some people think that all lawbreakers ahould be put into prison, while others believe that there are better alternatives. Discuss both views and give your opinion. ———————- In today’s society, it is widely debated whether or not all criminals should be put into prison. It is argued by some people that offenders should be punished by staying in prisons, while others believe that there are more effective ways. From my perspective, I am of the opinion that offenders should stay in prisons. On the one hand, offenders have to stay in the prisons so they can be observed carefully by the police. For more illustration, the police can take care of the criminals vividly and avoid them from reoffending. Moreover, in the prisons, there are several teaching courses which help offenders to learn about some kinds of jobs such as electricity fixing or volunteering. After they are out of prison, they have qualifications and can find jobs to earn money for their lives. For example, in Vietnam, there are many volunteering programmes which encourage the prisoners to choose their favorite jobs to learn and they will get their qualifications if they pass their experience exams. On the other hand, keeping offenders in prison can ensure individuals’ safety. In recent years, there have been many serious cases such as pickpocketing or murdering. If the government does not put all the criminals into prison, they will commit more dangerous crimes and harm other people, especially children and women. These types of offenders should reoffend with higher levels of negative impacts. As a consequence, if the governments do not keep criminals in prisons, the safety of both individuals and country will be threatened. To conclude, while others argue that there are more good alternatives, I still believe that all prisoners should be kept in prisons. some people think that all lawbreakers ahould be put into prison, while others believe that there are better alternatives. Bài làm: The provided line graph depicts the percentage of labour force employment in different sectors in the USA during the interval of 80 years starting from 1930. In summary, there were upwards trends in the rate of labour force in the USA over the given period, except for other services. Additionally, the agricultural sector was the most common field during the first 60 years. Question: Schools should focus on academic success and passing examinations. Skills such as cookery, dressmaking and woodwork should not be taught at school as it is better to learn these from family and friends. Answer: Many people believe that concentrating on academic success and passing examinations is more important than learning more soft-skills which they can study from their family and unnecessary to be taught at school. From my point of view, I completely agree with this issue. Soft-Skills such as cookery, dressmaking and woodwork are necessary but not very important to learn in school. Because the main purpose of these skills is self-service and take care of own each other, from that, most of people just need to study basically. For instance, they learn cooking to cook for themselves and their family, friends and so on, and there aren’t many people who learn it to become a successful cook. Depending on each other, these skills will be indispensable for their life or their job and flexible in their choices. If someone wants to be a cooker, tailor or carpenter, there are many courses in college are suitable with their hobby and passion. One of the reasons is the curriculum which is taught in school is extremely special and isn’t the same with other short courses. At school, students will learn many subjects, such as language, math, philosophy and so on. These fields need a long time to understand completely and shouldn’t divide this time for other unimportant subjects. Besides, having exams will check the knowledge of students and help learners know their virtues and weaknesses. For example, the scores in these exams can show their capacity in some major field which soft-skill can’t do. From that, students will focus on academic success, try to widen knowledge, perfect themselves and create huge contributions for society. In conclusion, although some skills such as cookery, dressmaking or woodwork are necessary for human life and serve for many purposes. However, school curriculums should spend all time teaching important subjects, moreover, teaches good student who can contribute to the globe. Question: It is often said that governments spend too much money to promote wildlife, while there are other problems that are more important. Do you agree or disagree? In the contemporary society, there is a widespread debate on whether governments allocate too much resources to protect the wildlife while there are more serious global issues that need to be considered. From my perspective, I totally agree with this notion and this essay will analyze my viewpoint. Initially, it is undeniable that the wildlife plays a vital role in biodiversity and animals’ food chains. However, the amount of national budget that spent on protecting wild species is unnecessary and should be allocated to another field such as living standard. In modern life, the circumstance of overpopulation is witnessed in most of metropolitian areas. For instance, the population in Hanoi is doubled compared to the last decade since this capital is a place of career opportunities and relationships. Due to the development in facilities and technology, more individuals come to urban areas to seek out more chances, which led to more social crisis such as crime. Hence, it is essential for the governments to provide subtantial financial investment on the infrastructures and employment in the rural areas so the residents can approach equivalent opportunities. Moreover, environment is one of the most serious worldwide issues that demands more resources and budget to address. The shift in temperature has a profound impact on human’s life as a consequence of climate change. For example, the rising in temperature results in numerous of natural disasters, especially drought, which may lead to the falling in national agriculture and economic. Thereby, the government leaders should have responsible to tackle this issue by funding more for the citizens and enhancing the state of environment. Furthermore, more resources are needed to improve individuals’ health. The authorities should spend more money on healthcare centers and advanced medication to reduce the mortality rate in the large scale. For instance, Vietnamese governments established more healthcare facilities and champaigns for the residents to engage in and raise awareness on boosting both physical and mental health. In conclusion, although there are multiple advantages that the wildlife brings to human, the governments should allocate more resources in other social issues such as environment and healthcare in order to enhance the living standard for the citizens. Question: Some people think that the government should fund training courses for performing arts such as music, dance and arts lessons for children. Others think that they should be funded by private businesses or by children’s families. Discuss both views and give your opinion. ---------- There is a school of thought that classes that teach some kinds of art should be supported by the government, while some people argue that either single businesses or families of the children should be in charge of funding. From my perspective, there are much better reasons proving that the authorities plays an important role in supporting art classes for children. On the one hand, if the national? government do investmen in aesthetic courses for children, it would be likely to attract many professional instructors. Since people might consider working for an agency funded by government as a jobs that brings them chances of enhancing their career promotion. Another point to make is that, those classes funded by government and teaching children music tend to become a quality centers. This is because they need to reach some criteria from the national policy in order to be suitable for the support. On the other hand, private corporations could brings some significant benefits for the children's development in arts, while families are their greatest providing background. When it comes to the fund from businesses children could be exposed to a diversity of fields of arts. Private companies are thought to put their preferences on the number of the courses but not the quality, hence, young students could fortunately have the opportunity of exposure to different art classes. A further discussion to consider is that family who know their children well would decide themselves which are the suitable and affordable courses to invest their income in.To conclude, while government compensates the reliability for training projects, personal companies or children's relative ones could help to increase the chances and be the best guidance for the young participants. It is recommended that these three financial resources could collaborate to provide the most qualified environment for children. Đề: It is becoming more and more difficult to escape the influence of the media on our lives. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of living in a media-rich society. Give a reason for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. BÀI LÀM In today’s fast-paced world, the media has been increasingly prevalent in our society. Obviously, it has an inevitable effect on our lives, including both pros and cons. As far as I am concerned, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. In this essay, I will examine both sides of living in a rich media society and explain my opinion. It is undeniable that media brings a large number of advantages to human life. First and foremost, living with media makes it easier and more convenient for us in order to access information and knowledge. Living in a media-rich society is a way to broaden our horizons, and keep us up to date with the constant renovation of the global world. For further explanation, media allows individuals to stay informed about news and current events that are happening in our countries and the world. Also, it is an endless source of beneficial information and knowledge when we can effortlessly approach numerous websites and applications, and search for any information at any time. Also, individuals can join and discuss in many online forums, and learn everything they want flexibly and conveniently. Another benefit of living in a media-rich society is that it enhances the quality of entertainment and connectivity. The appearance of media clearly results in many entertaining platforms such as social media, forums, music, and so on. In other words, individuals can immerse themselves in their own ideal world even in their room such as by listening to music, watching films, chatting with friends from all over the world, and making a video call with their beloveds. Consequently, a media-rich society invisibly generates bonds among human society by connecting people from different parts of the world. Furthermore, it also enriches and renovates people’s mental lives and well-being. As a result, living in a media-rich society means a comfortable and convenient life. Besides the large number of bright sides that media offers to humans, there are still several inevitable drawbacks. The main issue with this trend is that it may cause addiction. Research has found that there is a growing number of youngsters who are addicted to games and social media, which results in many bad outcomes related to their health, family, and society. For further explanation, constant exposure to media may cause obesity and other diseases due to sedentary routines and UV lights from digital devices. What is more, social media and games addition increase the crime rate when young people pursue them blindly and lack self-awareness about their behaviors. In conclusion, whilst there are lots of advantages that living in a media-rich society brings to humans, it also comes with the risk of several negative impacts on our lives. I would opine that the pros of this trend are far weightier. People should take advantage of the media in a smart way, and balance their lifestyles by flexibly combining physical activities and media usage. Nowadays people waste a lot of food that was bought from shops and restaurants, Why do people waste food, what can be dong to reduce the amount of food they throw away? Due to the proliferation of human living standards, there are multiple shops and restaurants have been setting up. Despite its benefits, these establishments have led to a new bad habit among some purchasers which is wasting food. However, there are still solutions that can be implemented by governments, school education and places where individuals buy food. The reasons for this issue vary. The primary of which is owing to the development of manufacturing, which accelerates ingredients and food production more quickly and more effectively than in the past. This then makes food become less privative, thereby, contributing to the greater depreciation of food in individuals. Another noticeable reason is the lack of planning when customers order food from shops or restaurants. Take buffet restaurants as a highlight example, orderers tend to take loads of food with the hope of fulfilling their curiosity and satisfaction or simply just want to balance the food they eat and the high-cost ticket that they pay for that buffet meal. Hence, people cause plentiful fare without a second thought or any regret with that. Fortunately, several measures could be taken by governments, schools, shops and restaurants to alleviate this problem. The first solution should start by educating children when they still are students. Schools can hold more extracurricular activities to raise students’ awareness of food appreciation, together with the governments, encouraging citizens to get involved in some food campaigns in order to against wasting food. In addition, food retailers and food wholesalers can impose stricter rules with appropriate punishment to ensure people’s observance. In conclusion, there are obvious rationales behind the magnitude of food wasted. However, this negative trend still can be handled with the hands of governments, restaurants and shops and aware individuals altogether. Nowadays people waste a lot of food that was bought from shops and restaurants, Why do people waste food, what can be dong to reduce the amount of food they throw away? Due to the proliferation o... Question: Some people say that it is possible for a country to be both economically successful and have a clean environment. Others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Answer: Many inhabitants believe that a nation can have the capacity to have both virtue about economy and environment. From my point of view, I am convinced to completely argue with this issue. Economic development will require a variety of fuel, such as oil, gas, wood or raw materials, which can help deal with other nations in global markets. As a result, many energy sources will be exploited by the government to serve for this purpose. For instance, the paper manufacturing industry needs to chop down many trees to create the final product and bring it to the market to trade and earn more money. Besides, the production process also wastes a lot of air pollution into the environment because they need to avoid many risks such as booming factories because they overload redundant sources. Another reason is the demand of the residents is as much as increasing, from that, they need more materials to serve their life qualify and it have a possible to destroy the balance environment. For example, the current citizens consume many plastic item which has a long decomposition and have negatives with environmental. However, the improvement of the economy can help the environment remove many risks, such as wasting of resources. It means that the developed countries have progressive scientific and huge funding which help solve environmental problems, for example exploration of renewable energy, such as wind, sun, which are environmentally friendly and sustainable and they expense a numerous cost to operate these. A specific region which has a clean environment also is a factor that can contribute to the changes of the economy. Because the atmosphere in these areas will be very fresh, and the variety of diversity is conserved, which will be very attractive with travelers who come from other countries visit these and readily extend a suitable cost for their experience. From that, these nations will earn more money and improve more and more economically in a long period. In conclusion, a country can improve both their economic and environmental demand in their authorities and opportunities for natural resources, weather and humans. In my opinion, this issue happened completely with many regions around the world in the current future. Generally, it is clear that there are various steps involved, beginning with the sheep sheared and ending with the wooled yarns being knitted or woven into commercially made jackets or carpets. The process commences when the sheep are sheared for their fleece. Once the collective amount of fleece is cleaned by water and chemicals to get rid of contaminants such as grease, branches, and other debrism, it is taken to a drying machine. Following this the fleece is carded, which results in tufts of wool and pieces of string as byproducts, with the latter being reintroduced into process to maximize productivity. Then, woolen tufts are spent to the storage before being spun into balls of yarn. In the last stage, these yarn balls are sold for either individual pastimesm, like knitting or the commercial purpose of making jackets or carpets. Đề: The diagram details the process of making wool.
