Experts say if the old people spend time and get along with others and exercise every day, they will be healthier and happier. However, many elderly are suffering from loneliness and lack of fitness. Discuss the causes and solutions? Many elderly people indeed struggle with loneliness and inadequate physical fitness. This phenomenon can be attributed to several reasons, and solutions should be taken by the government to alleviate the circumstances. There are two primary reasons why many older individuals are facing isolation and poor physical condition. Firstly, young generations tend to live far away from the elderly and leave them to fend for themselves. This is because many youngsters want to settle in areas that provide a better environment and career opportunities; hence, older adults may feel marginalized. For instance, many young Vietnamese people leave their rural hometowns and move to developed cities to get high-paying jobs and gain a better standard of living. Regarding physical fitness, lacking specific healthcare equipment can negatively affect senior citizens’ health. If they are living in poor conditions that lack available training facilities, it can prevent them from physical activity. However, several solutions could be implemented to tackle this issue. The first solution would be for the government to improve the citizens’ well-being in some rural regions. If they could reduce the low employment rate, mitigate pollution, and flourish the robust economy in those areas, young adults might not migrate to another place to work. Consequently, they can live near the elderly and cater directly to them. The second solution requires the government to subsidize community centers and healthcare facilities in any neighborhood. This can help the older age groups access to age-appropriate exercise classes and programs. As a result, senior citizens may be motivated to do more exercise. In conclusion, there are several causes for the elderly community coping with loneliness and low levels of fitness, and steps need to be taken by the government to tackle this problem. It can be predicted that with implementation for better well-being and appropriate funding for healthcare services, this issue would likely be alleviated soon. Experts say if the old people spend time and get along with others and exercise every day, they will be healthier and happier. Dinosaurs which were no longer exist in this world from the previous decades can be taken as one of examples for the extinction of special organisms, indicating as a part of natural events. In addition, human is not relevant to these events, so it is not necessary for them to prevent it. However, I firmly believe that the interference of human to hinder these processes would be a crucial consideration. An outstanding explanation for this perspective is that human have the responsibility to preserve the life of endangered animals. By standing at the dominant position in most of food chains, human is one of potential species which were empowered to control and protect other animals from a high risk of disappearance. Particularly, within their well-being and morality, people seem more determination and dedicated in this duty. For instance, dealing with rhino, a species predicted to be extincted in the following years, numerous scientists have cooperated with organizations to apply the advance of biotechnology to prolong this animal’s life as much as they can. Thus, maintaining this work in decades has made it become an obligation for any individual. Moreover, a negative feeling is other feasible reason that promotes people to prevent this natural process. The decrease of animals may be a consequence of the drastic change in climate, triggered by the pollution from human’s activities. Therefore, people are more likely to experience a sense of guilty, and attempting to protect animals is their way to compensate to ecosystem and the Earth. Indeed, this feeling can foster people to interrupt the natural events associated with the life of organisms being harm by their action. To conclude, people have no request to prevent the occurrence of natural process such as the extinction of species. However, I absolutely disagree with this point because both the responsibility and the feel of guilty feasibly contribute to human interference. thầy cô chấm chữa giúp em với ạ: In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?
People in many parts of the world prefer having their own house to renting one. In these parts, the house plays a vital role in people’s lives. In my opinion, although having many benefits, it also has drawbacks that people have to cope with. There are various reasons leading to this situation. First, having your own house will bring you a private space. Owning a home provides a sense of stability and security for the future, as homeowners can build or fix their houses based on their hobbies. For instance, when someone wants to paint or decorate something in the house, they do not need to ask homeowners for permission. Therefore, everyone might spend more time staying at home rather than hanging out for entertainment which leads to saving entertainment costs. Another reason is that you do not have any financial burdens of accommodation after having your own property. Thus, the amount of money spent on accommodation before will be saved or spent on other aesthetic activities. Having your own possessions such as a house has both advantages and disadvantages. On the other hand, it helps encourage the young generation to make an effort for a better life because they have to have a huge amount of money when having an intention of buying a new house or an apartment. Therefore, the whole community will develop together. On the other hand, there are also potential drawbacks to prioritizing owning a home. For instance, it might lead to financial strain due to high upfront costs and ongoing maintenance expenses. Additionally, renting offers more flexibility and freedom of movement. In conclusion, having or renting a house has both positive and negative sides, it depends on the individual’s demand, background, and housing market. Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
It is argued that some individuals enjoy repeating similar activities and hesitate to experience variations while I am inclined to the idea that modification is a pivotal aspect of personal growth, which will be elaborated in this essay. On the one hand, people have a preference for maintaining their similar habits since the appeal lies in the comfort and security that familiarity brings. This means that by sticking to a daily routine, individuals feel a sense of stability and control over their environment where they can hone skills and expertise in specific areas, leading to achieving proficiency and mastery without any disorientation. Since experimenting with multifarious things might hinder a person’s ability to lay emphasis on a single task in certain situations, which has some unpleasant influences on productivity, especially for those who possess poor mentality. Additionally, people have merely adopted a fear of uncertainty that prevents them from changing their lives. To be more specific, they are skeptical about whether the change that they make, such as in jobs, will bring the same level of satisfaction as the previous one or not, which definitely explains why many people despise change and adhere to the same activities. On the other hand, it is indispensable that embracing change is a potential to foster personal growth. Change introduces new challenges, experiences, and opportunities, pushing individuals out of the comfort zone and promoting adaptability and learning, especially in today’s society. This is because in a multitude of fields, robots and artificial intelligence might supersede humans as a result of the rapid advancements of technology, forcing people to cultivate a mindset that is flexible and adaptive in order to navigate the complexities of a changing world. Take, for example, those who do manual jobs are susceptible to being replaced by artificial intelligence which brings higher efficiency and requires a one-time investment if they do not equip themselves with skills and knowledge to meet current needs. Furthermore, it is crucial for individuals to be more strong-minded and confident and enhance their resilience by overcoming hurdles and setbacks, which benefits them in the long term. In conclusion, although pursuing stability and routine is valid, I advocate the view that adaptability and openness to change are more valued traits to realize one’s fullest potential and contribute meaningfully to the world. It is argued that some individuals enjoy repeating similar activities and hesitate to experience variations while I am inclined to the idea that modification is a pivotal aspect of personal growth, wh... People have differing views about their way of living. While some argue that it is preferable to do similar activities and stay away from changes, I still believe that alteration is also crucial, which I will elucidate in this essay. On the one hand, some individuals have a preference for stability and consistency in their lives. This is because part of them possesses a poor mentality and is afraid of obstacles and risks. To be more specific, they claim that embracing change could lead to uncertainty and discomfort, potentially threatening their sense of security, and ultimately their peace of mind; therefore, sticking to the same routine can lead to a more comfortable life and also help reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, a firm way of living is acceptable for several ages, for instance, the old. Over time, people become accustomed to their routines and environment, which makes the idea of altering less alluring because it requires effort to break established patterns. As a result, leaning on a fixed daily life may be risk-averse and confer life satisfaction. On the other hand, proponents of change argue that it is essential for personal and professional growth. In the modern era, technology is experiencing unprecedented growth, forcing people to constantly adapt and improve themselves to stay current. A compelling example can be observed in various large businesses such as Google or Apple, where staff have to actively acquire and update new skills in order to avoid being replaced by artificial intelligence. For this reason, alteration is increasingly crucial to catch up with the times and avoid being marginalized. Furthermore, the ability to adapt to changes is vital to build a confident mind and resilience. Only by exposing to new challenges can individuals become strong-minded, overcome hurdles, and cope with uncertainties and setbacks more effectively. In conclusion, while staying in one’s comfort zone may provide comfort and satisfaction, occasional change is necessary to stimulate personal growth as well as adaptability. I believe that balancing the benefits of stability and change can help individuals lead to fulfilling and resilient lives. People have differing views about their way of living. In addition, this relocation, along with modifications to its surroundings, represents major alterations. The most obvious change can be observed in the municipal museum, located in the center of the maps. The question of whether young people should save money for their future is a topic that sparks diverse opinions. While people argue that saving money for the future plays an important role, I am of the opinion that maintaining balance should be a priority. Proponents of the idea that young people should save money have their own justifications. Firstly, saving money helps them have huge savings to use to cope with emergency situations, such as medical emergencies. Besides that, money savings are also needed to prepare for some big future targets like buying houses, cars, and startups. This is mainly due to the fact that it is hard to practice successfully without a long-term savings plan. Despite the aforementioned arguments, I believe that sometimes savings have a diverse impact on all people, especially young generations. One compelling reason is that concentrating too much on savings can prevent them from enjoying the fun things in their lives, such as exploring, studying, and entertaining, which offers them a lot of opportunities to improve their personal skills. Moreover, the uncertainty of the future can raise doubts about the wastefulness of savings. As a result, inflation, economic depression, and the transformation of life can decrease the value of savings, which makes saving money unsafe anymore. Personally, I believe that a balanced method is the most beneficial. While saving money for unexpected situations and targeting the future, enjoying current life is equally important. For me, we should spend a part of our income on saving and the rest on personal preferences, which permits us not only safety but also pleasure. Some people think that the best way to improve road safety is to increase the minimum legal ages for driving a car or motorbike. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is believed that higher legal driving ages is the most effective method to ensure road safety. I think that only allow older ages to drive may contribute to making road safer, while I see there are more measures for this problem. The rate of traffic incidents will be likely to drop if raising the legal ages for driving. To begin with, adolescents drive more aggressively, amounting to the possibility of car accidents. This is because they tend to break the laws, such as driving at high speed on crowded streets. However, this is less the case for adults who are more aware of the safety of their own and having driving experience, so they usually drive carefully and having skills to handle unexpected situations. Consequently, minimizing the number adolescents participating in traffic means optimizing the road safety level. Besides the above measure, there are more solutions to protect the safety of traffic participants. It requires the effort of the government to prevent traffic accidents. This means that launching campaigns in order to raise awareness of people about the importance of driving safely and encourage people, particularly newbies, to sharpen their driving skills are necessary. Besides, stricter penalties should be introduced for the purpose of deterring people from traffic offences, so that drivers will pay more attention their behavior, especially when having the thought of violating traffic laws. In conclusion, although older legal ages will play a significant role in decreasing potential danger of road, there are other strategies prevent traffic accidents. It is believed that higher legal driving ages is the most effective method to ensure road safety. Topic: As countries develop, their populations tend to live individually or in small family units. In your opinion, what are causes and what are the effects on both individuals and society as a whole. Developed nations are witnessing a shift in family structures, with a growing trend of individuals and smaller families replacing traditional extended households. This phenomenon is driven by several causative factors and carries both positive and negative consequences for individuals and society. There are several reasons why people choose to live alone or in small families instead of in larger ones. One primary reason for this trend is the soaring cost of real estate. In today's world, housing prices have skyrocketed, making owning a large family home an unattainable dream for many. This financial pressure forces individuals to opt for smaller apartments or condominiums, simply unsuitable for large families. Furthermore, career opportunities play a significant role. Urban centers often offer better employment prospects with higher salaries, attracting people away from their families. For instance, in Vietnam, countless young people migrate to metropolises like Hanoi or Saigon seeking higher education and pursuing lucrative careers. Finally, generational differences also play a part. The widening gap in lifestyles and values between generations in large families can lead to friction and conflict. This erosion of family harmony can ultimately weaken the ties that bind extended families together. The effects of this shift in family structures are multifaceted. For individuals, on the one hand, they may gain greater independence and career mobility. Living away from extended families allows them to pursue personal goals and professional aspirations with less interference. However, loneliness and anxiety, paired with pent-up stress due to the hectic pace of life in metropolises, may cause mental issues for people who lack the unwavering support from their families. Furthermore, the erosion of traditional extended family values may have negative impacts on societal cohesion. The strong social network provided by such kinds of families may deteriorate, leading to the eruption of social support systems. In conclusion, there are various reasons for family structure shifting. In addition, it is evident that this trend may lead to both positive and negative effects for individuals and society.
