views, give explanations and relevant examples to support my arguments. A number of individuals believe that having a positive and strong mental attitude will lead to success when it comes to playing sports. It is undeniable that keeping a healthy, optimistic and resistant mind is able to foster a competitive spirit, which triggers and stimulates the humans’ primal side to compete fiercely to become a winner. Furthermore, a strong mentality creates numerous aspiring athletes, who bring positive energy to their teammates and audiences that inspire the passion for sports to the world. On the other hand, having a healthy and strong body is one of the most basic and vital elements that paves the way for success in sport. If a person who takes up sports and puts great effort in practicing and playing sports every day, he or she is more likely to get in shape. Also, this good routine boosts their physical endurance and stamina, which helps them balance and keep their body condition stable during the matches. It is obvious that a healthy person has more advantages in playing sports and achieving prizes than someone who suffers from health issues. Another reason is that if participants who have enough health that meet the requirement for a particular sport, they will not need to cheat their opponents by using some illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs that help them play better than their real ability, which may result in unfair evaluations and crimes. In conclusion, both mental and physical strength are the key factors that lead to success. However, being strong physically is more important because it is the most basic need for people to take part in sport and become competent in this area. Therefore, it is a must for individuals to try their best to practice every day to keep their body healthy, strong and in the best condition. In modern society, sport is becoming more and more prevalent among individuals at every age. Some people argue that it is more necessary to be strong physically and mentally and vice versa. E mong thầy cô chấm chữa bài WT2 ạ Question 2: Education Some people think that schools should invest more money in technology, such as more computers while others think more money should be spent on teachers. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.
Many people argue that schools should spend more money on technology than teachers. While teachers should be spent on more than modern technology. I am of the opinion that spending on digital devices is significant more than that. On the one hand investing in education technology is beneficial for students. Firstly, schools should provide greater funding for the technology to directly enhance the student learning experiences. With technology, tutors can develop more interactive and engaging lessons that attract learner’s attention throughout each session . Technology also allows students to communicate and collaborate improving their communication and social skills. Secondly, technology enables students to access educational resources globally. This is because online courses, digital libraries, education sites, audiobooks, and other resources can offer teachers and learners a wealth of resources and information for their learning. On the other hand, purchasing teachers is critical. The reason for this is investing in teachers to build a team of high quality education. This is mainly due to, effective teaching plays a role in unlearning to stay up to date with modern trends and technology, teachers must continually upskill and train themselves. In conclusion, there are many beneficial sides of spending on teachers. I still believe that spending on modern technology is significant because this enhances students' access to educational resources globally. mong thầy cô chữa giúp em bài này ạ .Some people think that the only way to judge someone’s success in business is by the amount of money the make. Is this a true indicator of the success of a business and in what other ways could success in a business be measured?
Some individuals hold the belief that profits a criterion to measure the success of business. It is a true factor of business success, however money is not the sole determinant of success, customer satisfaction and ability to manage risks should also be measured in. To begin with, money without a doubt, is considered as a true and most valuable criterion to mark success busines. Cash is the lifeblood of a busines which plays a major role in stability and growth of enterprise. According to some recently researches that most of successful entrepreneurs spend money on market searching and training staff then can facilitate the business development . However, money alone cannot create a strong foundation for a business, satisfying consumers is a significant measurement .In other words the companies should understand what customers expect and delight them with amazing experiences. Take BMW, Mercedes, and Toyota as an example of the auto industry which seemingly always have much higher expectations than average from their customers that they have to manage. Additionally, focusing on the risk management can provide a distinctive perspective on success than simply looking at profits. It is ensure that truly successful people are those are able to protect their business from the risks. Elon Musk is known that being failed on multiple occasions then consistently overcomes the most devastating blows to take his companies to even greater heights. To conclude, even though profit is indicator of business success. It is clear that pursuit of money should be balanced with the consumers satisfaction and overcoming risks. Em mong thầy cô chấm chữa bài WT2 Ạ : Question 3: Nowadays, there is a trend that media reports focus on problems and emergencies rather than positive development. Some people think it is harmful to individuals and to society. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is true that the main focus of the media is a topic of much debate. While there is a trend that media reports focus on problems and emergencies rather than positive development.I am of the opinion that it is a serious issue and also has negative impacts on civilization. On the one hand, the option to network social focus on negative news is useful. Firstly, focusing on problem can mobilize communities and governments to address these pressing issues. This mainly due to when they received the news to the others reports, the issue will be immediately solved Secondly, reporting on emergencies can enhance public awareness to prevent potential consequences In case, someone posts some news relevant to risks that endanger children so many parents will be attracted and pay attention, improving their knowledge to protect their children. On the other hand, there are a variety of reasons why I believe the reports focus on problems and emergencies rather than positive development. The main one is,continuous exposure to negative news can increase stress and anxiety. For instance, via social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter consumers will be got more news on daily basis such as the pressure adolescence, many adults tend to overthinking since they have to attend too much lessons that they do not want to participate since depressed and lengthy theories. In addition, constant exposure to negative news can desensitize people to violence, tragedy, and suffering.
Đề bài: **In the future all cars, buses, and trucks will be driverless. The only people traveling inside these vehicles will be passengers. Do you think the advantages of driverless vehicles outweigh the disadvantages?** Bài làm: The emergence of driverless automobiles has been predicted for several years. Indeed, nowadays, drivers have become more dependent on technology. Corporations in the automobile industry have attempted to produce fully-automated cars, one example of this is Tesla. Although the advantages is undeniable, there are varied reasons why they haven't been mass-produced. On the one hand, artificial intelligence restricts the miscalculations made by humans. Even individuals who have experience in driving can be easily distracted when encounter a certain deterrent. Other than that, people's state of mind can also contribute as an influential factor. For example, lack of sleep can reduce the attention duration while controlling a vehicle. Although, in many cases, there will be no casualty caused due to these simple reasons, it is still important to bear in mind that there are chances that it will. Driverless vehicles, however, do not possess any emotions which can possibly lead to lack of focus. In addition, accidents resulting from alcohol usage and law violations will be completely avoided. On the other hand, technology can not be depended on in every situation. Despite the advancement of technology, there are still numerous misfunctions in driverless automobiles. Take the example of a nation with frequent traffic congestion such as Vietnam. The advanced vehicles are designed to brake when there is an obstacle, should they be launched on Vietnamese roads, they will be unable to operate due to a shortage of space. Driverless technology is connected to GPS and satellites, which can be a target of hijacking or information theft. There are a variety of aspects to consider before relying completely on technology. Along with all the disadvantages, there is the continuous development of technology indicating that shortly, the advantages will make up for these drawbacks. Thus, for the time being, in spite of the misjudgments that humans might make, driverless cars still require further innovation to be considered as an alternative option. Em cảm ơn thầy cô.
