It is proposed that in this modern era, a diverse array of individuals rely on internet-based communication channels to stay connected with other people and access news events. From my perspective, regular use of social media provides numerous advantages owing to its convenience and efficiency.
On the one hand, It is understandable why some might subscribe to the viewpoint that web-based networking brings a host of disadvantages to its users. First and foremost, excessive use of social media raises privacy concerns, since the users have to share their personal information owing to the compromised privacy of these platforms in order to connect with other people, which in turn makes their information accessible to third parties, resulting in identity theft, stalking or other fraudulent activities. However, major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X partner with numerous security firms to enhance and protect their server databases from cybercrime. Moreover, frequent use of these platforms could also lead to addiction, resulting in decreased focus on their
work and studies, as their attention is consumed by current news.
On the other hand, it is undeniable that virtual communities yield a plethora of benefits to their life. The first rationale for this is connectivity, as social media facilitate convenient and instantaneous communication with friends, family, and colleagues, regardless of geographical distances enabling people to stay connected and maintain relationships, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Furthermore, online networking platforms have become valuable sources of news and information for staying updated, as they offer access to reputable editorial offices and news organizations, providing users with timely and cost-effective updates on current events and breaking news.
In conclusion, while social media does present certain drawbacks, its advantages, such as connectivity, access to news and information, and convenience, make it an indispensable tool for communication and information sharing in this modern era, outweigh the drawbacks in the long run.

However, we still have the remedy to tackle this issue. For one, establishing regular screen time limits for each family member. In order to limit the screen time, individuals should propose some fixed time for using technology in family. By having less time on social platforms, face-to-face interaction would be more inclined towards. Another potential solution is encouraging honest communication and active listening as well as empathy. Instead of chatting online, people an create a friend outing in a caffe or somewhere to exchange information lively. Given more time outside, people would have more opportunities to bond with their relationships and understand their loved ones.
In summation, while technology and the pressures of modern life contribute to the disconnect within families, setting limits on screen time and fostering open communication can help rebuild these relationships.

Changing demographics has been a thought-provoking issue for years. Many people believe increased longevity has lent support to the abolishment of mandatory retirement. I agree with this opinion.
Certainly, there are numerous favourable impacts on organisations when old people can maintain their work longer, chief of which is stable intellectual ability and physical health. As a matter of fact, thanks to improved medical advances and anti-aging technology, human longevity now is greatly extended. This marked improvement in living standards throughout the world leads to the fact that people at the threshold of retirement are generally more mentally and physically active than previous generations. It comes as no surprise that people’s prime has been extended significantly and old people now can live a more fulfilling life with fewer hospital visits. Thus, the traditional prejudices of old people living in decrepitude with costly nursing home care and being a drain on the country’s wealth should be removed. Since old employees’ mental and physical health are still active, their capability of work challenges and their competence may still remain the same. Along with the advantage of a vast amount of hand-on experience and skills, blue-collar workers can be considered as an asset to organisations. Therefore, it is of importance that the retirement age should be raised.
Another benefit arising from this modification is senior workers’ valuable wealth of experiences. To elaborate, many employees at advanced ages are willing to stay on junior positions and provide training to newbies, since income has no longer been an effective incentive to them. Thanks to their leadership and experience, young coworkers can get familiar with working style and culture. The consistency of staff training is therefore ensured greatly, contributing to the efficacy of the entire organisation. Moreover, the cooperation of old workers can guarantee the diversity of perspectives and minimises the risk of relying on impulsive decisions made by young, inexperienced personnels, hence promoting the prosperity of the organisation. For this reason, raising the age of retirement or just abolishing mandatory retirement should be subject to modification.
In conclusion, it is undoubted that increasing the age of retirement can bring about a number of benefits based on the above-mentioned reasons. Raising the retirement age is thus entirely justifiable, though it is up to the senior themselves whether to retire or not.

Overall, the proportion of electric sources produced unevenly in 4 countries. Vietnam did use nuclear power for electricity production. It can also be seen that fossil fuel was the largest source of electricity supply in Vietnam and India while it only accounted for a marginal proportion in the two countries and Hydro power was used in two countries.
In Vietnam, there are only two sources used: Hydro power and fossil fuel, while fossil fuels accounted for a higher percentage (56%) and hydro power was 44%. Likewise, Morocco also uses these two sources, however the proportions are different. 95% of the total amount of electricity comes from Hydro power and only 5% from fossil fuel.
In Sweden and India, there are different and contradictory proportions of the sources. For example, 82% fossil fuel was used in India while it occupied only 4% in Sweden. 14% Hydro power was used for electricity production in India while Sweden used with much higher proportion (52%). Spending too much time on shopping does not develop people's abilities, it is only a waste of time and costs a lot of money. It is more sensible for young individuals spending their free time for self-study, reading books and volunteering, which are more useful and lend weight to your knowledge.
Moreover, when young people go shopping too much, they might be attracted and even obsessed with buying things such as luxurious clothes or jewelry, which are expensive and not essential to spend on. As a result, young individuals might distract their studying and the community can suffer from a decrease in the intellectual level and work productivity as young people are crazy about shopping, entertainment rather than focusing on their work or study.
