Overall, the changes of the museum had been not significant, save for the expansion of the car park and the construction of a new cafe.
Originally, In 1990, there were two small gardens at the top left and right corners of the museum area. The exhibition room opposite the main entrance, an L-shaped building and a shop next to it. The store room, at the left corner, was located below the garden, and there were two small exhibition rooms nearby. On the right, there was a car park and a large garden below. A main road stretched along the museum.
With the change of the museum in 2010, some locations remained unchanged including the storeroom, two small gardens, and the entrance. However, there were some changes of the size and replacement. The L- shaped building had been demolished to make way for the shop. Two separate exhibition rooms in 1990 had been combined into one big building. A cottage in 1990 had been replaced by a new cafe. On the right, the parking lot had been expanded, so thus, the large garden had been removed.

There are various explanations to justify my opinion. In former days, gender roles lacked equality in the roles of wife and husband. While women tended to be at home and take care of children, men had to be breadwinners. As a matter of fact, a great number of women are dependent on their husband, which leads them to be despised negatively. Therefore, gender equality in childcare decisions can allow women to pursue their career path generate more income, thus being financially independent and dedicating to raising their children.
Another rationale behind my belief is that equal childcare from parents can deliver children a good environment to cultivate their development. According to research, mothers have the inclination towards teaching children emotionally, whereas fathers teach logically. Additionally, fathers are usually more strict when children make unacceptably behavioral mistakes. Consequently, if children have more opportunities to play and learn with their fathers, their cognition can be fostered significantly, thereby performing better at school as well as preventing their behaviour from being deviated from standards.

Chief of these is that with just a smartphone which is connected to the Internet, you can easily get access to any information you want just by surfing those on Google, connect to people all over the world just by a call on Messenger of Snapchat, pay for anything by online banking. With such improvements, you will save a budget of time to do other tasks since you don’t have to read newspaper to know what is happening around the world, to get information for your assignments, write letters to your friends to stay connected with them, or always have bring cash with you whenever you want to buy something like in the past.

With the advancements of social media, people now tend to try new things that are trendy on the Internet, not only youngsters but also elderly. They would rather go to amusement parks or restaurants than visit museums or places that display works of arts. As a result, spending more money on artistic values to get attention from visitors is quite unreasonable.
Therefore, more money should be expended on more interesting, fabric activities and destinations. Crucial factors like infrastructures, green spaces, and public services play a vital role in making cities more livable and attractive. Restaurants, efficient public transportation systems, green parks are extremely common and important in our daily lives and significantly impact a city’s appeal. For example, visitors come to cities like Paris or New York not because of works of art which are presented there, as people come to these cities thanks to modern infrastructures, high quality public services and cuisine. Thus, while pieces of arts can enrich valuable culture, it is prior to allocating more funds for improving facilities and public services.

The village of Bunborough is depicted on the two maps below, along with plans for the village in 2024. Overall, it is apparent that a railway line and new road added to the fishing port will disappear in the future.
In the present day, the village consists mostly of houses with just a few shops, the beach, a fishing port, and some road lines. In the east of the village, there were some houses and shops inside the road line.
By the time plans were finished for autumn 2024, the village had changed considerably, mostly regarding the number of houses. Some houses will need to be destroyed and rebuilt elsewhere. The total number of houses will not greatly change though. The village’s current source of income appears to be fishing. In the future, this will be tourism as new hotels are built and much of the fishing port is destroyed. Although the fishing port is being replaced with a promenade, the beach will not change. There will be new road links to the south, and a railway line will be constructed around the villa with a station on the outskirts.

Overall, the place has undergone a number of dramatic changes, with the most important of which being the development in the sea and the addition of several buildings.
In the north-west, residential area has been expanded with more residences catering for the increase in the population of the area, and the sport venues to the south of these accommodations have been converted into restaurants. In the center of the maps, the two hotels have been modernized to the two-floor spots, and the holiday home, car park have been erected, replacing the public park. There used to be a farm land in the north-east, but it has then been replaced by the golf course, which has been accompanied by the tennis course catering for recreational needs.
In the south-west, the fish market has been transformed into the apartment catering for the demand of staying, and the road which just had one way leading to the fish market in 1995, has been branched off to another small path reaching to the coffee. Furthermore, the coffee has been relocated to the center position due to the expansion of this new road. There is no longer a place for fish boats to anchor in the morning, and the sea has become a tourist destination with a plethora of yachts for tourists traveling.

Overall, this harbour had experienced several significant transformations, including a position conversion between Maria for private yachts and fishing boats and the addition of a new dock in its central area.
On the north side of this harbour, the position of a car park and showers and toilets remained unchanged over time. One striking change is that the Maria for private yachts moved to the south side to exchange places with fishing boats. In 2000, there was only one dock, but today it has experienced the expansion of another dock. Nearby is a public beach, and passenger ferries have remained until now.
In the south, in 2000, there was another car park that led to the side road before it was connected to the main road, along with showers and toilets area addition. First and foremost, the husle and bustle of current society does not allow people to spend time cycling, particularly officers who usually have hectic work schedules. As a results, to limit time for commuting they opt for other means of transportation, such as public transport or personal vehicles. Another essential reason need considering is that the common of electric vehicles have led people to more various options when it comes to traveling. In the past, people chose cycling with the wish to supportedly protecting the environment, but there is another more effective option for people nowadays. In Vietnam, the revenues of Tesla and Vinfast, which are two most popular electric vehicle production companies now, have been rising dramatically. This is the evidence that people prefer this type of vehicle to bycicles.
The joint effort of both goveronments and companies can address this problem and promt the use of bycicles in commuters. In terms of the government, awareness campaigns should be launched to detail the benefits of cycling. People need to see the potential results bring to them when cycling, such as building and stregthening muscles or improving stress level. Besides, companies should make rewarding programs to convince their employees to cycle to work. For instance, VNG, which is a vietnamese corporation has established a small fund to reward their workers for cycling regularly. By this way, people in their workplace are likely to go for bycicles instead of other kind of transportation.
In conclusion, the tendency of using bycicles has descended due to the changes of lifestyles and the existency of new vehicles. Both governments and buisenesses should contribute their effort to raise up the number of bycicle usage.

Therefore the government can promote healthy eating habits by making sure that food factories and industrial zones comply with food security standards and requirements . In addition , another reason is inhabitants have to pay various kinds of taxes on a monthly basis , so that the government can expenditure this finance on public health campaigns to encourage exercises and balanced diets .
On the other hand , I side with those who think that the residents have the duty to ensure that they have a healthy diet . This can be explained by the fact that as adults , we should be held accountable for our actions that encourage self - care and self responsibility .
